The History of Brydog is the most importaint artific in our history. It tells of ages of suppression and hate. This writing is very importaint to us. Here's The History of Brydog
This is our history told by people alive back then.
In the year 1402AD, The Elves appear on our land. They came from a land called Di'Havia. Their leader was named Windfust, he claimed our land for his land. At first tell seem friendly, but, after 4 weeks they forced to work as slaves for them. They made us bulit villages and havest their crops. Dagis and his people tried to stop them but, with their weapons he was killed and we were forced to work longer after that. In 1423AD, Our land became part of the nation that we learned was across the sea. Then they had a civil war, Our land became a new nation they called Di' Dasvia. We where shocked after this. Then they began schooling us in their langage. We all learned to read and write also the count. In 1458AD, We began to come up with our names and langage. I became Gafgia Handstand. In the years 1459-1470AD were a calm period.

1573AD, We began to coexist with the elves better. I have became my peoples storyteller. A new Elven famliy taking control of the nation. We hope that one day that this land would be ours. 1601AD, This new ruling family have began to be untrustful. My brother William has been arrested for a crime he didn't commit. We think that the past might again that we will be oppressed once more. 1623AD, it has happen the Elven king has ordered that all our liberties be removed and will be enslaved once more. 1625AD, I have fallen ill with the smallpoxes and the people forget their past again.

1763AD, There is talked about a revolt. They said that the Brydog Freedom Organization might planned a revolt. Everybody knows it's risky and we will be punished for it, but we are risking it. May 7, 1763, The revolt has happened, the rebels were killed when it happened. The king has ordered that no food be given to us for a week. It has been 5 days and we have been eating anything we can get. 50 people have died. 1765AD, The king's soldiers are put into our villages and homes to stop any more revolts. 1778AD, a revolt in a nation called America has occur. The rebels have a great leader named George Washington. We had one named Robert Handstand, he the leader of The Brydog Freedom Organization. He was killed in the Revolt of 1763. I wish that we be free.

1815, We have still under their control. They have send more troops here after they learned of another revolt. I, member of the the Brydog Freedom Organization, must be on my guard so I don't be arrested.1865, We have adept to being searched for weapons and plans of revolts. We learned ways to hide weapons. There's a swamp 4 miles away, that where we keep the firearms. 1870, A man named John Farrget show us a new rifle that he made serectly. I have idea that Mr. Farrget might be rich one day. The Japanese tried to invade the country but, the we and the elves stopped them. We are forced into military service and many of us died in the war. This has became wrong. 1950, We are having a time of peace. The king has died and his son became king. This new king has ordered that carry ID cards and can't leave the country. This is stupid, We are planning a revolt, to stop this. The revolt we not happen until we are ready. June 6, 1957 We have started our attack, we have overtook the guards and are heading for the King's home to end this terror that has been going for over 500 years. We met heavy resistence but, we overcomed it with our sheer numbers. The King has been overthew and we have done it. The land now is our again. On this day the Republic of Brydog has been formed, and I'm it's first President.
