In light of a recent threat by another nation because of our development of a plasma weapon, we have decided to do two things:
1. Using a newly created explosive create a new bunker in the tundra of our nation, all of our biological projects will be moved there
2. We are creating a system of security in the bunker for our original city, we will disclose the exact security measures, all we can say is if you go into our bunkers without authorization, the door will be shut on you so to speak ;)
The third thing we would like to announce is the completion of a bacteria that produces gyberillin(sp?) in their waste, as many of you know this chemical increases plant growth.
OOC: If I am godmoding I am sorry I really don't mean to. Incidentally we do have the money to do this thanks to the armor sales to our allies.
