Greetings from the Constitutional Monarchy of Maslawyia.

We as a nation seek to enhance our military capabilities. With our thriving economy we have managed to create a vast, technologically rather advanced infrastructure. At this time our objective is to grow politically, financially and in terms of our defensive capabilities. These objectives may be met through two ways. First, through outward investment and secondly by entering a closely knit alliance.

We invite delegates of all those who are interested to attend a meeting to be held in our capital, Mosul. Details will be made clear as and when enough interest has appeared.

OOC: Well you'll have to help me out here. I'm assuming an earth like our one? :S Sorry I'm new and not too sure my nation is one that technology wise is set too a similar level of modern day USA and developing further. No uber stuff or fantasy tech. So you tell me to b honest.
