The Empire of Hataria is asking The Nations of Sino and Japanese Antarctica To ally with our Nation.

The Terms of a alliance are

(I) The Nations of Hataria, Japanese Antarctica and Sino will the other to build Bases (Army, Navy and Air Force) in Hataria, Sino and Japanese Antarctica

(II) The Nations of The Alliance can trade with one another or with Nations outside the alliance (The alliance will be named The SHJA *Sino-Hataria- Japanese Antarctica* Pact.)

(III) if any other Nation wants to Join The SHJA Pact, they are free to do so.

496 million Sanctaphrax citizens who woke up this morning and found full battle gear including AK-47's decided to join in the war.

If Hataria allies with JA, then the TBA Alliance would get involved in the blockade/invasion(I'm a part of the TBA Alliance and we are major enemies of JA). An if Sino joined his allies and enemies would get involved. After a while, this whole thing could become a world war!!

Because you have to enrich the uranium. You have to develop the technology for the ICBM. Generally, no nation under 100 million can have nukes.

In that case, you're proliferating nuclear weapons, and most in the international community will not tolerate that.

Plus, I'm an older, larger, and possible more responsible nation than you (coughjapanesestatescough). I don't think that the International community doesn't mind nations over 500 million having nukes...lol

1) Everything's under my control. In order to release the weapons, it requires my men to agree on it, and my country would be alerted to this development

3) He is a customer, I don't question why people buy stuff for the most part, I just give them the stuff. He proved to me to be a stable nation, so I gave him some equiptment. I secretly held up the program so it would not reach full potential for some time.
