Considering our homeland is very close to the North Sea, this has caught out eye. We will join, under the condition that we have a say in the amending and writing up of the charter, if we may. Do you misunderstand us? We do have a set of Articles that protects our nation's people, and all legislation is done by the Parliament. The Emperor Elect represents the executive branch of government and is appointed by the bicameral Parliament. The judicial branch is represented by our Magistrates, appointed by the Emperor Elect.
