All nations with land bordering the Black sea are welcome. For hundreds of years the Black sea has been a pivitol point of trade, it must be protected. What do you say?
Terms of the alliance:
1.Protect all Black sea shipping routes.
2.Defend other alliance members against attack.
3.Aid in search and rescue in the black sea.
4.Defend against pirates and/or terrorists.
