OOC: befor you people shout "GODMOD" and "your ignored your under 100 million pop" this is not me saying i have nuclear weapons this is to state that im starting my nuclear program, I WONT HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS TILL AFTER I HIT 100 MILLION. Also if your going to post at lest TRY and RP a decent responce.
Hiroshima, the city of the dead 2:17 GMT
Hiroshima a dead city after the nuclear bombing in 1945 and the civil war of 1980 when Japan was cut off from the rest of the world as the UN blockaided the nation.
a waste land that no one lived in that had be left to grow old stood still the wind not blowing. the Sky above was gray all was peaceful, then the nose of a nuclear sighren went off.
After 5 minutes it stoped, for a moment in time it was as if all time had stoped as the head researchers held there breath. the sound of a missile was heared, the Hiroshima I flew to its target a small IMBM with a 3 Kiloton Payload missile that was fired from the SDNF (self defence naval force) base outside Neo tokyo.
It was as if 1945 was repeating itself as the nuclear missile exploded 15 meters from the ground, the mushroom cload towered high into the sky as the fire ball destroyed the ruins in the blast radios.
In the bunkers a few miles away cheers where heard from the scientists, a sucsessful test of the first nuclear weapon porduced by the Federation and it wasnt the last.

Japanese States will not keep it secret anymore we are devloping Nuclear weapons i admit its still along way off from being put into production and tests are still be done. We Argue the International Comunity not to feel threatened by our test, the Hiroshima program is for defenceive action only and in make any nation feel at ease about this we ask that you send observers to the test sites that will all be within Japanese States territories" Masami stood up to leave when a Jernalist asked a question.
"is the recent changeing From the commanwealth of Japanese states to the Ferderation of Japanese States anything to do with the Right wing City states and is this nuclear program been leaned on by the sead states to start the nuclear program?" the young jernalist asked.
"not at all, as you all know the change from the commanwealth to a Federation was passed by a 3:1 majority in the High Senate, and the nuclear program was started in 1999 but has now been deemed declassifed. If you went to the national arcives you will see all that has been Declassifed" Masami replyed
"Also the recent bill that is still being debated over, that means that religus symbals cant be shown in public by any chance are the nuclear test to try and move antention away from the debate?" the reporter asked
"not at all, that bill is still being debated and will be for some time. in a few weeks a Public vote will be held to see what the people want."
Sumisu-jima Island, site of 2nd Nuclear test
the area was cleared the larger 5 Kiloton Nuclear weapon was to be tested, placed on a tower 30 meters high. the area around was clear JSSDNF(Japanese States Self defence Naval Force) ships were stationed around the island awaiting for 0 hour.
Kashimo head of the JSNP (Japanese State nuclear program) was at the test, he was waiting for clearance to test the weapon from the President.
"any word yet?" he asked
"no" the Admiral replyed "the area is sacure and the ships are safe destance away"
"good good, well the NBC teams will be moveing in in about 5 months after this test to burie the site. this si a fine day in dead" Kashimo sead smileing "the largest nuclear weapon we've ever test. Admitedly the 2nd nuclear weapon ever test but never the less" he smiled and walked away to his cabin "inform me when we have clearance" he sead walking away.
