The government of the Protectorate of Second Caledonia formally requests aid from any and all nations against a rebellion in our northern Je'uhl province. The rebels have taken several villages hostage and have killed dozens of civilians. With an active military of only 200,000 (including support and logistics personnel), we simply do not have the resources to stamp out this insurrection while defending our borders. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and repaid in any way in our power.
Shandar will send 8,000 troops. They will be commanded by Shandari officers, but these officers will defer to Caledonian generals. Our contingent should arrive within the week.

[Operation Clean Sweep ... Je'uhl Province]
A fighter group of 75 F-22 Raptors are inbound to precisely target rebel camps.
"This is wing leader Hot-Fox-Nine, this is a notice to the Protectorate of Second Caledonia that we are entering your aero-space enroute to eliminating rebel base cams."
"(In foreign Accent) Affirmative Hot-Fox-Nine, you are cleared to enter our Aero-Space."
"Roger that, we will be to targets in approximately 10 minutes."
...9 minutes later...
"This is Hot-Fox-Nine, requested permission to engage foreign rebels."
"Hot-Fox-Nine, this is carrier fleet you have green for go."
"Fighter group, rock and roll."
Rebel groups that have been painted by intelligence are completely destroyed or rendered useless.
Meanwhile:
"Basecamp this is the 3rd Mechanized division, we have just succesfully captured the capital city of the troubled Je'uhl province."
"Affirmative 3rd, hold their overnight. Secure the town completely. Aid is on the way for the citizens, it will be airdropped before night. Tommorow you will move parts of your division out to secure small local villages remaining in the hands of the already defeated rebels."
Broadcast to Second Caledonia:
"We are pleased to let you know that your troubled province is once again under control. We are providing aid to your citizens, and once you are able to move in and regain control we will sign it over to you."
