With the recent civil war now over, and the new communist regime cementing itself as the sole power in Lasoria, we are faced with the problems of a shattered economy, exhausted military, and vulnerability to attack from Capitalist invaders. We seek alliance with our comrades across the world so that we might resist any attemps by capitalist forces to overthrow our new government.

We would be than willing to begin alliance talks with your young nation. My economically powerful communist nation is always willing to support young nations.

We could really use help in the training and structuring of our military forces, and, after 10 years of civil war, we are in desperate need of rebuilding our shattered economy (OOC: I could use some suggestions as to what kind of responses I should make to certain issues to stay a communist state, but have a good economy).

Ask IDF about joining the Whittier Pact. I've been leaving the decision making to him lately.
