Military: around a 5 (I'm a seven and CF's a 10)
Tech: 12 (Star trek is slightly above average, and 4 points above modern)

You could've easily gotten a six if you didn't inflate your ship numbers. Running your posts through a spell check would help, too.

It's all right, but ST ships are inherently weak against kinetic weapons for some reason....and have a strange affection for phase-coherent shields and weapons.....and have engines and power cores that are waaay too exposed.....
