He (last I saw) had 17 posts. He made a thread apologizing for what he did. I like to encourage all new NSers to learn. I think there is a chance that he will. I'll do what I can to help. If he doesen't, he'll end all his threads with OOC nonsense the same way Hatarias threads do. Then he will become an ex-nation the way so many others have (there are exeptions to that ;) ).

Lastly, I'll try to do what I can to help. I am no authority, I haven't much time, but I like to help.

Terms for the ending of this war:
1) Hataria must submit its lands international peacekeepers for the period of 15 RL days
2) Hataria must disband all its armed forces
3) Nathan F must disband any WMD development and submit to weapons inspectors for at least 15 RL days
4) Crazed Marines will annialiate either nation who screws up on this
5) Crazed Marines will protect a nation who is attacked by the other (IE, Hataria attacks Nathan F, CM protects NF; NF attacks Hataria, CM protects Hataria; Both of you go to war with someone else, CM obliterates both countries)

OMG Hataria is a Hogsweat production, currently in direct-to-video release (as we understand it). Haven't seen Hatarian Makeover, and am damn glad we're not producing it. You've gotta have raw materials to make something over, and crater glass makes a damn poor raw material.
