It is election time in New Zambda. The candidate is elected through a popular vote, electoral vote, and a international vote which is the poll. So please post and do the poll. The candidates are:

Sheik Mon
Real Name: Joseph Mon
Party: Progressive
Info: He is on his first term as Prime Minister and has had the post for 6 years.
He has increased social programs and brought the Emirate into the world. The national debt has increased during his term. The economy has slilghtly receded but he may run away with the victory. In his second term he will increase educational funding and after school programs. He also plans to put money into the economy.

John Herbert
Party: Tory
Info: He is a moderate conservative and promises to increase economic recovery and educational spending. He also wants to double military strength and bring the fight to the terrorists. He also plans to review all social programs and cut the national debt. He is a two term Senator.

Larry Williams
Party: Labor
Info: He is a two term Senator and distinguished war hero. He is the founder of Zambuda National Energy. He is the second richest man in New Zambuda. He wants to double social spending and raise educational spending. He wants to also leave the military at its current point and nationalize some key industrial sectors.

Tenarius will endorse Larry Williams, we believe he is best suited to govern New Zambuda.

The National Election will happen in two days time. The Constitution clearly states that the international poll is first. Also in some campaign news all three sides have spent close to 850,000,000 dollars in this current election. Also House of Commons and the Senate members also have a election day on Thursday

The armed forces and all New Zambuda citizens are casting the absentee ballots today. The early polls put John Herbert at a slight lead followed by Larry Walker.

The votes are in. Sheik Mon took the popular vote while John Herbert took the Electoral vote and International Community vote. So the next Prime Minister of New Zambuda will be John Herbert.
