The conference room was spread out in all its glory. For such a small nation it was a dazeling achievement, pillars of glass rose majestically sparkling in the early morning sunlight whilst velvet lined chairs sat to attention, prepared.

Is it done?

Eve Dworkings looked out over the scene, her hands wrung in anticipation. This conference could make or break her countrys future. It could not fail. Beside her, Asha her daughter reached out a hand, grasping her mothers.

It will suffice She said, it must

The two women embraced briefly, and as they drew apart, Asha could see tears in her mothers eyes.

Mother, she began, Is everything...

Eve pressed a finger to her lips, and spoke with a hushed wisper.

It is not your concern. This is a world of pain and fear, of injustice and cruelty. Events occur that defy belief, yet we must stand tall. That is your duty Asha, to hold yourself and never bend to the wind. Break before the wind, but never bend.

Asha let go of her mothers hand, her eyes widening.

Are you...do you mean...

Eve spoke again, calmly and carefully.

Wait child. Wait, and then you shall know.

An aide scurried over and seperated the two, leaving Asha standing alone.

ooc: Right 'O. You will be arriving via boat or plane. Planes may land in Gerlin airport, and boats in Port Flaun.

About 2,000,000 kilometers from the planet, a massive energy surge forms, bright tendrals of energy spewing from it's center.... unknown and exotic forms of matter rippling through it's core, slowly space in the region "tears", opening into a near perfect disk, almost 50 kilometers wide... Slowly, lumbering out from the pondlike surface of the disk, a 13.8 million metric ton vessel, 1.3 kilometers long, emerges. just over the vessels "neck" on he upper superstructure, a massive gold and blue flag, bearing a spread eagle. And on the each side of the vessels bow, and along it's "pod"'s... the name TRSS Orion, BSG-1.... The Vessel maneuvers into a "Standard" orbit, over the nationstate of Feminany, about 210,000 meters.... from the Massive Vessels port "pod" a smaller craft emerges....

Aboard the small craft... Commander Stephanie M. Porter is piloting, sitting next to her, Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth D. Leitzke... sitting behind them, Ambassadore Henry J. Schutz...

"This is Ambassadore One... Orion, we have cleared the Launch bay...." says Commander Porter over the com.

"Acknowledged Ambassadore One... Good luck at the conference... We're pulling to Lunar orbit... You're on your own for now... We will maintain communications..." says a voice over the com.

"Roger that, Orion..." says Commander Porter....

The massive Vessel Orion pulls from earth orbit, and parks in low orbit over the Moon....

Pressing some controls, Commander Porter changes the ships com over to old fasioned radio frequencies... boy, she never thought she'd use this stuff again... then hails Feminany Aircontrol.... "Feminany Air control, This is Tekanian Transport, Ambassadore One, Commander Stephanie M. Porter piloting... We have Tekanian Ambassadore Henry J. Schutz aboard, and are about to initiate reentry into the atmosphere.... permission to enter Feminanian Airspace, and land.... Ambassadore One out."

Ambassidor Kayla Harmone arrived rather unceremoniously in a private jet owned by an Iuthian air company. It wasn't really something Iuthia wanted publicity with and they didn't really expect much to come out of this conference, but it would make for interesting observations.

Kalya didn't have any aides following her and security was rather loose with only a few security personnel coming along who would not be attending the conference itself and only liaising with the security in Hamptonshire to assure Kayla was safe.

They checked into their hotel and prepared for the conference itself, again, going around low profile in locally hired vehicles before Kayla arrived at the conference herself.

As she entered the building her long white dress blew a little in the wind, it wasn't the sort of dress which was very revealing, after all, she was an Iuthian diplomat. It was a long, plain white dress which had a cut down the side of the legs to allow for easier mobility, it didn't really show any cleavage and was quite tasteful. Kayla didn't have to wear the suits that other diplomats in Iuthia had to wear, a sign of her authority and importance to Lord General deGritz.

The checks were vigious, just as they had been at the airport, however Kayla felt that they seemed a little comfortable around her with her confident attitude, manners and the fact she wasn't a man probably helped. They used all manners of devices to sniff, scan and generally make sure she wouldn't harm the efforts which were to take place.

She entered the hall a little late, but was handed a transcript of what had been said in previous diplomatic encounters. She calmly took a seat which had been marked out for her and listened to the others. She brushed aside some of her long, straight brown hair reaching down her back which had been mussed alittle by the breaze.

After which she simply took notice of others, seated in her place, her complexion not as tanned as other Iuthia were.

OOC: Sorry about the rush job, I don't want to RP a ton of insignificant detail about the plane. All security checks will reveal our people to be holding no secrets and to be following security measures to the letter. Iuthia has a reputation to uphold. The body guards will be liaising with your security (though not attending themselves as per instructions.)

Thomas Stahlecker's helicopter arrived at the conference building, it gracefully landed, parting the grass as though the grass knew to part beforehand. He slowly walked out of the helicopter and towards the building. There was a security booth outside, the guards were checking diplomats for guns.

Stahlecker started removing his weapons, eight pistols of various calibers, one MP-5K submachine gun tucked under his jacket, three combat knives, two hand grenades, and one taser. He kept his body armor on neatly under his suit, and he kept a Walther PPK concealed in his boot just as his personal insurance policy.

He walked inside to mingle with the diplomats who had arrived already.

Immediatly the security kicked the gun away. The leader of the group, a tall Caucasian pointed her gun in the mans face and spoke loudly and clearly.

You are under arrest for illegal possesion of a firearm, smuggling, putting the premiers life in danger and attempted assination of that premier. Please allow us to escort you to the nearest police station. Your invitation to this conference is hereby cancelled.

Thomas was upset to say the least, he maintained his calm and cool composure as he started to speak, "Now see here, with all the weapons I carry on me, I'm always liable to forget at least one. Can't we just overlook this minor mistake and get on with the conference? Besides, it'd not be a good idea to arrest me on such trumped up charges, ever heard of the MSAAS? They'd not like it one bit."

Never one for extreme pomp and circustance, and always mindful of the bottom line, Director Day simply took a comercial flight to Gerlin Airport. The flight was relaxing enough, and gave her time to be alone, not worrying about the various bits of stress she was dealing: from the problems with Eurusea, to the mess over in Grafton's Isle, or the fact that she'd been too busy to see her fiance for a couple weeks now. She had her picture, of course, but that just wasn't the same. Regardless, this peace conference likely wouldn't last too long. Once it was over, she could take a couple weeks off and just unwind. In all honesty, this was something of a pre-vacation anyway. Elisa didn't really have to do anything here, she was just an observer.

She keyed up her PDA, again, cycling through the list of nations that were going to be attending. She sighed, rubbing her eyes. In all honesty, the only nation she'd even heard of was Iuthia, and that was because they had recently expressed interest in joining the Non-Democratic Alliance. As for the rest, well, she had no bloody clue who they were. The intelligence she was able to gather on them didn't fill her with a great degree of hope, unfortunately. Many of them seemed to be smaller nations with an overdeveloped sense of morality. They seemed to feel that their concept of right and wrong was superior to anyone else's. She expected a lot of bitching at this conferance.

After the plane touched down, she simply found a handy taxi cab and made her way to the conference hall. She showed her identification and invitation to security, submitting to a standard checking of her person. She carried little more than a modest amount of local currency and her PDA.

The room was quite fabulous, and she was quite impressed. The glasswork had a nice neo-classical feel to it, and she had to smile at the effort put out by this small nation. The desire to make a good impression wasn't lost on her, even if it might be on some of the other guests. She just hoped the vandals wouldn't wreak the place. She glanced around for someone to say 'hello' to.

The Caucasian laughed,

Add to that list conspiricy against the state. Now, Mr. Stahlecker, there is no room for talk. Yet. Please get into the van.

She waited for his responce, hoping that she didn't have to sedate him.

ooc: Seeing as I have Stahlecker kidnapped, may I RP his interigation (leaving you room for his dialoge)?

Stahlecker started to perspire profusely, he knew too many state secrets to be taken alive, but then again, he had nothing on him with which to kill himself... He reluctantly sighed and stepped into the van, all the while giving them dirty glances and saying, "You'll be hearing from my attorney, if the court doesn't settle it, you'll be hearing from my klavern."

He smiled and cracked a big grin as the van pulled away... He knew that if the DA government didn't hear from him within four hours of his arrival in Feminany, a platoon of MSAAS would set in motion a plan to extract him from Feminany.

Ooc- Sure go ahead, fire off the questions.

Kayla shook hands with Eve politely and replied politely.

"You don't have to thank us, we have done little other then object to the fools who would declare war over just a trivial matter. And lets not forget that we ourselves have minor issues regarding the treatment of men within your nation." Kayla smiled and then continued. "But I'm sure we will get to that during the conference."

Kayla looked around the place, it was a very large hall, most likely modified to fit the dragon who would be attending. Kayla had never met Lord Zoltan in the flesh, few people had, but she had heard of him through the Iuthian diplomatic channels and their embassy staff in FDZ talked about the creature flying above the cities of FDZ occasionally, observing his empire.

OOC: I don't suppose that if you people are going to incist on having a introgation could you do it in another thread? Because D.A clearly doesn't understand that he's in someone elses nation and if he's dumb enough to break their laws then he can't really complain... it looks like you weren't granted diplomatic immunity. Personally I would advise Feminany to just kick you out of the nation with a official complaint, seeing as he's a diplomat, however it's her nation, her rules.

Stahlecker sat back in the van, whistling dixie... Then he paused and started to speak, "You don't actually think the team is already here, do you? That'd be a violation of your borders, they won't come unless they need to... It all depends when you release me and in what condition. If I should say accidentally wind up shot or hanged, it might even spark a war, who knows, and believe me, our soldiers would ravage this land to avenge me. We Stahleckers are much loved in Mississippi. Let's just say if I get killed, the cavalry will have something to mount besides their horses." He grinned at the last part.

The Mule class Heavy transport slips effortlessly into the atmosphere.... at somewhere around Mach 30.... As it approached the city, it slowed to 890km/hr..... arriving over a clearing near the summit.... it suddenly stops.... hovering over the park, slowly descending... as gear unfolds from beneath its hull.... As it touches down, a planks unfolds from the side of the hull.... the humm from its engines die...

A door opens, and a man in a suit, escorted by two female uniformed personnel debark from the craft...

"Lieutenant Colonel Leitzke," commands one of the women to the other," Stay with the Mule, I'll escort the Ambassadore into the conference...."

"Yes, mam." responds LCOL Leitzke...

Ambassadore Schutz and Commander Porter proceed into the conference hall.

Upon arrival, Mr. Schutz looks around....

"I believe that is Madame Dworkings over there...." he says to the woman escorting him...

Walking over to Eve Dworkings, Mr. Schutz approaches her...

"Madame Dworkings," says Henry Schutz, "I am Ambassadore Schutz, from Tekania," and then gesturing to the female uniformed officer next to him," And this is Commander Stephanie Porter, Commanding Officer one one of our Deep Space Tactical Engagement Vessels, the TRSS Mercury, and my security for this conference..."

"Good day, mam" CDR Porter says, in a very military and professional manner...

"I must say it is a pleasure to have been allowed attendence to this conference." says Mr. Schutz. "The President on behalf of the People of the Constitutional Republic of Tekania wish to convey to you that we will lend whatever support we can, to help reach an equitable end to this matter." Then in passing thought.... "I heard you had some security problems with one of the delegates.... I don't mean to be forward, but we do need a peaceful stance here... if you'ld like, I could have Lieutenant Colonel Leitzke transport him back to his own country... as a show a good conduct... It would definitely help to improve the international view of your nation...."

OoC: Assuming Rift is already inside because of our last RP, which we still haven't finished :( oh and the blade isn't steel it’s a advanced lightweight force plate.

IC: Rift took the report of his aide and laughed out loud at the news that it contained. "Wmuahahaha, Stahlecker got arrested for carrying a concealed weapon into the conference, I hope they anal probe him when the interrogation starts!" He gave the dataslate back to his little aide and accidentally moved his hand over his magnetic belt, he felt the familiar shape of his ceremonial dagger and cursed out loud causing Eve and Kayla to look towards him. Rift quickly released the dagger with sheath and all from his belt and shoved it into Smith's small hands. "Quick, muffle it away, hurry damnit I'm not in the mood for killing Feminany security officials for pointing a gun at me." Smith thought for a second, his puny brain straining itself as Eve looked at the dagger(more like a sword for a 6 foot human) and looked up at Rift. "Damnit, hurry up Smith, she's looking...." Rift growled to his aide, who gave him an awkward look and just shoved the entire thing down his throat.

"Well that’s one way to do it, remind me to have you flushed when we get home I want my dagger back." Rift dully noted as the little humanoid almost choked on the sword and was quickly ferried away by two unarmed naval stormtroopers.

Rift wiped a bead of sweat from his forehead with his armoured gauntlet and approached the two women. Milady He bowed slightly to Eve and then turned to Kayla. The information gathered on the representatives is grosefully incomplete but I think I am safe to assume you are the diplomat for Iuthia. He also bowed a bit, his 10 foot posture just barely allowing him to proceed with this acrobatic tour as he kissed her hand and introduced himself. I am Vespasius Rift, Emperor of Dumpsterdam. I assume you have never heard of either our nation or me but it is a pleasure to meet you. Rift stretched out again, he noted not to do this too often and smiled at both women as he put his hands in his back and straightened himself out.

Ambassador Kayla Harmone had taken it upon herself to sit down for a while as the others arrived slowly to the conference, reminiscing on her various relationships throughout her life up to this point. This year had been tough on her private life. Her professional life and her achievement in it had kept her private life as something of a secondary priority to that of her carrier, she barely ever got out and had time for herself and when she did she followed Iuthian tradition of getting as much done as possible to make the move of the time she had free, as it was rare.

But Kayla wasn’t very lucky with her relationships with men… it’s not that she didn’t attract decent guys in both the looks and the personality compartments; from what she remembered of her relationships they were often good men whose only failing had been that they chose to go out with her. These relationships generally started well, but were short lived as Kayla lost interest quickly as it didn’t feel… right. Whenever she got close to a man, she didn’t feel attracted to them anymore, hell, she even wondered if she was ever really attracted to them or if she just felt that she was. It was getting to be a bit of a strain on her as she was lonely; few people understand her feelings in this regard because she’s outgoing and reasonably attractive… by the laws of nature she should (they reasoned) be dating someone.

So now she sat here, at this beautiful place, with a job to do. She had done that job a million times in the past, sitting around and talking to delegates, discussing politics and gaining information… over and over again. Now, in this place she was lonely and she was tired of her work which usually fulfilled her so. However, she put up a strong front as this would be a rather "heated" conference... or at least it would be rather anoying if the host could not control the guest's outbursts.

Kayla looked around to see who else had arrived; so far it seemed like only a few of the guests had turned up for the affair, most of which she had very little information on. It was a shame that Iuthia's inteligence community were not very keen on spying and often paid other nations and contacts for information or used it's many spy satellites... as such she didn't have the normal data files on the people attending. She hadn't really heard of many of the nations attending before the Feminany incident occured; only a few of them were clean in this affair. However she had noticed that The Most Glorious Hack would be attending along with their allies, Hattia, who had taken a defencive stance for this nation. So the conference held some posibilities to meet a delegate from an NDA nation.

Kayla started to look around when she noticed a woman she didn't recognise, she could have come from anywhere but Kayla's information was vague to say the least and it didn't include pictures. As she strode over to say 'hello' to the women, a man interupted her.

"The information gathered on the representatives is grosefully incomplete but I think I am safe to assume you are the diplomat for Iuthia." He stated clearly, it wasn't a question. "I am Vespasius Rift, Emperor of Dumpsterdam. I assume you have never heard of either our nation or me but it is a pleasure to meet you."

Kayla raised an eyebrow, it had become apparent that this man wanted to give his nation additional presence in this affair, perhaps to make up for the obscurity of his nation... though it was possible that he sought to resolve this issue himself. Kayla replied curtly, she could afford to.

"Ah, I take it all is well Emperor Rift? It sounded like you had a small matter to attend to." Kayla smiled. She wasn't sure what to make of this man, but she carefully watched his body language none the less. "Yes, I'm the Iuthian Diplomat, Ambassador Kayla Harmone. I hope your travels were not too uncomfortable."

Kayla looked over to the woman; she would have to speak with her later.
Foolish Pesants
13-09-2004, 19:41
The Foolish Pesants ambassador,Dik Dik van Dik (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v258/Iuthia/Characters/DikDik.jpg), arrived quietly on a Happy-Go-Lucky charter flight. The diplomatic branch of the government didn’t receive enough funding to splash out for any major travel expenses, and it wouldn’t convey an official feel if he arrived in his own jet.

Finding the spare seats wasn’t too difficult; tourism was down recently in Feminany mostly due to the uncertainty about their new laws. Most people would rather travel somewhere else than take the risk of castration and persecution for some crime that they were unaware they were committing.

That wasn’t too bad as it meant most people were able to upgrade their seating for free and who didn’t like to fly First Class? The flight itself was excellent, good food, plenty of space to stretch and a good choice of distractions ranging from in-flight movies to a modest selection of books for passengers. The one let down to the trip was that the woman seated next to him said his latest film role was filled with humour. It was hard to tell if the woman was making a joke or being serious, he was cast to add an air of authenticity, not to amuse attractive girls.

Travelling through the airport was a tiresome affair, given Dik Dik van Dik’s unusual appearance. His antlers were checked thoroughly, more than anything else, though his suit(or skin…) provided mush consternation among the officials. This was not a problem however as they quickly succumbed to his charms, that and they found no gun or explosive devices on the ambassador.

Once that was dealt with, he quickly realized he didn’t have any Feminany currency, forcing the ambassador to travel on foot. This wasn’t much of a problem for one of the foremost athletic individuals in Foolish Pesants, though it took more time that it would have done if it would have by car. He’d have to find a cashpoint after the session ended and work out sleeping arrangements afterwards.

When he arrived at the conference he quickly moved to take his seat and assess the situation, catching up on who had already arrived and all other developments.

Another limo pulled up, containing 15 men. They were the remainder of the body guards. Their body armor was barely noticeable. They had arrived via helicopter at a differnent location, and decided to take a limo for the remainder of the trip. The most noticeable of the men was Lt General Daniel Reck, who had slept very little the night before. They walked up to the security checkpoint, followed by their personal body guards.

Reck: "Well... we will have 10 cheeseburgers, 8 fries and 6 pepsis."

Daniel Reck just smiled and layed his guns on the checkpoint table. The rest of the men followed suit.

Reck: "So, we won't have weapons to guard ourselves with? I assume the conference security will be adequate then?"

Reck turns to the body guards.

Reck: "Colonel Richter and I will be attending the conference. You are all to return to the transport helicopters and await our return. Cooperate with all Feminany officials."

The guards take their weapons and return to the helicopters. Two guards remain with the limos.

Rift smiled. I was already in this country, the situation in Feminany required my presence in both its internal affairs and its external threats. We where here to collect the population that decided to leave Feminany in accordance with the new law. That and we have established a military base here to secure the region against the foreign "barbarians" and "rapists".

Rift chuckled slightly. Some nations had clear intentions to march armies of depraved men into this country, that is something we cannot let happen.
At that point the two unarmed navy stormtroopers rushed in again, dragging Smith behind them. He was ungracefully dumped near his Lord's feet and immediately latched on his massive armoured boot, sticking out his tongue to the stormtroopers who where already leaving the room.
Rift looked down at his deformed aide, Do the guards have my weapon?
The creature looked up and blinked. No Lords, zes evils stormtroopersssss haves its. It made itself small, ready to receive a beating as its former master did to him when he failed. Its okay, I will get it back Rift smiled and petted him softly. Just stay close.

He looked at Kayla again, I apologise for the interruption milady, but as is expected from all soldiers I must attend to my own weapons. Now, as for the conference I doubt we will have any problems with the "opposition" which seems to have melted like snow for the sun with AMF intervention.

Sir Peter the sage

IC: Sir Robin sat strapped into one of the side seats in the Comanche helicopter. This particular Comanche was no weapon of war though, it had been stripped of all arms and had Sir Peter's seal on the outer door of the aircraft. He would have taken one of the government's jets but perhaps it was his experience as a helicopter pilot in Sir Peter's marine corps. that made the now Assistant Minister of State prefer the feel of the Comanche. *The pilot seems a bit young* Sir Robin thought. Just then, as if almost responding to Sir Robin, the pilot spoke "Feminany tower, this is SP Comanche 12, request permission to land, over."
"Remember, be on your best behavior. We're here to establish friendly relations with feminany and hopefully to get her to change that policy" said Sir Robin.*I hope they let us in soon, my ass is starting to fall asleep* he thought.

OOC: To below: ya, shes not even at her own conference...could someone please let me in?

IC: "Feminany tower, request permission to enter airspace and land, running low on fuel, over" said the pilot. *What could be keeping them from responding, I hope everythings alright down there* thought Sir Robin.

Hannon Jaka couldn't even understand why they were bringing him here. People in the Republic were more concerned about the almost daily terrorist attacks, but the new High Ruler wanted to establish good contact with the world so he had sent Hannon to the Peace Conference. He had been notified the day before he'd barely enough time to take care of matters on the camel farm. He sighed and tried to relax as he thought what torture it would be to go without proper food for so long. He looked at his stomach and thought "Well my wife wants me to lose weight anyway."
The small jet he and his entire staff was on rocketed towards Feminany.

The huge air tanker drove steadily onwards. The High Ruler had figurewd because so many were making the journey that they may need fuel if they were forced to circle. The Captain of the Sand-Beetle had been monitoring the coms for awhile now and hadn't heard any landing conformations for anyone in the past few hours. It appeared they would be put to use.

The captain of the jet said they were in Feminany airspace over Girlin. Hannon had jerked up and smiled at this. He was a desert boy at heart and if he'd spent even a few more hours in this flying piece of metal he would have gone insane. The captain tried to get ahold of the air tower but couldn't connect it looked as if Hannon would be going insane after all.

Alarcon was furious. All of these delays, it would be not a surprise if the whole conference was over, and those spineless cowards had decided to just allow Feminany to continue its violation of human rights. His Small boat arrived at Port Flaun in the most unceremonious of manners, and he and his guards stepped off as quickly as possible. Alarcon sighed, his son would not be pleased, but he was here, and it looked like the convention was not over.

Alarcon dismissed his gueard before walking into the meeting hall as unceremoniously as he had walked onto the shore of the country. He took his place immeditately, and proceeded to listen to waht he could, in an attempt to recapitulate some of what he had missed.

Professor Zarkcov looked around the small jet at the fellow members of the FDZ delacation, their was Sean his aid sitting at the window looking out over the sea with his plated hair reaching most the way down his back. He turned around slowing checking over the other members, their was a diplomant Mr Tompson a man in his mid 30s his was looking nervous but trying his best to hide it " Don't blame him for being nervous, the conference was going to heated enough, never mind the fact this was the first time he was going to see his leader, the dragon, Zoltan." On the other hand Tompsons aid Lucy, was a sleep towards the back of the plane, a pretty young lady, smartly dressed in a well fitting suit not like his own in which he felt very unconfortable.

"Haven't worn a suit since i got married" he muttered to no one looking down at his bare ring finger.

"I didn't know you were married" Sean perked up

"I was married... but thats a little before your time, she left leave it at that, ok?"

"Ok. We'll be thier soon anyway i can see land. Prof?"

"Yes"

"I was wondering Prof is it really coming?"

"Yes, thats why we don't need bodyguards, his excellancy will be there he'll the target and nothing short of a nuclear attack will even phase him."

"Really?"

"Really."

The silence between them spoke volumes.

The jet landed with out incident. Sean left the plane first, followed by the professer who was carreing a soft leather breifcase, then Tompson and finally Miss Adams who was looking round slowly trying to weigh up the place.

"They'll have needed to clear a large area to make space for the beast. We'd best make our way their so it knows where it is. How long until it arrives?" Lucy stated in very matter of fact manner.

"About 20 minutes" Answered Sean with slight smile

"Well guess it's time to go to work." Tompson said turning slightly towards Sean who stood almost over half a head over the balding professor.
"Your representing your country you could of a least of tried to look smart."

Greetings, Feminany.

After great debate and a lot of wrangling, we have decided on two candidates to send as delegates to this peace conference.

My wife, and the Director of Culture, Grigor Seloan.

However, due to security concerns resulting from the shoot-outs in the failed Peace Conference in the Sixth Reich, my wife has decided not to attend. I would feel immeasurable loss and grief if my wife is to be wounded or killed during international events.

Expect Grigor Seloan's and his assistant, Lydia Nar'vasa, arrival within one standard day via ship at your port.

Seein as there was nothing else to do Hannon got up and did his mental exercises. He floated several cups, lifted and accidentally bruised the ribs of his assitants, and he'd told the pilot to turn off the engine to conserve fuel the pilot looked at him as if he was insane and then he complied Hannon managed to keep the plane floating for about three hours. Then he'd told the pilot to turn the engine back on and start cicling again. Hannon dropped onto the nearest couch exhausted from his tough mental workout.

Alarcon was deeply perturbed. Due to concerns on his son's part, several safety measures had been taken to ensure that, if there was an attemptt kill him, he could at least get a swing at the bastards who tried. The emperor had said that this was in case of a terrorist attack, but Alarcon knew beter. A room full of foreign men who want to dissasemble a highly-wanted proposition, within the borders of a country that had proved to be psychotic men-haters. His son worried of an attempt by feminany herself. The emperor feared this because, despite the fact that Viceroy Luis Ricardo Alarcon was ready to die for crackpie, the emperor was not ready for his father to die for crackpie, and would thus hesitate in a biological strike if he was captured.

"Yes, sir." CDR Stephanie Porter says, then snapping to attention, she pivots on her heels and heads back to the transport.

Mr. Shutz, approaches the Security checkpoint at the entrance to the hall.

"Good day," he says to the personnel.... Then pulling a small pistol shapped object from inside his jacket, he removes a 'clip like' device from it, places the object and the clip on teh counter.... then reaching to his waist, removes a black belt-like object from around his suit, his personal shield belt.... removed the power cell from it, and places both on the counter. "I don't think we'll need these here, with fine security personnel as yourselves..." he remarks.... Then walking through the old-fashioned detection equipment, he heads into the conference...

Once in the conference hall, he looks around at the delegates who have already arrives.

Noticing the DG delegate, he heads over to introduce himself...

"Good day, Mr. Varin," says Mr. Schutz. "I am Henry J. Schutz, Ambassadore and delegate from the Constitutional Republic of Tekania. I'm pleased to make your aquaintance." And he holds out his hand.

Denise Hampton arrived at Gerlin Airport, a little late... As it was normal for her pilot.

Idiot. I wonder if he will ever learn to fly.

Sakura sat next to her, chuckling a little. Unlike Denise, she tended to enjoy the rough style their pilot used.

After customs were done, without any kind of problem, as it was natural (After all, Desine had cared about getting basic information about Feminany) for them, it took them a little while to reach the hotel & to make themselves comfortable.

But then, the natives being somewhat... Nervous was not all that uncommon, considering the events of the recent past.

Eventual, after taking their time and a long shower (together) they walked to the conference room, Sakura being seemingly impressed by its overall design... Though Denise semed to dislike it, a little... Not her style, apparently. And the pesky (But, as she had to abmit, necessary) Security wasn't of her liking, either.

Eventually, she took her seat, giving Elisa Day, who seemed to be one of the few sane people present, a nod, waiting for the others... Already assuming that quite a few of the other delegates would, as usual, forget the most basic rules and make some trouble.

Elisa glanced at Denise, smiling, and mentally accessing her PDA, pulling up Denise's name, position, country of origin, and all that sort of fun stuff from the dossier she had been provided with. The Hack seemed to have no relations at all with Monetistan, good or bad, so she figured she could do her job while waiting for the conference to start.

She crossed the room, taking a seat next to Denise, flashing a friendly smile, "Good morning. I guess we're a little early, everyone's still arriving." She blinks once, "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm Elisa Day from the Hack. Pleased to meet you." Her brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail, her blue eyes reflecting the light as it reflected off the glass columns. She wore a simple business suit. Of course, what a senior Hack official considered "simple" and "inexpensive" was quite different than what an average citizen would think.

Sakura raised her eyebrow, all so slightly... Observing. Denise didn't seem to notice, though.

"Oh, I'm quite aware of who you are." She chuckled a little. "Denise Hampton, as I'm sure you know. The pleasure is all mine." Quite a nice girl... She thought, somewhat amused... Well, until she could feel Sakura's foot hitting her, under the table. Hard. Ow.

"Ah, right... Well, I wouldn't be all that surprised if they brought their phallic toys with them... Leading to some rather... Unpleasent contacts with Feminany's security..." She sighed. "Men. Anyway... I wonder... What is the Hack's interest here... Quite unusual for it to show up over this kind of issue."

Elisa grinned slightly as she picked up the gist of Sakura's thoughts, before smiling reassuringly at her, "Oh, our interest is largely acedemic, really. We believe that nations should be allowed to persue their own destiny, even if we don't necessarily agree with said path." She shrugs, "In other words, I think they should have better things to do than ban men, but if that's what they want to do, so be it." She grins, "I'm also here to, hopefully, inject some sanity. If nothing else, the Hack's presence should reduce people's interest in rushing to war."

She laughed softly at the phallic comment, "Yes, it seems that there's way to many national leaders who measure their penises by the size of their militaries. It's a pity, really. Soft power is much more effective."

She smiles at Denise and Sakura, "I assume Monetistan's motives are at least vaguely similar?"

Kayla Harmone now spent that little bit of time observing the room, now that the Emperor of Dump had left to do his "work" somewhere else. She couldn't really bring herself to like the man though she was assured that his actions would speak louder then his arrogance.

Left to her own vices, Kayla walked around the room admiring the hard work which had gone into it's contruction... the feminists had gone to alot of effort to make such a place and their work seemed to have paid off as the others seemed just as impressed. However, being a little like her people back home she couldn't help wonder how efficient it's design actually was, how defendable would this place be and how much punishment could it take? Back home this was how the majority of Iuthian's looked at a building... the beauty of an object lay in it's effectiveness and the aesthetics came afterwards; what use was beauty if it wouldn't last?

Never the less, Kayla had learnt to like art, these days she could even surpass her indoctrination and actually appreciate it, something which many Iuthians seemed to have trouble with. She had spent much time away from her home and her lighter skin seemed to back the fact up; Iuthia was a warm nations and the majority of Iuthians were lightly tanned.

Kayla found herself observing the others for a while, noting their body language and getting the general mood before she decided to actually meet some of them to introduce herself.

Denise nodded, making sure that Sakura wasn't all that jealous. "Heh. Yes, sanity is certainly needed here... As for sovereign issues... Well, yes, I agree, to a point, but that is really a secondary issue."

She hesitated, for a moment, almost feeling Sakura's eyes burning their way into her neck. But her suit is quite, quite well- tailored... I wonder what is beneath... She didn't think any further, remembering Sakura. Although... Three...

"In any case... Yes. Well..." She shrugged. "They have yet to realise that guns don't mean wealth. I hope that the future will see some changes in this regard... By god, the world needs changes. As for our... Interests..." She chuckled. "Well, when a nation is despised by so many others, one has to use one's chance to get a foodhold where no one else wants to go, no?" Monopolies are something quite desirable. She added, mentally. "Besides... Peace is always good for profits, I'm sure you're agreeing with me, there. So, why not promote peace?"

Denise was about to continue, when the host did, eventually, arrive.

"Ah... it looks like it is about to begin... Later, perhaps." She smiled a little before concentrating on the matter she had come for.

Turning around, watching, listening, she didn't yet speak. Her matters could wait. After all... The Conglomerate she was representing couldn't be less interested in Feminany's internal affairs. What they were interested in were the opportunities arising from the chinaware the others were breaking... And to use those opportunities, one needed to know the other's opinions, first.

Gerlin Airport

"Goddamnit." Frank, the pilot, cursed. "Ok. So I'm landing a bit too hard. But that is no reason for you to fucking break an axle is, it?" He asked his plane, eventually kicking it.

Of course, it didn't reply, but that was a secondary issue. It made him feel better, and that was what his rant was all about.

"Now to repair you... I hope the girls here know how to do mechanics." This was the one advantage would probably have. A few beautiful mechanicians to look at.

Of course, he hadn't seen the mechanicians, yet.

Ambassador Kayla Harmone started the ball rolling with the official Iuthian Responce to the entire affair; she had, unfortunatly, seen too much to be content with any faction.

"Firstly I feel I should note Iuthia's reaction to the laws introduced by Feminany; however I must admit that given the large number of statements your nation has made we have missed any revisions your government may have made to your first set of laws, which seemed to include the force alteration of sex at birth, so our reaction may be old and unwarrented should your government have had already changed it's position.

"Our first reaction is surprised that your nation would seek to eliminate the male gender from it's populace. To us this not only seems odd but it also seems very counter productive. We can't imagine how your civilisation will have the drive to continue as the basic sex drives contribute to this. Whats more we can't understand why you would forsake the normal methods to increase your growth rate just because the majority of your people don't like men.

"All of this considered however, we have come to the conclusion as we would do with all cases like this. Your nation has it's own governing system, it's own rules and it's own soverignity. We cannot deny you that right and nor would we wish to do so, you make your own mistakes and you live with them. Your nation rules itself, we do not police the world.

"As such, while we are shocked at your rather pointless new laws; they are not really our laws to question and we respect your nations soverignity over all. Iuthia has no real qualms with Feminany."

Kayla sighed for a moment... then she looked a little more serious.

"However, we do have qualms with those nations who would force their laws upon your nation. Those who would invade and rape your nation because of their disgust, they have no respect for the idea of a international community, they have no understanding that a nation rules itself, not others.

"Would those nations decide that Iuthia should be a 'democracy?'" Kayla looked around the room to see who reacted.

"Ha! Perhaps they will choose to force their ideals on Iuthia next. Those nations have proven that they cannot respect another nations soveriegnity, should they continue to try and force their laws upon Feminany we may very well concider them a threat to the entire international community. Who will they force their morals on next? Who knows... if they cannot respect one nations right to rule itself, how long before they concider us Dictatorships?

"We cannot and will not stand for it. We may not like Feminany's actions, but we feel that's their choice to make, thoe who would deny them that are Iuthia's enemies."

"First, I would like to thank, with all humbleness, our being allowed attendance to this conference." Then pulling a note from his pocket, and glancing at it, he began to speak further..."Officially, the great Republic disagrees with the reasoning you have postulated for the recent move of your people to remove the male populace. We too also, have concerns with the forced operations, to neutralize male offspring at early stages. However, we have never been one to involve ourselves in the internal affairs of other cultures, especially less advanced ones. We have made partial exception in this matter, in the international scope of this matter, and overal national military posturing of neighbouring nations. In the interest of peace, the President, Mr. Williamson, has made decision to extend this offer, to your government and your people... All males, who do not wish to give up their gender status... on behalf of your nation should you allow us such, are invited expatriot status, and settlement on two of our deep space colonies... We could begin re-settlement of at least 9000 of them imediately following this conference, transported on the TRSS Orion, in lunar orbit, and TRSS Zeus and TRSS Titan located in the next sector. With further transport deals for more.... We also extend this invitation to the resettlement and adoption of infant males, under the same, and progressive terms, for an indefinite period. Our nation only wants to see a fair and equitable settlement seen in this matter. Thank you for this oportunity, Madame Dworkings..." and with that, Mr. Schutz sits down.

Elisa barely kept from blinking repeatedly at the thoughts and emotions she was picking up from the Monetistani delegates. To say it was unexpected was an understatement. However, it did her ego good to note that she was inspiring such thoughts. Clearing her throat softly, she continued, "Yes, well, you're absolutely right, peace is good for profits, as is dealing with a nation that has little option in who they deal with," she grinned, her capitalizt instincts taking over briefly. She smiled back at Denise as the conference started for real, nodding at her comment about continuing later To build international relationships, of course...

She listened as the other delegates spoke, standing herself when there was a lull, "In the interest of time, I will simply state that I largely agree with everything said by the honorable representative from Iuthia. While I cannot, of course, speak for the Federation as a whole nor the NDA as a whole, I am reasonably confident that they would also share this viewpoint.

"So, while we urge Feminany to reconsider their rather... ah... unorthodox law, we by no means feel that it is our place," she turns to glance at a few key representatives, "Nor anyone else's place to interfere in their passage of said law nor the implimentation of said law. After all, one would hate to be in the situation where one's own laws were determined to be odious by other other nations..."

Eve lay down her hands on the negociating table and stood up, survaying the crowd. The responce was, it had to be admitted, as she had expected. Now was the time for the comprimise.

Good people, I hear your words. I know that many of you harbour objections to the laws of Feminany. However, as you have stated, Feminanys laws are the responsibility of Feminany, and none other.

Such objections have, however, been considered by house of representatives, the supreme administarive body of Feminany. We have managed to secure an ammendmant, which will entail male babies to remain in Feminany until their sixteenth birthday, upon which point they will decide whether to undergo a gender change or leave Feminany. This was a major concession, and one which has deeply upset the more radical wings of the House. We hope it satisfys your objections.

With that she sat down. She had a feeling that some of the less tolerant delegates would not be so accomydating as the previous speakers. She had just recieved the word that the Decisive Action delegate had been detained after attempting to smuggle in a weapon. She had given word that he was not to be harmed, though it would be quite a reversal of fortunes to put him on trial.

Fascinating. 'Peace Conference', yet, everyone seems to agree regarding the sovereignity issue... Where are the retards wanting to go to war, again... Well, they were likely incapable of reading the flight schedule and got lost at the airport or something. She giggled, for a moment, before concentrating on the things the other guests said, again, and eventually, she actually begun to talk, once the opportunity arose.

"I will have to agree with TMGH. Such... Actions, as we have seen by some rather rogue nations... Are unacceptable. There is, of course, another issue, that is, the complete ignorance certain nations showed for the native needs of Feminany. Please... Since when is the populace responsible for its leader's decisions, may they be good, or bad, or... Well, odd. And the results of the... Overreaction have likely resulted in certain problems, when it comes to Feminany's civilian sector... The economy and such things."

She hesitated.

"Of course, The orporate Conglomerate I'm representing doesn't exactly like the people suffering for nothing... And we would be the first ones to help, if possible. Though this is of course a secondary issue, as this conference is about peace... Peace to help Feminany, as we all want, right?"

Meanwhile, Sakura sighed, saying nothing... Merely observing Elisa, her eyes tiny slits, trying to guess... To work out... To learn.

Elisa felt Sakura's eyes on her, glancing over briefing and giving her a friendly smile before returning to her PDA. There seemed to be a good number of nations missing, or simply not bothering to talk, as there were more people in there than had spoken. Most curious. She stood up to respond to the recent change in the law, "Madam Dworkings, first, the change in law is quite welcome. Giving the males the chance to make an informed decision is a key step. However, if I may present something of an allegory, to help explain our view point on these matters.

"Imagine a nation with an 80:20 male:female nation. And imagine that they had made the exact same proposal as your government has, but with the sexes reversed. Would not the nations of the world rightly voice their concern over this obvious opression of women?"

She starts to sit down, but remembers something else, standing back up, "Also, what does a sex-change operation solve? Is it the... 'equipment' that your hard line members of the government object to, or the male mind-set? If it's the male mind-set, genetic aggression if you will, I fail to see how changing the 'equipment' will have any affect." She grins a little, "Eventually they'll get sick of looking at themselves in full length mirrors."

The Feminarian delegation arrives a little late, their flight having been delayed due to bad weather. Even so, they do arrive eventually, travelling by commercial airline rather than the nation's own transportation. There are three of them, accompanied by four anonymous female soldiers; one of the delegates has a patch over one eye and a frown on her lips as she glances at the other two.

MAJOR ROSS: "Will you settle down, liutenant? Just because those little drinks were free in first class didn't mean you had to go overboard like that."

The other female delegate, a younger female, laughs as she gets carried inside by her male companion. She's dressed in a black Armani suit, just like the other woman, while the man wears white; he looks more like a martial artist than a diplomat, frankly.

Lt. STEELE: "But there were so many kinds... right, Steven? We should get some of those back home... oh, look! We're here?"

Steven simply laughs, shaking his head. The major is less amused, frowning further.

MAJOR ROSS: "Now you notice? Honestly, Kat... you need to learn to hold your booze. Come on, we're already late."

And so the Feminarian delegation heads to join the conference. Well, the Major does, at any rate. The liutenant needs to sober up some, first.

"Well," then remarks Ambassadore Schutz.... "If the need of repatriation is not the issue here, and obviously the more 'aggressive' element present in the opposition faction isn't present, then we need to get to the issue of preserving peace through this process." For a moment, Henry Schutz sits in contemplation, then starting back up... "I think, from what I've heard of my fellow delegates here, that all of us are pretty much in agreement that we would not get involved with altering the internal affairs of Feminanian nation, by force. So obviously *we* are not the problem in this matter, and regardless of the outcome of this meeting, none of us would be taking up arms against Feminany. So there's the crunch, what we decide here, has to determing the course of peace, not just amongst ourselves... which is fairly well established, but also in the course of those not present....... And there is the problem.... if the well being of the persons, of male nature, is not an issue, given the fact that the most noble nation of Dumpsterdam is providing for their welbing in the enactment of this law in her neighbor Feminany.... That being the fact.... It is obvious the oppositions intent is not the wellbeing of the people..... but merely an opposition to the Feminian people AND government... and that they will not show any recourse, except the complete domination and control of Feminany, and her people.... I propose, at this junction that there are only two courses that this counsel can reach, either the complete abolision of this matterial law.... or the formation of an alliance to secure the nation, people, and peace of Feminany..."... and with that, Mr. Schutz takes his seat again.

Secret IC:

Captain Jean Marie Navarre, the seventeen year old son of Bertrand Navarre had successfully swam ashore on a remote beach in Feminany, he was part of a unit of the RG special forces, a combat diver. He was unarmed, except for his diving knife, he was here to gather intelligence about Thomas Stahlecker and ascertain where he was being held and to determine if he was even still alive.

He remembered being briefed for the operation, his father was pacing back and forth while the slides of the top personnel and important figures of Feminany were being shown. Jean Marie had his feet elevated on a table, not paying much attention to anything in particular, more interested in the tune he was whistling, than in listening to who the important politicians were. He didn't care who was who, he wanted to see maps of where he was to be inserted and extracted, reports about weather, moonlight, sunset, sunrise, details of his mission.

Something caught his attention though, he sat up in his chair, letting his feet fall to the ground, "Father, who is that?" he inquired.

His father paused the slide and checked the dossier, "Hmm... That would be the daughter of their leader. Why do you ask?"

Jean Marie hesitated for a second, put his feet back up on the desk, then sighed, "Shame she's probably a feminazi." he muttered under his breath. Bertrand questioned him, "What was that son?"

The captain quickly shot back, "Nothing father, just thinking to myself."

That had been hours ago though, now the young captain was moving off the beach in a remote region of Feminany. He hoped to get into the interior without raising any suspicion. He'd already ditched and buried his diving suit and all the gear he'd need to get out of here if for some reason the extraction team couldn't get him out.

He was moving silently and swiftly, sticking to the terrain, keeping in the undergrowth... He was hoping to reach the capital in a few hours. Jean Marie prayed he'd not be seen.

Ooc- About Captain Jean Marie Navarre

Captain Jean Marie Navarre (17) A captain in a combat diver unit of the Republican Guard Special Forces. Jean is a son of Bertrand Navarre. He is somewhat cocky and arrogant; this arrogance likely stems from the fact that he managed to get a law degree by age 15, but decided instead to join the RG Special Forces. He has always been a swift swimmer so it was only natural he became a combat diver. He has his father’s charm and good looks. Jean Marie is most well-known for a book he published at age 16, titled, “Through Hell For Fabus”, about the campaign in Angola, which he took part in. 6’2. 191 lbs. brown hair, green eyes. IQ 152

About his father

Field Marshal Bertrand “The Butcher” Navarre (43) the commander of the 2nd RG Division, the “White Knights” Division of the Republican Guard. Born in Mississippi shortly after his parents fled Algeria in 1962. Frenchman. He got his nickname from a guerilla propaganda radiobroadcast for what happened when he was a major in 1991 and what he ordered his battalion to do to over 2,000 enemy guerilla who had surrendered (The only time he ever had anybody executed, but the nickname stuck. The prisoners were guerillas that had been killing civilians, so he didn’t think they deserved any mercy). Ranked as the 4th handsomest public figure in DA, also considerably wealthy. The Imperial Wizard of the White Knights of Mississippi. Duke of Neshoba County. Married and has a large number of children. IQ 149.

Kayla sighed... this wouldn't do at all. She remained seated looking at the papers before her as she spoke.

"Iuthia has no interest in an alliance and I seriously doubt that the governments of Feminany is going to allow for anymore concessions." Kayla then looked directly towards Ambassador Schutz and continued. "So far they have ensured that their male population has a choice to leave or become male. Though it seems a little odd, that is all we have to work with, it will take months, if not years to convince the populace that men are not what they think they are."

Kayla then stood up to formally respond.

"So neither of the two options you have put forth are likely to happen. My nation doesn't seek to ally with a nation such as Feminany, we don't know enough about them and an alliance is a two way thing. They have little to offer us in return.

"An agreement seems more likely; we expect that none of the nations reprecented will attempt to use military action on Feminany regarding this matter. Any nation which does take military action will likely have to respond to Iuthian forces, perhaps others as well."

"This is Joseph Mladic, with the White People's Radio. It has come to my attention that a nation called Feminazi, er... I mean Feminany, has abducted a diplomat, a man who was there as a representative of our government. A peaceful envoy intending to better relations between our two nations. This man accidentally forgot to take one of his guns out. Now we Mississippians can appreciate, that with the amount of guns we carry, we're likely to forget about one or two of them. Also, we must make it known that Thomas Stahlecker has diplomatic immunity. I am calling on the government of Feminazi... Er, I mean Feminany, to immediately release Thomas Stahlecker unharmed and in good spirits."

How dumb is your nations government? Assuming your stupid claim to not only know that they are arrested (that is possible) but why they were arrested and the circumstances of the arrested isn't ignored, you're government seems to think it's acceptable to "accidently forget" a weapon when meeting VIP's... had Feminany failed to notice the weapon and you shot my VIP I would hold you both responcable. It's your diplomats fault for not following the laws. You're government and your diplomat should know better.

He is the Minister of Propaganda, I never said everything he says is true. All he knows is Stahlecker hasn't reported in, he is connecting the dots, Stahlecker carries lots of guns, likes to keep one on him at all times, he isn't reporting in, chances are that his gun got him into trouble. Wouldn't be the first time a Stahlecker got into trouble because of his gun.

I ask we restrict OOC stuff to TG or IM systems. It is up to Feminany what is ignored, this is her RP, not yours. She can ignore it if she so chooses.

Raising again... Mr. Schutz speaks... "To our knowledge, and for all intensive purposes, this conference was secured to seek out a fair, equitable, and functional end to this matter.... and without bloodshed. I will, unfortuneatly, due to the absense of the opposition in this matter's presence; need to play devil's advocate, on their behalf... Madame Dworkings, first, we need to secure a release, and return to the State of Decisive Action's detained delegate, as a show of good faith, unharmed.. The Orion has already monitored an incursion by the NationState of Decisive Action... most likely to assertain, or retrieve their captured delegate... and it would be nice to not see this situation come to bloodshed. And we would preffer not to see someone executed for a minor infraction... Secondly, it needs to be know if you, Madame, are willing to make concessions for the purpose of peace, in the matter of this present law. Sometimes one needs to bend to ensure peace.... Finally.... for the last point...."

---

All this time, the Orion had pushed forward at full speed, coming down from it's lunar orbit position, to settle into a standard earth orbit... starboard side to earth. Along the starboard side of the vessel, a port opens, begins to glow red.. and then, promptly, a bright, blushish white object shoots out, traveling at unheard of velocities, it comes down in an empty region of ocean, a good 100 miles from any civilization, in this area... there is a massive flash of white light... and a rumble heard for hundreds of miles... followed by an immense mushroom cloud.... Following this, a broadcast on all channels, radio and sub-space...

"Any military activities or operations in the region of Feminany, her allies, or her opposition will not be tollerated while the peace process is in operation and still on the table. Any and all military activities in the area are to cease immediately. Any opposition forces, wishing to have their points raised, who have refused attendance, should broadcast their concerns to the TRSS Orion.... The Tekanian Representative will raise them for you at the conference....... message ends....."

Like a massive hawk, the Orion holds station in geosyncronous orbit over Feminany...

---

Ambassadore Schutz then continues... "Any act of militaty aggression, on either side, will be handled rapidly and decisively while the peace process is underway, untill either the process comes to failure, or we reach an equitable and fair stance..."

"You seem to be suggesting that war will occur if concessions are not made, yet they have been made. You don't even represent the nations who were threatening war... hell, you don't even seem to acknowledge that concessions have been made and that the nations threatening war are imposing on Feminany's soverignity." Kayla sighed. "Clearly you misundersood me earlier; Feminany has made their offer and it's as much as their people can accept to give towards peace... the offer they have made removes attrocities from the problem, so the reason for war is gone."

"Let those with hostile intentions speak for themselves, we can't afford to make assumptions here and I want to hear them make their actual views, not what their views may be.

"Meanwhile I can assure you that Feminany will not be the nation to start any military agression. Should that be the case we will not support them. As for this delegate who has been arrested... well I would agree with you that they should be released and a formal complaint sent to their nation. Personally I wouldn't accept a diplomat from that nation if they can't assure me that their peolpe will follow our laws. It's clear this man is a poor diplomat."

The Sharina delegate, Grigor Seloan, stood up and shook his head.

"This is leading us nowhere. If these things were to occur in my nation, offending parties would be dealt with swiftly. They would be expelled from my nation without question, so not to cause the bloodshed at the failed Sixth Reich conference.

Now to the matters at hand.

I support Feminany's amendment with my whole heart. Freedom of choice is paramount to a civilized society.

However, I would like to know what will be done regarding male children with schools, living accomdations, shopping for necessary material such as food and clothes, and so forth.

Also, you could use these males to provide sperm for your research facilities, and they can be used to impregnate women, but alter the chromosomes from X-Y to X-X if necessary.

If nations are still unhappy with that compromise, then I have to be blunt. I believe that this is the best compromise that Feminany is willing to make, considering her people's beliefs and culture."

Grigor Seloan sat back down and awaited the response from the delegates.

This conference was convened for a purpose, I was under the impression it was to seek a fair and equitable end in this matter, a peaceful end... As of yet, hardly any of the opposition has presented itself... the ones who have, have been detained, arrested and charged with crimes by the Femininian government, the government shows no desire to change their course, or make any further concessions..... Each time I've raised actions, or items to be covered to seek a peaceful end, I've been rulled down, and as of yet there have been absolutely no willingness on the part of Feminiany, or any other delegates of this conference to secure any form or fasion of peace on this matter.... the only thing this conference has created, is a platform for... to be blunt, allies to make postulated, pompous, and downright juvenile and uncooperative remarks in an enviroment of zero resistance........" "Mr. Rift", Ambassodore Schutz speaks, "Tekanian is in disagreement, we would not have operated under the same way under similar circumstances, we are talking about a single, forgotten gun, given up at a checkpoint, not a drawn weapon, or and actual attempt on the life of Madame Dworkings. A minor security error was made, and then blown all out of proportion.... Also, Tekania is upset that this conference has yet to actually proceed in a direction towards any meaningful work of securing peace, or, at the least securing the safety of Feminany. We are in agreement, as far as being satisfied with the consessions Feminany has already presented." Mr. Schutz then does a 'Picard Maneuver'... pushing his jacket down square on his shoulders.... Then continues... "The fact that *we* are all satisfied is not the point... The point is *other* more aggressive elements are not.... That being the case, then we must either; A, seek more concessions.... or B, seek a protectorial pact for Feminany, for at the least, a deterent to the more aggressive element.... I'll agree, concession seems unlikely, given the overal dissent by the opposition to even attend the conference. That being the case, regardless of concession, Feminany is still in danger of attack... Truthfully, there may be no peaceful solution, even though pact may deter, there's no gurantee it would deter the entirety of the oppositional force... Some bloodshed, even minor, may come of this... But I think we should act to limit that as much as possible... I believe all of us came here for a reason... and if it wasn't for the assurance of limiting bloodshed, pushing for peace, and reaching equity... Then I do not know why we are here.... Let's stop talking about what we *are not* going to do, and actually get to what we *are* going to do."

The sleek black-and-white TranspontAIR DC8 was brand new and the pride of the fleet, but it had looked so small as it endlessly circled above the airport, awaiting permission to land as the monstrous birds of far greater nations howled in to land. Franks looked at his watch, again and again, as reports of an arrest, an assassination attempt, filtered through, garbled and unreliable. Better Gordon Franks is late than the Late Gordon Franks, he considered. He wondered how much fuel the DC8 carried.

---------

I wonder if we can bring along some politics students to the next conference we attend, Franks thought as he passed through security at the conference centre. I know we have no need for security or aides, they're unTranspontian, but I feel a bit naked entering here without an entourage.

---------

Oh, good, Franks thought when he entered the hall. The fracas has delayed things. I'm not going to miss the fun ...

At the Airport (Finally):

The huge multi-billion dollar Airbus 380 parks on a plane stand while Otto von Hienkel Rommel, Adolf Gorreing, and Ludo Hienkel walk away from the plane into a waiting limo.

L. Hienkel: "THOSE STUPID AMECIAN PIGGGGS! WE WAITED FOR 3 HOURS GETTING THE CLEARENCE TO LAND!!!"

Gorreing: "Calm down Ludo. And it's the Feminayians that did these, not the Americans. You've been working too long at that job, you still think we want to nuke America!"

Hienkel Rommel: "Let's get to the conference now, we're already three hours late! We need to change that law."
-----------------------------------------------

At the Conference:

After going through secruity, the three men take their seats at their reserved table and talks to the delegate from Camel Eaters, who seems to be raging about not enough camels to eat. Secretary of the Exterior Gordon Franks watched the arrival of the Greater Sixth Reich with pleasure. Make the trains run on time, do they? he thought to himself. The uniforms made him uneasy; it was so easy to forget uniforms and the accroutements of military states if you lived in a radical pacifist one for long enough. But they added a good deal of formal pomp to the hall, it had to be said.

Franks thought: Guns, uniforms, blood, power. These things were anathema to the Transpontians. Peaceful, passive resistance had given them exodus, their own country, and freedom. But it had also taught them the limitations of pacifism.

That was why they admired the Feminanians, although they disliked their policy, and why they were prepared to defend Feminany. Feminany had found its own solution.

Thankfully President Maximme understands this, Franks thought, and she has her own version of Feminany's little announcement up her sleeve. We'll show what pacifism can do once it stops being so wet. But that will have to wait until this Feminany matter is settled.

Alarcon had remained quiet the whole evening, quiet, just listening. He remembered the discussion that he had with his son not two days ago.

Feminany had seemed to compromise, and it seemed reasonable. Better to allow these good men to escape such horrible perils, under a government so... hateful. He laughed, and silently wished that the same right was applied to women who saw the error of their ways. None of the back-up measures that Congress had agreed on were necesary, and his son would be appeased.

Kayla whiped her brow and looked upon the other delegates. It seemed that only one nation her was actually threatening action and quite frankly she didn't like that nations chances of survival should it actually go through with it's WMD attack. Taking a moment to regain her posture, Kayla continued to answer Ludo Hienkel.

"You'll have to excuse my ignorance on that matter, the information I have is clearly second hand and has probably been twisted slightly... we were aware that someone had been shot. Still, it helps to illustrate my point; only a careless representative "forgets" to remove a gun, it's his responcability to make sure he follows the laws of the nation he's attending." Kayla paused to have a drink. "Though I'm sure the man will be released and sent home soon enough, it would be bad form of Feminany to hold the man indefinatly."

"Getting back to the issue at hand; why the WMD threat, Alarcon? It's hardly justifiable to threaten that kind of damage to a populace over such an affair... they haven't threatened you and the citizens are innocent."

Many civilised nations, including ours, have made it known that they are happy to accept those unwilling to adhere to Feminany's rules. Why, given everything, should males who are happy being male want to remain in an country they are so unwelcome in? We see no problem here."

"In Iuthia our core beleif, politically that is, is to respect national soveriegnity and to work towards the protection of Iuthia. We can't possibily understand why anyone would risk their nation to mutually assured destruction over something which is happening in another nation.

"You didn't even need to make threats first; it seems that no nation in this affair even attempted diplomacy." Kayla looked anoyed. "And I must note that I don't concider threats of rape and invasion to be diplomacy. Had any nation attempted to talk things out first and not later you may very well have had the world behind you.

"But what we saw resently was a bunch of small nations and a few large nations threatening invasion with a few of them even threatening rape. Not one of them tried to work something out... though I notice that Feminany was willing to change their policy slightly when they had the chance to be heard over the innumberable threats.

"We feel that they have made their case... I'll admit, I can't understand what they have against men; but maybe the nations who threatened them reminded them of the worse fears they have about about men. In anycase we trust that no intentional harm is being done against any men in Feminany, once they reach the age of 16 they either go female or leave the nation... it's not perfect but they have a choice."

"The world behind us ... hah!

"Once again, we are not talking about a gun brought INTO the conference... You, like our esteemed host, have blown this far out of proportion. And are in all truth ALTERING the facts to slew the case to your point, do I defend the fact the said diplomat had a weapon? No... I do not, it was an error on his part. However, may I remind you, he turned over many weapons, alarms went off, and he was then, literally, assaulted with an army.... and then, after willingly giving up the weapon... In a spectacle, he was held at gunpoint, and then charged, with clearly trumped up charges.... These are the actions of a petty dictator, or a child with unwieldy power... It's not a matter of WHAT occured, but HOW the situation was handled, and the posterior occurances. The way the whole thing went down, was dishonorable. No, it would not weaken their position to return the DA delegate, with or without a warning. Suppose the alarm has been set off by the delegates hip implant? The activities of the guards, which, under the circumstances, would have been the same... would have been a diplomatic nightmare far beyond anything else.... The entire situation was handled badly... and it stinks."

"Do I think Feminany's position is weak, most certainly I do, they are a small nation, the fact they must rely on allies, prooves that point. There are definitively aggressive elements in the opposition who seek, probably, nothing less than the complete submission of Feminany... My goal is for peace, and the assurance of it. Prefferably by all parties. I am glad of AMF's involvement in this matter."

"You seem to count me in the opposition... Which I am not, despite the many time I have brought up as such. For the fourth time, I am satisfied with the concessions Feminany has made.... As long as there are not arbitrary executions, and forced operations, on unwilling parties to this law, we are satisfied as long as lives are saved. Do we agree the Feminany's position overal? No, we find her entire argument is based on misconceptions and lies, for the most part unintentional... *I* am satisfied, the opposition is not... They have not been here to speak for themselves, and I am in agreement with their general principle, of this being, most certainly, a bigoted and sexist law, merely designed for the oppression of one sex over another, despite the 'arguments' made for it.... While I disgree with the posture they take to 'rectify' it...... I would rather accomplish the ends of re-education of Feminany, and the eventual repatriation of the men of Feminany with their motherland, under a flag of peace, and not war."

"As for resolving the problem? From what I've seen it's a matter of cleaning up the remains of this conference. Meanwhile I remain to be in general agreement that no harm should come of him and personally I feel that while he was arrested in a manner which made him look like a criminal; he should have been more careful."

"As for their weekness in this affair I would agree, they need support. But in this circumstance they can afford to conclude the conference with the current concessions and remain confident that war will not occure. Had we not none that Automagfreek would support them I wouldn't think their position so strong. My original point was simple but you yourself seemed to make it complex: They need not give anymore, they have done what they can and have shown willing, within their own limits, to make an agreement.

"I only count you in oposition because you continue to argue for them without allowing them to make their point for themselves. Those who have not arrived have shown a lack of interest and those who have arrived seem to have stated that they are content with the changes made and only require Feminany to clear some matters. He stood up to speak, "We find the amendment of allowing males to grow to 16 then leave or change gender is quite acceptable and we applaud Feminany's government for this effort. However, there is a question of what will happen to these males in the future. Should there be some sort of international effort to give aid to these young men, or should the burden fall on Feminany. For the sake of international cooperation, we support the former. As for Frank's concern about any nations that may threaten violence in the future. The Most Glorious Hack - Is Feminany against the male gender or the male mindset?
Sharina - What about the Children
The Great Sixth Reich - What happens at 16? Does the Male get to stay in the nation if he choose to stay Male?

Eve Dworkings rose again, adressing each question in turn.

To the most esteemed delegate of The Most Glorious Hack, we will make our position clear on this important matter. It is of the belief of our scientists and our public conscience that the male gender has been in slow and steady decline. The evidence of this can be found in the fact that so many male leaders are unbalanced enough to conduct war over this matter. We are attempting to bring equality to humanity. Is this not an admirable goal?

As to the delegate of Sharina, I believe I have already made a statement on this matter, though I will re-iterate it. Male children will be legally recognised as Female untill their sixteenth birthday. After that point, they will be presented with a choice, remain in Feminany and abide by her laws, or emigrate. Should they choose the latter, the state will pay all expenses involved. I believe this also answers the Sixth Reich's question.

She sat down, frowning. This matter should already be settled, they had other matters to attend to.

"On that issue, our views are clear: Feminany's sovereignty is inviolate and should remain so.

"It should be obvious to even the most boneheaded warmongerers among us that:

"Firstly, all these threats and instances of macho aggressive posturing make Feminany's internal policy look more sensible and humane by the hour;

"secondly, a war between Feminany's enemies and her defenders would encompass far greater death, injury, destruction and evil than any of her internal affairs ever could;

"and thirdly, it is late and peace is the only outcome of this conference. War will simply not happen. [OOC: Feminany has indicated her unwillingness to RP a war, so why are we bothering?] So can we please settle a resolution, communique or whatever, and go home?"

"If I may interject," she spoke clearly into the conference hall "though we would be happy to argue the ethics of the law at hand, there are more pragmatic issues to contend with. It is our understanding that the immediate refugees from the passage of this law have already been granted asylum abroad. However, this law will almost certainly produce a constant stream of young males who refuse to undergo the operation. Therefore, on behalf of the Anarchic Unity of Danarkadia, I wish to extend our offer of humanitarian assistance and asylum to any citizen of Feminany, now or in the future, who wishes to leave their homeland. We would also grant visiting rights to friends and family of the asylum-seekers and they would be allowed to travel freely into our borders. The extension of this offer is the primary reason for my nation's presence at this conference.

Secondarily, we also speak out against potential conflict and applaude those who would do the same. The idea that one can force so-called freedom on a people by slaughtering them is logically contradictory and morally abhorrent. We offer our unconditional assistance to a peaceful, inclusive resolution to the international fiasco that this law seems to have unwittingly spawned.

Finally, I argue that, in order to maintain structure to this conference, all parties refrain from attempting to persuade the people of Feminany one way or the other about their own law untill after all other humanitarian and foreign affairs concerns have been satisfactorily addressed."

After a brief pause in which Magdalena mentally went over her checklist of what she needed to say, she sat down with her two junior-officer proteges. She felt she was a bit more forceful then her usual style, but hopefully the message would not be taken as a hostility. Her frustration was merely microcosmic of the frustration of her entire nation; it's hard working for peace and harmony, even in your own home, when the whole world seems bent on destruction.

Later the Day, During a Recess, at the Lobby

So far, the first day of the conference had been... Fascinating, especially for Denise. Admittedly, not so much for Sakura... Denise's bright eyes, watching Elisa... It made her quite nervous. Or rather, angry.

But then, she had to admit that Elisa was quite an attractive person... She shuddered, for a moment, not liking this thoughts.

Eventually, she and Denise stayed a little at the Lobby, enjoying their drinks... With Denise slightly red as Sakura made sure that she brought her point about 'faith' across.

A bit hypocritical... Meh. She thought, remembering what she had felt the moment she noticed this Harmone person... But then, Denise didn't need to know that.

"So... Got it? No more tinkly eyes, mhm?"

"Yes, yes..." Denise looked somewhat annoyed, holding her drink... Her third drink, to be correct, already being somewhat unsober.

Dear god, can't she just allow me some slack?

She looked up, a little, straightening her already rather short, black dress, watching the other people in the room while amusing herself with the idea of Elisa & Sakura clashing, right here, right now.

God, I could enjoy that. Elisa ripping Sakura's red kimono apart... She chuckled, for once being glad that Sakura couldn't read her thoughts.

However, seeing Sakura's eyes... Apparently, guessing them wasn't all that hard.

Elisa walked up to Denise and Sakura, a drink in her hand, smiling charmingly, "Hello you two. 'Interesting' conference, isn't it?" She sighed softly, "Not sure how well it's going. Immovable object and unstoppable force, it seems."

She shrugged a little, letting her eyes wander over the two women from Monetistan, "So... how are you two doing? I'd offer you two a drink, but..." She grins at Denise a little, "It seems you've had a few already."

For a second or two, Sakura contemplates the possibility of killing Elisa. Right here, right now.

Unfortunately, it simply... Wasn't the right time, even she knew it. On the other hand... A look at Denise reassured her in her general dislike of Elisa... Admittedly, Ms. Day was reasonably polite, and it wasn't entirely impossible for her simply not knowing... No, she didn't seem to be that much of a clueless woman.

"Quite well, why?" Was her simple, and short, answer.

Denise was more talkative, and even though her unsober status might have been one reason for it...

"Oh, it's wonderful, here... Well, apart from the conference. You're right, most delegates present are more than just a bit... Well, like bricks. But then, Feminany... Odd nation, sure, but quite pleasent people, so I guess the trip is worth its time." She giggled. "Oh, and one cannot have enough drinks, can one?"

For a moment, she hesitated, giggling at Sakura's rather aggressive glance.

"You might not know it... We're together, and... Sakura is a rather jealous person, not someone for experiments-"

"DENISE!"

Denise giggled, evading Sakuras gentle attempt of kicking her.

"Come on, it's true!"

She stepped up next to Elisa, sipping from her drink. "Really... A very conservative person, Sakura is. Unfortunately, but she has other qualities..."

At this point, Sakura blushed, embarrassed. "Please, not here..."

"What, there are only half a dozen people here, not counting the three of us..."

Kayla Harmone entered the lobby looking rather exhausted from the conference. She had made quite a heated argument for the people of Feminany in the past hour and there was she had gotten quite frustrated with the others at one point. Perhaps she was loosing her touch, but then again it was a little sudden… perhaps the problem lay in her recent spat of relationship problems.

Whatever her problem was she wanted nothing more then to use the end of this conference to relax away from the heated rhetoric and general shouting. A conclusion had been reached so it was ok for her to alter her consciousness with a few drinks… perhaps when she got out of this nation she could go on an acid trip back home and get out of her head for a while. Damn she needed to escape.

Keeping her the façade of cool calm she carefully made her way to the drinks and got herself a glass of the most potent wine she could find before looking around the room for some pleasant company. She noticed that Elisa Day, the representative from The Most Glorious Hack, and two other representatives from a nation she couldn’t quite remember were talking to one another. Kayla had enjoyed Elisa Day’s arguments and found her support for her arguments refreshing. Politely she slipped into the conversation.

“I hope you don’t mind me joining you three, but I can’t stand to be around these others for much longer.” She started, followed by a long swig of her red wine.

Elisa smiled at Kayla, noticing the speed she was drinking her wine, "Ah, Kayla. I think we're all in agreement that..." her voice trails off with a wave of her hand. "At any rate, I don't know if you've met, but this is Denise and Sakura [insert last names here] from Monetistan." She grins with a conspiratorial wink, "They seem to be having a bit of a lovers' spat right about now."

Denise Hampton, Miyamoto Sakura :P

Sakura nodded at Kayla, seemingly glad that the topic seemed to change. "Oh, yes... Quite an impressive argument you made in there. Had to chuckle a lot as the others struggled." She smiles, hoping that this will be enough to make the conversation less... Suggestive. "And we're definitely a better company, anyway..." She took a sip from her drink, just to gulp in shock as she heard Elisa. "Please, I-"

"She's right." This was Denise, giggling. "But it's all good natured, no?" A big grin appearing in her face, she grabs Sakura's arm, pulling her closer and eventually, softly kissing her cheek, seemingly enjoying the whole situation... A situation she begins to like more and more, after the excessively dry talking in the conference room, where she had serious troubles suppressing her desire to yawn.

"I see... Red wine... Sakura's more into sake, unfortunately... But anyway, a drink is a drink and ought to be used as such." With that, she takes another 'sip', the 'sip' casually emptying her glass. "And, how are you seeming Feminany? Quite a pleasent place, as far as I can see... including the bedrooms in their hotels."

Kayla smirked at the last comment Elisa made, keeping her posture despite the fact she wanted to giggle at Sakura’s precious reaction and facial expression.

“I think they make a lovely couple, it would be a shame for them to fight.” Kayla smiled as she turned back to them, taking another sip from her glass of wine. “Ambassador Kayla Harmone, Iuthian Representative for this conference, pleased to meet you ladies.” she offered her hand.

Elisa simply watched for a bit, mildly amused by the exchange, satisfied to just watch for now. It was almost like manipulating puppets. Even if should couldn't read their minds, it was impossible to notice the various stares being tossed about, despite the Monetistani's pathetic attempts to hide them.

Kayla, on the other hand, seemed something of a wildcard. Of course, if she kept 'sipping' her wine like that... actually, that wasn't a bad idea. She flagged down a server and ordered another round for everyone, even Sakura.

As she grinned inwardly, she softly added, "Actually... can't say that I've seen the rooms yet, myself. I came straight here..."

Vespasius left the conference room. "What a load of idiots, don't you think Smith?" He asked his aide while petting the little humanoid over the head. It didn't produce more then a stasisfied growl as Vespasius made his way towards a table with drinks. As he got a bit closer he froze, cursed under his breath and quickly paced past the table to the restroom. He made a clear mental note to himself as he passed the four ladies. Do not engage in conversation with the women here, to many hippies and other feminazi's. Rift slight ducked as to allow himself entrance to the room and slammed the door behind him.

Kayla finished her glass; her head already felt a little light-headed from drinking it so quickly. Well, it’s a good start, she thought. She had already begun to relax her formal posture a little as she unwound with these women. Elisa had brought her and the others another drink, replacing the one she just finished. Had Kayla not just drank a glass herself she may have been a little more suspicious as to Elisa’s motives… however, in her slightly altered state she just put it down to Elisa’s consideration.

“Thanks, Elisa” she dropped the formality, feeling it was ok to do so. Kayla then took the second wine glass but this time didn’t take another sip until the warmth of the last one had warn off, she wanted to keep herself on the high. Elisa may have noticed that Kayla wasn’t very easy to read, possibly due to some natural resistance. Even as she lost some of her prohibitions it was hard to discern much more then her general feeling and it would likely hurt her if she was to be pried open, mentally.

“Actually... can't say that I've seen the rooms yet, myself. I came straight here...” Elisa replied softly to Sakura’s question/suggestion. Kayla nodded politely.

“Me neither, we made a point of booking a hotel encase the conference lasted several days, but I’ve not had a chance to do much more then make sure my luggage was dropped off… though I have to say that the hotel looked quite luxurious." Kayla again missed the suggestion being made, instead taking it as a legitimate question. “The rest of the nation seems pleasant enough though.

“I’ll have to see the bedrooms later.” She added, innocently.

Sakura gulped, almost spilling her wine as she heard Denise answering Elisa. "Oh, I'm sure we can show you our bedroom, it is really quite comfortable...".

"She... She is joking, of course!" She hastened to add.

"No, I'm n-"

"Please, Denise!"

"Oh, come on, I quite like the interior..."

For a moment, Sakura looked around, somewhat helpless, her eyes gazing upon Kayla (and her drink), searching for help...

'I will have to see the bedrooms, later'

No, not see, too... Though in her case, I wouldn't mind...

She blushed the moment she was thinking the words, not noticing that her whole attitude was, by now, a lot more... Relaxed.

Elisa frowned a little at the intrusion from Vespasius. Perhaps if your mind was a touch more secure than, say, a wet cardboard box, your thoughts wouldn't leak out like so much offal. Of course, if that was the case, you probably wouldn't think such ignorant and ill-informed thoughts as you seem to. Don't worry, I'm sure puberty will hit. Eventually. With a sip of her wine, she closed off her mind.

Of course, that ment that she missed some of the thoughts from her new found friends, but as she had already discovered: they were quite transparent anyway. At least as long as the bar was open.

She smiled charmingly at Denise, "Ooo... that's a very kind offer. I'm sure the interior is very nice. I'd love to see it..." She glanced at Sakura, "If it's not imposing too much." She grinned, "I'm sure Kayla here would love to see it too..."

Sakura, being somewhat susceptible to alcohol, did notie Elisa's comment, without actually reacting to it, being more occupied with... Admiring? Kayla.

"Oh, yes, yes, sure..." Arg... Alcohol... I knew it... It always happens... Last time I woke up chained to Denise...

Deciding that she shouldn't care that much about the near future, she decided to merely do some small talk to Kayla, who seemed to be rather drunk, too.

Denise can do whatever she wants with this woman.. Whore... Whatever.

The idea that it could be fun sharing with Denise was quickly suppressed... Not eliminated, though.

Denise didn't care all that much about Sakura, being busy with Elisa... Offering her the next drink. "Come on, don't be so shy..." She giggled, for a moment, before replying. "Oh, no, no problem... It would be an honour to have you as our guest, I'm sure Sakura agrees... Right, Sakura?"

"Yes, err... What?"

Kayla thought for a moment... she knew she was missing something but exactly what was evading her completely. These charming ladies were offering to leave this place to tour Feminany a bit, given how this place had grown dull and the peace had been acheived... hadn't it? Nah... who cares. So Kayla concidered the fact that she was free to look around. At the moment she was noticing the subtle colours and patterns on Sakura's kimono. She was an attractive woman... Kayla started to wonder where she could get one of those things, it took her a moment to realise she was staring.

"It would be nice to take a peek with such good company..." Kayla took another sip and felt the warm rush of the alcohol on her brain. "I wonder how I would look in one of those kimononos" she finished, having trouble with finishing the last word.

She smiled happily at Kayla, "I'm sure we can find you a kimmon... kimim... kinom... er... dress-thingie... on the way to the hotel." She blushed at the utter failure of her ability to speak and decided to 'solve' the problem with a swig of her wine.

Daniel Reck was getting nervous. It had been 12 hours since he had a cigaretee, and he was going through a light withdrawal. Richter had taken medication for his migraines earlier, so he was ready to keep going with the conference.

Daniel stood up from his seat, "I'm going to go have a cig. Tell me what happens while I'm gone." Daniel walked outside and started smoking. The day was slowly fading away. Daniel's cell phone rang.

Reck: "Daniel Reck speaking, keep it short... I'm taking a smoke break."

Emperor (Erik): "Dan, I hope the conference is continuing well."

Reck: "Erik! The conference is kinda lagging. I left Richter inside at the conference."

Erik: "Well, as you know... I am getting married to the princess from Hades Cluster. I was wondering if you would be my best man."

Reck: "Of course I will. When is the wedding?"

Erik: "As soon as you return from the conference."

Reck: "Wow, talk about pressure. I'll see what I can do. I could leave Richter here by himself, but you know how he can get."

Erik: "Just try to hurry back. Persephone is getting anxious to get married."

Reck: "Oh, that princess from Hades Cluster. The one that would visit during ITDGF training."

Erik: "Heh, yea. Anways, duty calls for both of us. Talk to you later."

Reck: "Yea."

Reck finished his cigarette and walked back into the conference. Richter was sitting, twiddling his thumbs, "Enjoy the smoke?" "Yea. The Emperor Called." "Really? What did he say?" "I have to get back home for the Emperor's wedding." "Oh."

She heard Denise, "Definitely. And it would be wonderful to have such nice guests, too." Without actually reacting, not minding her intentions. Well, not anymore.

"Oh, yes... You might want to try one of mine... They ought to fit..." She giggled, softly, as her brain informed her about the innuendo.

Then she felt Kayla, closer, the four women now rather close together... "Oh, yes..." Another long sip from her wine, and she could watch Denise laying her arm around Elisa's neck, apparently needing some help standing. Or, since they hadn't consumed that much alcohol, pretending to need it.

Not that Sakura would mind it... Well, not anymore.

"Elisa's right... We should go for the Kimi.... What did you say? The thing I'm wearing..." She blushed, again, and took Kayla's hand, seemingly interested leaving for the hotel.

Kayla now stood a little closer to the others now that Elisa had gottened herself some more drink. It wasn't really too important and no one seemed to mind. Kayla spent another moment looking the Sakura's Kimono, noticing her curves while at it. She amired both for a moment before listening to Elisa try and say "Kimono".

Kayla giggled at Elisa's comment, finding it hard to control herself. Normally she hated being out of control but it was refreshing to just ride the drink and stop caring about appearances for a while. In anycase she didn't really have to impress these people anymore.

Finishing off another glass Kayla had another one brought to her.

"I think you would look sweet in a Kimonono your self, Elisa... we don't have this sort of material in Iuthia, we don't have the imagination."

By now Denise almost hung from Elisa in her seemingly drunken state, though she looked happy enough from where we stood. Then the suggestion was made to go and get the thing she was interested in... the word had become quite evasive now.

"Shhh-ure, lets get out of here..." Kayla started to slur. Sakura grabbed her hand as to direct Kayla. Excited, Kayla followed.

I'd love to try on a kimowhatsit." She smiled sweetly at Sakura, "If you don't mind sharing, Sakura-chan..." She bit her lip to keep from giggling at the innuendo.

Once they had left the building, she dropped her mental block, very curious about the various thoughts that would be bouncing around. Of course, the wine it made keeping her own thoughts to herself more difficult, but she figured it was worth it. And Hell, with Kayla and Sakura hand-in-hand, and she and Denise pressed up against each other, everyone's thoughts should be painfully obvious at this point.

And she wouldn't mind freshing them up.

Denise clinged to Elisa, seemingly enjoying her touch, the arm around her waist... Or a bit lower. "Yes. Yes, Sakura's Kiminis ought to suit you... And if not, one can always toss them aside." She giggled a little... Well, actually, she was constantly giggling, while feeling something in her mind... As if she knew about Elisas own... Thoughts and desires... Being pulled along by Sakura, Kayla giggled the majority of the way, finding the movements of her free hand facinating along with almost everything else. As the group stumbled their way through the city, Kayla lost her footing a little only to be supported by Sakura before she completely lost her balance and fell.

Being held in Sakura's arms, Kayla could smell the woman's delicately perfumed Kimono... she had never really had the chance to truely relish how much people like Sakura and herlself looked after their bodies, staying in shape and making themselves attractive. Sakura certainly looked good in her respectable Kinono, she had probably spent alot of time putting it on that garment on her supple asian body. Using Sakura for support she got up and balanced herself by putting her arm around Sakura's neck, leaning her head on her shoulder for a minute before continuing down the road.

Second attempt, after yesterday's post got eaten

"Indeed." Denise giggled, holding close to Elisa, her warmth... "And, ummm... I think so..." Left or right? Oh, damnit, I never have a coin when I need one...

Eventually, she decided to go left, and after a while, they did indeed arrive at the hotel... Nevermind Denise choosing a detour of about ten minutes.

Sakura couldn't help but to giggle, even though she blushed a little as she felt Kayla's head leaning against her shoulder... On the other hand, it was certainly an enjoyable feeling... And eventually, she failed in resisting her curiosity, and let her hands fulfill her desire. Mhm... C cups... A moment later, she placed a soft kiss on Kayla's cheeks. "Be careful with your feed." Another giggle.

Following Denise & Elisa, and managing an extraordinary complex version of stairclimbing, they arrived in their (Indeed tasteful, and subtly erotic) room.

Placing their guests on the bed, Denise made sure to get a few more drinks, while Sakura, tickling Kayla, used her chance to express her Kimono fetish... Well, at least now she could claim that taking three dozen of them with her did have a reason... Carrying the drinks for the four women, Denise came just in time to watch the green, pink, purple, black with golden dots and so on, and so on... Kimonos laid out... Well, everywhere.

"Madames, I think it is time to change."

Universal giggling ensued.

It wasn't long after Kayla had stumbled into Sakura's arms in the streets that the group of diplomats eventually found the hotel in which Sakura and Denise were sleeping. By now it was getting rather clear, even to Kayla who was having trouble walking striaght, what their intentions were.

Given Kayla's drunken state it wasn't really hard for Elisa to pick up on how the woman was rather excited now, and not just because she was going to try on a Kimono. Kayla had now completely dropped any formality of the occasion but she hadn't dropped the idea that they were just "trying on some clothes" even though she knew deep down what that would eventually result in.

With her head on Sakura's shoulder for a few moments, Kayla enjoyed the warmth of her company only to be further excited when Sakura copped a feel, moments later the woman kissed her on the cheek and softly said:

"Be careful with your feed." before she and Kayla both giggled.

Soon after they reached the hotel, abeit after several minutes worth of navigating the stairs carefully. Once they reached the room it was clear that the two representatives from Monetistan had made a job of making the place look nice... it certainly suited what Kayla thought such a place would look like.

When they arrived, Sakura let Kayla down softly onto the bed with Elisa and continued to give her attention; tickling her gently while Denise bought the four of them some more drinks... though Kayla didn't need the drink to feel warm now.

Their two hosts then brought out the Kimonos for the group to try on together, every colour imaginable was laid before them with dots, patterns and in one odd occasion... tie-dye. Denise then prompted them to start.

"Madames, I think it is time to change"

The evening progressed...

My head...

Elisa tried rolling onto her side, but fell to the floor with a loud 'thunk', groaning softly. Bouncing her head off the floor wasn't particularly good for her hangover. "Ugh..." she mumbled to nobody in particular. Struggling to get to her feet, she tried to figure out why she fell out of the bed, it had certainly seemed big enough during the night. She staggered across the suite, looking for the bathroom, peering curiously at the various... items... scattered about the room.

She sighed, making her way to the shower and letting the warm spray fall over her.

Hope Sakura's not pissed now that she's sober...

Denise wondered briefly what this strange... Thunderous sound war, before she realised that she heard someone showering.

It took her a few more moments to count the women in the room... One... Two... Three... and another few moments to find out who they were (Sakura wasn't hard, having this notable liver spot on her backside), until she finally made the connection water -> shower -> Elisa.

Groaning, still not being fully awake, and seemingly exhausted (Yet, the soft smile on her lips indicated that she was also quite pleased) by the long night, she decided to follow suit. Grabbing a nearby Kimono Kimini... She shaked her head, and eventually made it to the shower.

"I'm sure there is enough space for two of us, no?" She asked with a smile, before entering, giving Elisa another one of those soft kisses.

Meanwhile, Sakura, who was sleeping, or rather, dozing, reasonably close to Kayla's soft skin, contemplated the past evening. It had been quite pleasent, and quite amusing, too. Admittedly, trying to get into the Kimino... Kimonos I thought I'm sober... had been somewhat complex.. She wasn't sure if any of them had actually succeeded with it, especially since it got harder all the time, proportionally with the rise of their bill for various drinks... But then, the sight of Elisa's satin underwear from under the half- worn Kimono had been quite pleasant, too.

With a slight chuckle, she decided to sleep, again. It would be a long flight, this afternoon... Or tomorrow, perhaps.

After all, she really wasn't in the mood to fly. She had done that the whole night...

It took a while for Kayla Harmone to wake from her somewhat awkward position on the bed, but when she did she let out a pleasant yawn and slowly got up, sitting on the bed she took a moment to remember the night. She turned to her side and noticed Sakura lying beside her; she looked rather peaceful, though it didn't take Kayla very long to remember that she was the more enthusiastic of the three. With time the memories of the night crept back, at one point shocking Kayla a little only to be shrugged off.

"Heh... I never did get that Kimono on." She had sobered up since last night when she had been rather plastered. Looking around the room she noticed Kimono’s everywhere, occasionally seasoned with her own clothing and Elisa’s. Again, she shrugged… perhaps later she would actually put on a Kimono and perhaps consider buying herself on some time.

But for now she had come to terms with her night of adventure and accepted it with a smile… she hadn’t felt this relaxed for some time. Then she turned back to Sakura and cuddled up to go back to bed.

Let's see, at the conference itself, things kinda lagged once you left. I think everyone's pretty much going along with you doing whatever you want to your citizens. We aren't thrilled, but we won't knock heads to stop it. The past, er, 30 posts or so would be myself, Iuthia, and Monetistan role-playing our repective characters, um... Rough timeline would be:

Elisa (my chara) telling everyone to shut-up until Dworkings could respond
Monetistan and I deciding to RP a recess
Iuthia joins in.
The ladies get drunk
The ladies go to look at and maybe try on some kimonos
TIME PASSES
It's now the next morning and the ladies are a little hung over and just waking up.

We kinda hijacked to play the interaction between our characters as that struck us as interesting. It sorta went further than planned, largely because we thought you weren't coming back. If you want, we can easily pick up on Day Two. :)

Pretty much everyone is happy to respect your nations way of doing things... even if they don't like it. So you are welcome to continue but we've got all the war crap out of the way and I don't think anyones really too assed about what you do to men so long as you don't kill them.

Elisa smiled and returned Denise's kiss, "Always room for one more." She hugged Denise with a grin, "I hope Sakura's not going to be mad when she wakes up..."

After a rather... interesting... shower, she turned off the water, grabbing a couple towels before pausing, "Huh... you hear someone knocking on the door?"

Thomas Stahlecker was still being detained, he had been for weeks, Mississippi was getting more than enraged over his being detained. The following message was sent to Feminany.

"Dear Feminazis,
It has come to my attention you are holding a very important nobleman from one of the greatest families of Mississippi, the Stahlecker family. I am demanding that you release Thomas Stahlecker at once and he had better be unharmed and in good spirits or else we shall take it upon ourselves to free him."

Paul Stahlecker, foreign minister.

ooc: [it appears my time line is screwed up a bit, the emperor has already been married, so let us assume that the emperor is still unmarried and waiting for Lt. General Reck's return]

ic:

The day had come for Reck to return to the homeland, he was to leave his assistant behind to attend the conference. It was near 7 in the morning, Reck had packed all of his belongings and decided to take a visit to the guard post. He reached the post and saw a group of men standing around waiting for something, anything to happen.

Reck: "I am leaving this morning and require my weapons back. I believe I stored two custom made walther ppk's and a standard issue military knife here."

A soldier walked off toward the armory and returned with the weapons, the guns were unloaded.

Reck: "I would thank you to return the bullets."

Soldier: "Sorry, we removed the bullets on all of the delegate weapons. They are waiting for you at your transportation."

Reck: "The car?"

Soldier: "No, your plane."

Reck got in the car, 2 armed guards were waiting for him.

Guard: "I trust the conference went well, sir?"

Reck: "Yes, yes. I am required at the homeland palace. We must return home at once."

Guard: "And the other delegate, Richter?"

Reck: "He will be fine. This is a good chance for him to get his feet wet. We will send the plane back upon arrival home."

Guard: "Understood."

The car took off, headed for the plane.

"Oh, I'm sure she is used to it, by now... Recalling yesterday..."

What followed was the rather extensive shower. And, well, the 'aftermath'.

Taking a towel (Without bothering further with it, enjoying the drops of water tickling her skin), she listened, for a moment. "Uh... Perhaps, I think..."

Without thinking further, Denise took a sufficient object and threw it into Kayla's/ Sakura's direction, eventually hitting Kayla. Not hard, merely... Making sure she was awake. "Open, just in case." That not a single one of them was... Approproiately dressed didn't seem to concern her... Much.

With a stir, Kayla was rudely awakened by Denises damp towel which had been thrown on to her head. With a short moan she got up, not attempting to hide her nakedness. Back home it was fairly natural to see people walking around naked if it was more convenient, so it was hardly a taboo, in this case Kayla wasn't in any official conference and she was in someone elses private company... as such it shouldn't be illegal. In anycase with a nation of only women outside the door she doubted they hadn't seen any of it before.

From the bathroom door stood Denise, wearing a cool blue towel giving her a degree of decency in the hotel room.

"Open, just in case." She asked Kayla.

With that Kayla went to the door and opened it a fraction... she had thought that someone in the group would have had the presence of mind to put a "Do not disturb" sign on the handle... however they were pretty drunk last night and it was now getting rather late in the morning.

"Can you come back later? We're still using them..." she answered the hotel women politely.
