"It looks like an infection sir, but not of the kind that we have ever seen before, all of the people are being sick and are covered in bumps!"

"Well how many have caught it?" He asked worriedly

"We don't yet know sir, but there are a lot... and it’s spreading!"

Official International Press Statement by the Holy Emperor of Qutraspasm
This morning, an infected patient came into our cities main hospital with strange symptoms. Unfortunately these symptoms have spread throughout the hospital, and now the rest of the city. Our scientists have revealed that this infection is actually the highly contagious disease Bubonic Plague. We are only a small country and are struggling to contain and immunise our population, so are asking now for international aid.

It is still early days, but at this time we believe that this disease was purposefully released into the atmosphere by terrorists. And at this time we have our countries best men working in order to find out who perpetrated the heinous crime.

Kisogo Sez: What you do with the bubonic plague is quarantine people who have it. Simple.

If at all possible The United States of Todder would like to offer any aid it can afford to your country in its time of need. Fireman Todd!

The Empire of Fate and Honor will be willing to send an army division's medical staff to assist in the immunization of the populus. They should arrive within a day and will be in full protective gear. Until then the Emperor strongly suggest that your government quarantine all effected people in hospitals until their death or recovery. This is, sady, all you can do for them.

If your government is not able to quarantine the populus that is effected, the Emperor will send 10,000 soldiers in full protective gear to quarantine the effected.

The Emperor is very grateful for all of his aid, but we regretfully announce that the death toll has rose to over 200 now, and we fear that the crisis is getting out of control. We now need all the aid we can possibly get.

We also have intelligence reports that lead us to belive that this attack was purpotrated by terrorists from the neighbouring state of Doncastonia.

A crack squad of fifty of our best from the Treasury Department are standing by for possible deployment.

The rogue Nation of Gnomedude will be sending 100 mobile hospital units to assist in the immunization and or treatment of the populus. We are fully contained and will use both chemical and herbal medications for immunizing and treating patients.
They will be transported by air unless otherwise notified by your government and will be on the ground and ready to mobilize in 7 hours. Please instruct us as to how many airports you have and which of these you would like us to deliver our units. Please also have a reperesentitive avalible to meet us with information as to where these mobile units are to deploy.

The Armed Republic of Surginia is willing to assist the people of Quatraspasm in their current crisis. Two 2,500-troop military patrol units and a 1,000 medical/humanitarian workers have departed Surginia, and are en route to the Twatfarm Region. They are expected to arrive within 18 hours, and will then enter Quatraspasm airspace with that nation's approval.

The 5,000 troops will be outfitted in full protective gear. They will help with the quarantine of infected individuals and provide security for hospitals, doctors' offices, and other critical locations that might be targets for terrorists who wish to harm innocent civilians.

The 1,000 doctors, nurses, and aid workers will bring with them 50 of Surginia's mobile medical stations. These stations will be set up to provide medical care to non-contaminated citizens, as one hospital has already become contaminated, and others may face the same threat.

A larger deployment of medical/aid workers may be in the future, dependent upon the gravity of the situation.

Press Release: The Foreign Office of Doncastonia

Yesterday, a outbreak of plague broke out in the nabouring nation of Quadraspasm. Upon hearing this news the foreign office advise all foreign nationals not to enter Quadraspasm, and instructed all Quadraspamian ex-pats not to return home to care for there relatives. We also began preparing an aid package for the people of Quadraspasm.

Later we learned that the blame for this outbreak had fallen on us. The Government of Doncastonia, does not in any sence of the word endorse terrorism, let alone an incident of this magnitude. We are a small peacefull nation with a tiny national defence force.
We are insulted by these alegations let alone the by the abjective stupidity of the implications of such an attack so close to our own soil. The plague itself could easily cross into our country as well (hence the boarder control measures)

The Democratic Republic of Doncastonia now feels threated by the large military force amassing on our boarders, and just outside our teretorial waters. As stated we are ill equiped to defend are selfs from our nabours, let alone larger agressors. We are a non-nuclear nation to add.

If the country's invloved in this force do not remove there forces from our boarders we will be forced to ask for UN assistance.

If you are guilt free than you should have absolutely no concern of our forces gathering near your borders as they may prevent blatant agression from Quatraspasm if your nation is innocent of these crimes.

Doncastonia is grateful for the assistance of your forces. We wish however a peaceful end to this crisis. However we feel that this cannot be resolved in this manner untill the Holy Empire of Fate and Honour remove their nuclear capable units from the region, we feel that there presence goes beyond the protection the Holy Empire of Quadraspasm. Doncastonia, has no guilt for it is not guilty, however we request aid because of the difficult position that our nation has been put in.

The Doncastonian Ambassador in Quadraspasm, has offered peaceful negatations and aid to the Emperor, but so far these have been ignored.

The forces will not act unless provoked. 0Tom must withdraw his threat on the innocent, stricken, and harmless state of Quatraspasm. War HAS NOT been declared on Doncastonia. The force was sent their in the case that Quadraspasm had sufficient evidence of Doncastonia sponsoring terrorism. However, they are now there because of 0Toms threat.

The Armed Republic of Surginia urges 0Tom to withdraw it's threat of military action.

If you will notice, Prime Minister, Quatraspasm has not deployed any forces, let alone to the borders of Doncastonia. There is no "illegal act of war" at this time. Quatraspasm's Holy Emperor has not made a declaration of war or initiated military action. He did note that intelligence reports indicate that terrorists from Doncastonia perpetrated the attack, but that fact is much different from your interpretation of an accusation against the nation of Doncastonia and its people as a whole. The Armed Republic of Surginia believes that Quatraspasm has not acted as an aggressor against Doncastonia in this situation.

Additionally, Quatraspasm has suffered an unconventional attack of leviathan proportion. Innocent civilians are losing their lives - undeserved. If the nation of 0Tom continues to threaten a nation of suffering people who've committed no transgression, 0Tom will be viewed by Surginia, our allies, and likely many others as dangerously aggressive or a safe-haven for terrorists.

We accept that no Quadraspasm forces have been deployed on our boarders, only those of the Empire of Fate and Honor. We feel that the forces originally deployed were of too great a magnitude to just be for aid and defence perposes. There forces could easily overrun our country.

We the Democratic Republic of Doncastonia issue the following demands.

Withdrawl of all nuclear capable units of both sides from the area within 24 hours.

The reduction of the Empire of Fate and Honor's military force to 15000 men + support vehicles.

A UN supported aid program to help fight the outbreak of plague.

In event of these demans Doncastonia will:

Ask for just 5000 troops + support vehicles in defensive aid to remain for just 1 week

Supply organs for transplant from the Doncastonian Health services organ bank, in order to treat plague victims.

Thank you to all states involved for your continued aid, and I am pleased to report that the number of infect people is now not growing, and we seem to have the situation under control. Thank you to Doncastonia, and especailly to Fate and Honor, who were prepared to go to war to protect my small country, for this we are eternally grateful. We would like to invite all countries involved to a celebration party in our capital city, and to also be able to build embassies here.

We also have two men under arrest in an out of town quarantine prison who we believe to have been involved with the attack. We believe that one of the men is infected with plague, but the other man does not appear to have any symptoms at all, and we are interrogating him at this very moment.
