A Statement by The Quin today at 11:23 a.m.:
I have decided that I will put funding onto a project to create a lighter and stronger armor. However, I will not divulge what this alloy will be used for, nor will I tell what metals are being used. Any scientists working on this project will be kept under a closed quarters, but shall be treated humanely. We expect results on this armor soon as it shall give our rather small armed forces an edge. Yes this will cost us somewhat but, I feel it will be worth it in the long run.
