Fleet Admiral's Office
Fleet Admiral Nikita Ormorov took the Cohiba Esplendido from his mouth as he tore the sheet of paper from the machine. The machine was a direct and secure link straight to Naval High Command. The eccentric admiral began scanning the orders. The cigar fell to the ground.
"Bliad!"
Startled by his commander's outburst, his subordinate Admiral ran in the room.
"Comrade Fleet Admiral?!"
"Look at this!"
The Admiral grabbed the papers.
"Damn! When?"
"Just now, apparently."
"Your orders, comrade Fleet Admiral?"
"Take Pacific Fleet 1 to the Persian Gulf. You will also have a convoy arrangement for the massive amounts of construction equipment and supplies."
"I understand, Comrade Fleet Admiral."
"Go, now."
The Admiral saluted smartly, turning on his heel and exiting at a brisk pace. The Fleet Admiral sat down at his desk, rubbing his wrinkled forehead and staring at the orders. He set them down a reached for his black phone, dialing the appropriate staff officers to begin the arrangement of convoys and fleets.
Somewhere Over Iraq
Aboard an AN-225p
Load Master Dmitriy Kasparov sat amongst thousands of books. Every work of literature he could think of, and many, many more textbooks surrounded him. But he wasn't in a library. He was a part of the massive airlift operation to annex Kuwait into the United Socialist States of Communist Rule. Kuwait was by far a Third World country, but it had yet to be brought up to the standards USSCR citizens enjoyed. He disengaged his harness and bounded up the ladder towards the cockpit. "Everything going alright?"
The copilot looked over his shoulder, "Da, da.... That damn pilot in plane 38 is crying to Control that his navigation went out."
The pilot laughed, "Yeah, like he'll have so much trouble following the rest of us."
Kasparov gazed out the cockpit windows to see 30 aircraft ahead of them, lights on and looking like a giant Christmas tree.
"Who'd want Kuwait, anyways?"
"Its a gateway to the South, Alek."
"Da, but I bet the government just wants oil."
"I wouldn't doubt it."
Public Announcement:The USSCR has begun the peaceful annexation of Kuwait. The plan for Kuwait is as follows:
The Government initial plan for Kuwait (Not Permanent by any means.):
Occupy quickly and establish a military presence.
-Establish military bases, borders, and other defensive systems.
Begin the Nation Upgrade Works.
-Bring education, law, power, security, sanitation, and other such services above the Third World standard.
Begin the Security Localization Plan
-Fade out military presence with government and police.
Establish Permanent and Productive Economy
-Oil and Shipping
OOC: Annexation posts will continue.
