Vladimir Putin who claims he has rebuilt the Russian empire now believes he has finished the job and its time for a leader to take power, who will ensure Russian Forces power will not be hampered with. Vladimir Putin makes his speech to the Soviet party council:
"Comrades of Russia and its United Republics. I have given you the greatest gift a politician could have given. I have made your lives better again and the golden age of the Soviet Union is back in our hands, back in the peoples hands. We no longer live in poverty like before and now we must make sure we will never fall back into that level again for the sake of the nation. I Vladimir Putin, have done enough and will now step down from premier as a member of the Party. I have looked thoroughly for a leader with the potential to keep Russia at its course, if not a better glory for its people. I bring you Vladimir Zhirinovsky! He will protect the ideals of communism in the name of the people. You must all look up to him."
The council applauses and cheers.
Zhirinovksy: "Thankyou comrade Vladimir Putin. I am the single honest contender for the post of the premier whom it is impossible to buy or to frighten. I will ensure that the nation will stay on its course and all threats to it will be eliminated one way or another. I to have seen corruption in Russia myself during the dark ages. As my first act, we will arrest Gorbachev and President Yeltsin for treason against the country. They are traitors and colaberators.
Some Russian guards start arresting several politicians in the room as he speaks. The politicians are confused as several get clubbed and hand cuffed.
Zhirinovsky walks out of the room as it happens with a grin in his face.
