The Red Wales Naval Submarine, called the Neptune, was out in manoeuvres in the Welsh Sea, the Neptune’s navigation officer turned to the captain “sir, there is something wrong here, our co-ordination system seems a to be on the blink”. The captain lifted his eyebrow in response to how the officer put it “In what why on the blink?” he asked approaching the operations desk.
“Sir, we cannot possible be in the location it is showing, we haven’t had enough power nor enough time to reach that point” he responded. “Well, can you fix the problem?” asked the Captain.
“Yes sir, I can, but,…” the Captain interrupted “…but what? We are only on routine patrol, its not like we are at war or entering into foreign waters are we?, so just fix the problem” the navigation officer decided to do as he was told. However he was ineffective in totally repairing the problem unbeknown to the crew. They slowly crossed into foreign waters, still thinking they were in their own National waters…

The Eminence Class Battleship Karnos Floated in the sea with two Lightning carriers. They were under the command of Admiral J. Watsan. He was an expert at defenisive tatics and loved the sea. He was not bigger then 5'7 had black hair and was like most Dracun's pale. The typical Dracun.
"Admiral...something is on the sonar"
"What?" he asked, his curiosity(sp) was mixed with anticipation
"A blip it's moving at an average speed...it seems like a sub"
His eyes widened "Code red immiedtely! Battle station alert the Invisible and Monstrosity to the coming ship. Tell them to launch there anti-sub helo's"
"Yes sir!" the officer responded
Klaxons sounded as battle alert was sounded throughout the small fleet. In less then 6 minutes 4 Anti-Sub Helicopters flew off with 4 Monsoon bomber flying with them. They headed for where the radar told them too. Whoever it was had made a dire mistake...

"Captain,.." the radar officer cried out "2 planes..no wait 4 planes, are appearing on the radar, they could be attack planes, hold on I am also picking up 4 helicopters too"
The Captain quickly got on the internal communications radio "All hands now hear this, this is your captain speaking, all hands get to battle stations, I repeat all hands get to battle stations we are on Level 4 Alert" Every man and woman on the vassal quickly got to the stations, “Comms officer, send out a signal to the nearest Red Wales navel vassal, tell them we are on level 4 alert” The Captain ordered “Aye, aye Captain…” the Comms officer attempted to send out the message “Captain who shall I say is attacking us?” The Captain quickly used the scope (Sorry, not sure what it is called), through it he could clearly see a ship flying the Dracun Imperium standard high “Tell them, it is Dracun Imperium” The Comms officer sent the Morse code out.

The small Anti-Ship squad moved quickly towards it's target. Now a mere few dozen meters away they began arming themselves knowing it was a sub because no ship could be seen. Although a silhoute of a circular object was seen in the waters.
"Arm your weapons"
"Copy Gold Leader" responded the helciopter pilots
The Helicopter armed there bombs over the now identified sub and dropped their bombs....

The Submarine was hit, "Captain, we are taking in water from several areas, we are going down" the Captain looked grim upon hearing this news, he went on the Comms to the entire crew "Now hear this, we have been attacked and are taking in a lot of water, I am sorry..." the lasts words of the captain as the Submarine sunk to the bottom of the sea.

The message from the Neptune reached Red Wales' government "Minsters, a short while ago the Neptune reported it was under attack from Dracun Imperium this message was sent 5 hours ago and we haven't heard anything from the Neptune since then, we believe it to have been sunk" a spokesman for the Red Wales navy was briefing the Cabinet of Red Wales The Minster of defence spoke "Commander, do you know where the sub was during the time of the attack?"
"It was reported to be in our waters, but the location has been searched and no signs of it have been found, I think that it my have been malfunctioning (SP) and must have strayed into the waters of Dracun, however we cannot find a location of the submarine without help from them"
The First Minster nodded his head slowly before saying "Minster Medows, you need to contact Dracun, apologise for our Submarine straying into their terroritories and request that we can search the remains for the black box and other important information that might lead us to find out what went wrong"
Rhian Medows, the foreign Minster nodded and got up, so she could send the message right away.

To Dracun imperium:

"We apologise that earlier today one of our submarines strayed into your waters, as we do not yet know the circumstances that resulted in the tragic lost of the Submarine we kindly request that you allow us to send a team to search the wreckage of the submarine for the black box which may lead us to finding out what went wrong and what happend."

The Tribunal listened intently to what the Foregin minister had to say.

"We Can't allow them in...it would reveal to them that we attacked and killed their sailors" Jacen began

"We know this Jacen very well but it can easily lead to war between our nations if we do not. Either choice holds grave danger for our nation. We must comprimise somehow maybe give them the sub but say we will hold the black box as our own until we have listened to it. In which case we will destroy it and say it was too damaged to be listened to" Traj suggested

"I agree with Traj" Drake commented "We can do this and it will prevent a total war"

Jacen spoke he was the...unofficial Leader of the Tribunal. "No we will flat out refuse. If we lie and they find out, the consequences will be more dire then they are now. We will tell them now and they will have to deal with it"

Though they other two were both unhappy with the situation they agreed.
Jacen called forth the messenger
"Send a message tell them that we will not allow them into our waters again after that flatant invasion of privacy and possible attack Say those exact words or you will find yourself looking for a new job in a new country

Dracun Tribunal

The Red Wales goverment recieved the message, they were unpleased by the response, after another cabinet meeting they decided to send in ships anyway, they have managed to track back to where the sub last was by were it's last message was sent from.

Several Battleships and a ship with specialist equipment for a searching for the wreckage of the sub entered into the waters of DI.

Admiral Richards, who was in command the fleet send out the following message to the fleet "This is were the Neptune sunk, our orders are to guard the Thunderbird from attack while it searchs for the Neptune wreckage, however we must not fire the first shot nor open hostilities"

The Dracun fleet Superior was running tests and war games when sensors onboard all the ships especialy the Lightning Carrier Leviathan went wild.
"Grand Admiral Drogo!" The sensor officer yelled
"What is going on here John?" The admiral asked the officer
"Unidentified ships have entered in our waters...I think there by where that mysterious ship was sunk"
The Grand Admiral now knew what was going on since he was so high up in the military "Order all ships to that point Red Wales has entered our territory...contact the Tribunal immiedtely Order all ships to make head way toward the ships" The Grand Admiral said barking out the orders
A chorus of Yes sirs were soon heard and the ships began turning around. Fighters began flying off the platforms of their respected carriers as they began heading towards the now identified targets....


The tribunal was furious that Red Wales would dare enter thier national waters. "Order Grand Admiral Drogo to order them to leave. If they refuse open fire!" Jacen yelled not giving the other members of the Tribunal a chance to speak.

Meanwhile the fighters/bombers flew toward the targets the fleet not far behind

"Admiral Schultzky, the fleet is ready to sail."
Schultzky tightened his uniform with typical Hogsweatian Admiral fashion, turning round briskly to face the ensign.
"Very well. Order the fleet to set sail."
"Yes Admiral Schultzky. At once Admiral Schultzky."
The ensign turned back to his duties, as Schultzky, feet slightly apart, hands behind back, surveyed the horizon in the distance. All around HMS Warsight, the Warspite Class Capital Ship of the Second Hogsweatian Royal Navy Fleet, were smaller ships, some bigger, like the carriers. The turbines blared - as the fleet set sail, Hogsweatian flags waving in the wind as families saw off fathers, sons, husbands, wives, daughters, newphews, and the like from the pier.

Twenty Eight Hours Later

"Admiral Schultzky, we are leaving Hogsweatian East Colonies in approximately five minutes."
Schultzky, without turning, nodded his head. Seconds later, he issued orders.
"Ensign Bridgleby, give orders for crew to get to combat positions."
"Ensign Michaels, set turbines to cruise and spread order througought fleet"
"Ensign Johnson, tell the rest of the fleet to enter spearhead formation. We will lead."
The Ensigns hurried to do their jobs. It was another eight days sailing until they reached Red Wales. Schultzky sighed.

The search and recover mission was well underway, althought they still had yet to recover the black box, "Admiral, I have several UOs on the radar, they could be the imperium coming to welcome us, what should we do?"
"Do?" the Admiral said looking a the radar ops, "We do nothing, our orders are to wait until we are provoked, I don't like it, but orders are orders, however just to be safe I will order all the men under deck"

The Admiral issued the order, the crews that were on the decks of the RWN Oddity, RWN Wallace, RWN Colossus and the RWN Cardiff all went under the deck, only the crew of the search ship the RWN Thunderbird, remained on deck.

The fighters, bombers, & helicopters arrived. They soared over the fleet. But they weren't opening fire on the small airforce.
"Black Leader what should we do?" asked one of the squad leaders
"Hmm interesting I'll open a comm and see if they will withdraw." He said as he switched to an open frequency.
"Ships of the nation of Red Wales. Please withdraw now or face the consequences" He waited for the response

The fleet was on its way now mere miles from the Red Wales ships.

The Fleet of Red Wales aimed some of it's weapons towards the aircarfts, in preparation, before they responded "We will not move from theses waters until we have recovered what we are looking for, there is no need for conflict, I repeat we have no hostile intentions, there is no need for conflict, Red Wales is a peaceful nation"

The fleet awaited it see what will happen next.

There was a tense moment as the Red Wales response was played onboard the Leviathan.
"Grand Admiral...your orders?"
"Give them permision to open fire...destroy everything do not let them leave the area" he said somberly.
"Sir enemy fleet in is our sights" the weapons officer announced
"Open fire at max range" he gave the order and now... they were destined for war.

The fighters and bombers, and helicopter got their orders.
"This is black leader...alright lets play pin the tail on the donkey" he said using the code to begin assault. The fighters, bombers, and helicopters opened fire...

OOC: I know you said it was smei-closed, but I am interested and want to get involved, if you'll allow it, I'll just post receiving news of the incident and then RP with you, if you don't want me to, I will respect your decision.

The fleet of Red Wales opened fire upon Dracun imperium air force, the cannons blazed as the fighters, bombers and helicopters attacked the fleet, several fires broke out on the decks of the ships, fortunately most of the crew of the battleships were off the deck in preparation of such an event, however they soon would have to come up onto deck to sort out the fires.

The crew of the Thunderbird however who were still on the deck all ran around panicking as the death rained upon them from above.

Bombers, Fighters and helicopter flew over the fleet. Many bombarded the fleet while others went down. The fleet had arrived and most of the air guard had returned to the ships to refuel. Yet now a second wave of ships zoomed towards the fleet. Meanwhile the fleet had become in range and now began opening fire on the battleships. They were ordered however not to fire upon the S&R ship due to international law. The Dracun Military command had alerted the Tribunal and an answer was soon expected.

Jacen countered
" We are already at war they started it and we shall finish it!"

Drake contributed a comment as well
"Jacen it was you who started this war! Not us. We wanted this solved peacefully you on the otherhand wanted it to become a conflict!"

Jacen smiled darkly
"Tsk Tsk Tsk I was hoping it wouldn't lead to this. But unfortantely it will...Guard sieze them! They have commited treason!"

"What!?' They both screamed
But the guard could care less they were controlled by Jacen and now the two members of the tribunal would have to pay the price for letting Jacen become to powerful

"You'll never get away with this you endagering our country!"
Drake snapped

"But I already have" Jacen laughed smiling darkly. The guards took them away to be senteneced to prison and silence...

The Fleet of Red Wales carried on firing towards the air force of DI, and on the fleet, they knew they had no chance of surviving, they just had to hold them off and try to defend the S&R ship. "Admiral, the RWN Wallace has been hit, it is sinking" the Admiral watched from the Bridge of the RWN Thunderbird as it sunk. Admiral Richard knew that they had very little battle experience, due to the peaceful nature of Red Wales, however the job of the battleships was to protect the Thunderbird and he hoped that they could protect it long enough either so it could escape or complete it's mission.

"Admiral Two ships sunk two other ships are damaged" Captain Pyit reported to the Admiral.
"Excellent keep up the good work. Has our 1st wave been refueled and armed?"
"Almost Sir a few more minutes and we shall be able to destroy their fleet. They dont stand a chance."
"Lets keep it that way Captain. Move in too point blank range. Lets unload some heavy damage." The fleet began moving closer toward the Red Wales fleet. The small Air Force was swarming the enemy fleet and many though were being shot down.
"Also order the subs to open fire on the ship lets see if they can sink them before we get there"
"Yes sir order transmistted"
The 5 Leviathan Subs opened fire with their torps on the Red Wales fleet.

The Red Wales fleet carried on taking heavy damage, as the rest of the fleet sunk, "Admiral, What shall we do?" the Captain of the Thunderbird S&R ship asked "Do, we will stay here and carry on looking for the Neptune, if they attack us they will be breaking international law. The Captain acknowledged this and carried on his tasking, hoping that, what he saw as a barbaric nation, would not open fire on the ship.

"Sir"
"Yes Captain?" The admiral asked the captain
"All ships are sunk except for the S&R ship your orders?"
"Board the ship take all prisoners hostage show them to the brigs on our ships."
"Yes sir I will Have the Dominance Board it...but sir what if they refuse?"
"Open fire at point blank range" The admiral said and a somber mood filled the room.

The Eminence Battleship Dominance shot 6 Inferno Class transport helicopter off into the air and the Helicopters made there way towards the ship

The Thunderbird and it crewed, prepared some anti-boarding measures, The Admiral and a few armed guards that were on the Thunderbird for such an event, all scrambled for the deck. The guards didn't open fire at the people trying to board however, nor did they point any weapons at them, they just stood their in defiance. The Admiral also order all non-military personal to surrender on sight, if they do get boarded.

The Helicopters dropped their ropes and one by one they all slid down guns aimed. They were A.R.C. troopers the Best in the Dracun Armed Forces.
"This is Alpha Leader surrender now and you will not face death otherwise..."he left the sentence trailing The troops began loading their guns

"No, we will not surrender the ship, you have one last chance to leave this ship and her crew alone" The Admiral told the boarding party, his voice full of purpose. The armed guards on the deck of the ship drawing out and loading their guns, ready to defend themsevles if they had too. Some of the non-military personal also had armed themselves, ready to defend their ship and comrades if they were attacked.

The Admiral heard the conversation between the troops and the Red wales Sailors.
"Get me a link with the Tribunal!"
"Yes sir you have a link!"
"What is it Admiral" Jacen said his face appearing on the Vid-screen,
"The Red- Sir where are the rest of the tribunal?"
"It is none of your concern. Now why do you disturb me?"
"Forgive me Sir but the Red Wales sailors aren't surrendering"
"Kill them all. Every last one of them." Jacen said and he cut the connection before the Admiral could respond

Jacen smiled as he cut the connection. Yes everything was coming along as planned. Soon Dracun will become a world super power and he would be leading it.

"Alright you heard the Admiral" Alpha leader ordered
Suddenly the troops opened fire on the sailors. There guns blazing. On the other side of the ship the men left on the helicopters dropped down and began making there way towards the bridge,

Many of the guards were too slow to open fire upon the Dracun troops and were killed almost right away, among them was the Admiral. The remaining guards opened fire at the Dracun troops, desperately trying to stay alive.
A few of the non-military personal where armed with whatever makeshift weapon they could find, wrenches, knifes, glass bottles, it didn't really matter, as long as they had something to try and defend themselves with, although they knew that they were probably going to be killed for their actions. The majority of non-military personal where unarmed and would march up on deck to surrender themselves.

3 A.R.C. troops went down injured not dead thanks to the polished amrour. Alpha leader ordered the team to move foward as the last of the guards were killed
"If you see anyone with a weapon kill them otherwise bring them to the deck"
A chours of yes sirs responded.
The team move foward into the ship and gun fire was heard as well as screams of pain and agony

1/2 Hour later
The remaing crew men were brought to the deck where they were transported to the Leviathan for holding.
The Admiral reported moderate success to the Sole ruler of Dracun, Jacen. Meanwhile backin Dracun itself. Martial Law had been declared and all civilians were told that Red Wales had assaulted Dracun and the other two now dead members of the tribunal had helped the nation and now they would fight for their homeland.
Everything was going to plan for Jacen. "Red Wales will soon belong to us and soon other nations will to. We will control the largest empire ever known and no one will be able to stop me." dark manical laughter sounded throughout the palace.
