Today the Keita Art District was officially opened. The district was part of a massive 10 year urban renewal project that transformed the east side into a brand new creative art district. The project includes the Keita Concert Center and the 4th Street Museum which contains priceless paintings and art. Plus the district also has nightclubs, a college, exclusive lofts, and brilliant architecutre. We are looking for art to fill the museums, and bands to fill the concert halls and nightclubs.
Thank you,
Winston Parker

While most of our 'traditional' art is tied up in very expensive museums inside Kelonia, if you're interested in something a little more modern and are willing to hang video screens up next to paint and canvas, the art of Kelonian ambient musician and digital artist 'Overseer' may interest you - mostly CGI dark ambient work with a political and nihilist edge, Overseer (real name unknown, as no-one's ever met the man in person, but it's presumed he's the alter-ego of political punk singer Mattja Staffelnaya) has never found a real footing in Kelonian galleries, our tastes being more... traditional at best.
It's different, definately, and as it's computer-generated clearly not for the traditional-art crowd, but if your people are intelligent about art and are willing to take onboard something new, they might be able to find something to love about the work. I'm sure he could be convinced to perform his musical talents at a gig or two as well, but I wouldn't advise it if your country opposes criticism of the government.
