The Dictatorship of Garretstein requires an Airforce for it's next invasion, many were lost during the last battle, and the population has dwindled, Garretstein has few men to spare, and needs the most powerful and safe aircraft available, Garretstein can not afford space cruisers, but can afford fortress aircraft, although low tech, Garretstein's conquest plan includes surprise, so stealth technology would be greatly appreciated, we would also buy pilots from other countries to accompany the aircraft, Garretstein can afford a medium sized airfleet, composed of one capital ship, two cruisers, and a large amount of fighters and bombers.

I have alot of fair priced space craft, you probobly wont have any trouble getting some, and Im very flexible concerning payment. Yearly Increments are fine.
