Al Anbar's Regular Army
Al Anbar's regular army is made up of 40 infantry divisions, 18 mechanized divisions, and 10 armoured divisions. These units are based throughout the nation, which consists of Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq. In addition to the above 68 divisions, there are an additional 12 brigades, that are fully mechanized and are the main fast acting force in the nation.
The brigades are highly trained and ready to meet a situation as it comes up. They are paid higher than the rest of the regular army and have better training, but are still not as good as their counterparts in the Republican and Special Republican Guard.
The army is mainly armed with the T-90 and T-95 MBTs, although T-55, T-62, T-72 and T-80 tanks are still in use in some units although the majority are held in storage in case the army requires immediate reinforcement and there are no better tanks available.
The APC force consists of MT-LBs, BMP-3s, and BMP-2s. There are also a small amount of EE-9s, BMP-1s, and other old Soviet equipment.
Total active service: 1,240,000
Total reserve: Total population above eighteen including women. Realistic mobilization would result approximately 3,500,000 to 4,500,000.
Al Anbar? You're still around? Cool.

We demand to know what you mean by that. We have never dishonoured alliances or treaties. It was Dyelli Beybi that attempted to destroy Al Anbar by stealing our historical possessions and artifacts. Dyelli Beybi attempted to destroy a mosque and attacked our soldiers in the Syrian Governorate. We demand an apology for your slander.
The Federation is interested in building relations with Al Anbar, now that it has returned from isolationism. Perhaps we could exchange embassies and open trade routes?

The Republic of Al Anbar is happy to build new economic ties with the Socialist Federation. We look forward to building further economic and political relations with a fellow Socialist nation.
Currently, the Republic of Al Anbar is nearly finished building a new Diplomatic Quarter in the capital, Baghdad. If you wish to open an embassy there, we would then be more than happy to send a delegation to Hallad and open a diplomatic consulate.
Excellent. A delegation will be sent to Baghdad at once. And, a delagation can be sent to the city of Ryydra where there are several embassy buildings available. Also, would Al Anbar be interested in joining the First Communist International?

Be thankful we don't skewer your entire nation with tusks, you worms. When Dyelli Beybi defended your pathetic nation against the Drakonian Imperium, it was you who distanced themselves from them and decried their methods, instead of standing in solidarity with them. We remember your trickery surrounding the events leading up to Nekoa Bay.
Tread carefully around us, you sons of worms. Else we will level your stupid country and your stupid citizens.
Whittier-

Whittier reminds the international community of Al Anbar's unjust imperialist invasions of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
We remind Al Anbar's government that the Whittier Pact continues to maintain forces in the area to deter further aggression on their part.
