OOC: Professionalism
I know there have been many many many threads like this but I must know something. DPUO and I have a storefront, (Link) (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=355581&page=1) but noone seems interested. I would like for some feedback on it and tell me how I can improve it. Thx

My opinion:
The boats are already used, not alot to buy. Also, no diversity.
And I just don't like the ground choices...
Its a little rough,
But I have to fight for my share of the market, and all these spam storefronts pop up and Newbies dont know to buy from a reputable store. So business is lost there...yatayatayata. Make some custom stuff for say a missile program or maybe a indirect fire weapon, CAS aircraft, you something small and simple but catchey, have a gimmick, and dont make it Battleships, Doujin has the market cornered on those.
It's a very good storefront. I think part of the problem is that the storefronts not labeled as a storefront, so the new people who tent to buy from storefronts prolly tend to miss it.
Your selection is somewhat small. The products that you do have are very nice, but there aren't a lot of them......
Keep plugging away though, try different things. You'll get business once you hit your niche.

Oh yea I'm also working on getting my SPH moved over from the site so that is taken care of. And we also have some new missles but they are in some of the Ship threads.

We plan to find it very soon. We plan to revolutionize the way planes, ships, tanks, cars, and just about everything else, is made. Were thinking big, err I mean lig.....i should stop and not give anything away.

Newbies aren't used to these fancy terms. They just like fancy pictures or tanks they know.
My opinion though...
By the way I'm opening a Naval Storefront soon, and I think you'll people like it... YOU WILL BUY FROM IT!
Yea, but I really am aiming for an older crowd than the newbies. I wish to seel to nations that at least know what their doing.
Go to my storefront an d have a look I do fair business, not great but fair.
And also check out Crookfur, I really like his storefront(very different from mine).

ooc: two words for you -- package deals. these make it easy for buyers. they get all the crap they need to outfit a division with one click. its like mcdonald's value meals....i want a burger. fries and a drink, so all i gotta do is order #1 and i'm done. thats just imho

The problem is that by the time many nations are here long enough to no longer be considered "n00bs", they're also big enough to be making their own equipment without buying it off a storefront.

Doujin no longer exists, and Freethinkers actually doesn't make as much money as you would expect. Also Doujin's battleships are much bigger than the ones DPUO designs.
