The nation of Gur-Di-Pin would like the world to know that we have now come out with a new torpedo. Here is what it does.
A rocket booster is attached to the torpedoe, allowing it to head to the surface of the water. Once the torpedoe has reached the surface, it will continue to climb, until it spots the target enemy ship. When the torpedoe "sees" the target (it keeps track of its speed/direction/posistion/size/etc.), it disengages from the rocket booster (the rocket booster falls back into the ocean). Next, the torpedoe plunges back into the water, and proceeds to get beneath the target ship. Once the torpedoe has gotten beneath the ship, it heads straight for the surface, this causes the target ship to be hit below it's water line, which can easily sink a ship in a matter of minutes.
I am willing to sell the disigns of this new torpedo for 400,000 USD.
