Lasoria

A full regiment of the Lasorian People's Liberation Army marched into the smoking ruins of the capital city of Loras. Today marked the final day of a ten year long civil war, and the victory of the LPLA over the old capitalist regime. As columns of T-72s with infantry on both sides rolled down the streets to the center of the city, where half of the government headquarters building still stood, the people of the city took to the streets, cheering the people they saw as liberators.
As the troops got to the center of the city, their leader, General Daren Kerensky, addressed the people. Promising them to build a new socialist paradise for all Lasorians, and promising that they would continue to fight the facist oppression of capitalists around the world.
Within two days, the new communist regime installed itself across the country. The first order of business for the new regime was building the military to ensure Lasoria's safety from any capitalist invaders who would claim to come as liberators. Engineers began drawing up plans to expand the LPLA's tunnel networks so that they would extend across the country and be used for defensive operations and guerilla warfare. Thousands of young men were taken from their homes and placed into training camps to form the core of several new infantry regiments. Work to rebuild old factories and use them to manufacture new AK-47s, machine guns, and RPGs began.
