Brother versus Brother, the civil war begins. (Invite RP)

In Western Sahara, Bishop Herman Von Felben (Yes the CMB spiritual leader, and the minister of religion) was frothing with rage. He had been sacked as the minister of religion, and the growing reforms and moderation by the government were too much. The time for a crusade against the moderates had come, and the crusade would be against Mississippi herself.

Felben stood before a crowd of approximately 20,000 CMB militants and fired a pistol into the air as he proclaimed, "The revolution for God has begun!"

All throughout the Commonwealth, the blood would flow in the streets... It was going to be a long and bitter struggle ahead...

Meanwhile in Jackson City, two divisions of Regular Army Armored units began to move towards the capital. Simultaneously Three divisions of Army Infantry readied to assault against Stalingrad. The two brigades of Special Republican Guard reported to Czar Roger Fabus, "Massive movements of unauthorized military units in the vicinty of this very estate." Roger replied, "Crush them!"

Bishop Felben walked briskly to a radio station to announce, "We are going to seize the government and then we are going to destroy the traitors at home and abroad! We will smash all the enemies of Christ and if we must die in the process, so be it! God commands us!"

Field Marshal Bertrand Navarre rallied his 2nd RG Armored Division just outside of Jackson City with a rousing speech, "Men, your homes are threatened by fanatics, they will rape and plunder all. Your loyalty is first and foremost to your God and your Czar! For Mississippi, smash the traitors!" (The speech was much longer, that was a jist of it)

Across the commonwealth, units were picking sides, deciding their fate, would they wind up on the winning or losing side of what was shaping up to be the start of a civil-war, a brother's war.

Martial law was imposed all throughout the regions that were declared, "Existing in insurgency."

Mississippi has placed the "Christian Martyrs Brigade" on the list of "Domestic and foreign terrorist organizations" as it recognizes the group operates both domestically and internationally.

Ooc- Felben's goals are to seize power, establish a Christian Identity fundamentalist state, and then crusade against any and all who are not White Christian Identity followers. The Czar Roger Fabus's goal is to retain power and continue with the moderations and reforms.

Other revelant information.

Thus far the two sides are split as follows.

Czarists:

The entire Republican Guard, Special Republican Guard, and about 80% of the Regular Army and 90% of the Popular Army. 75% of the air force and 80% of the navy.

Felbenites:

The entire CMB paramilitary formations (About 4 million strong), 20% of the Regular Army, 10% of the Popular Army, 25% of the airforce and 20% of the navy.

Secret IC: A message was delivered to Czar Roger Fabus, "They are coming..."

From his mansion on the estate, he could hear artillery thundering in the distance as the SRG units around the perimeter about 20 miles away began shelling the approaching army units.

In a bombed out suburb of Jackson City, a squad of CMB militants raced across the street as a WKM militia patrol fired their OICWS as them. The militants ducked for cover inside the ruins of a corner store. The wall on the side of the building to the alley had been blown out by RPGs... Suddenly a grenade came flying in and airburst inside the shop, six of the ten militants were killed instantly... Outside, shouting could be heard, "Covering fire!" as a section of the WKM patrol darted forward under a barrage of cover from their comrades. The first skirmishes had begun just shortly after the massive artillery duels ended indecisively.

The first two WKM men entered the ruins of the shop, overturned shelves and broken glass lay strewn about the floor. One of the CMB members shouted, "God is great!" before the entire shop went up in a massive ball of flames from the 20lbs of C4 he was carrying in his pack.

Location: The western perimeter of the Stalingrad estate, 20 miles from the mansion itself.

Time: 15:40 hours.

The 2nd lieutenant in command of the platoon on this section of the line sighed as he wiped the growing beads of perspiration from his face, before he cursed, "Fuck this weather, it's all too hot to be outside today."

A nearby grunt chuckled, "But sir, it's our job, you're always telling us about doing our jobs..."

The lieutenant gave him a sideways glance before his eyes darted forward, "What the fuck was that? Movement 300 meters out!" Suddenly mortar rounds began to impact against the perimeter bunkers and cries of "RPG!" were heard up and down the line as CMB sappers had infiltrated close to the perimeter lines.

That 2nd lieutenant didn't know what hit him when an RPG impacted near his position, kicking dirt and dust into his face, and propelling him back against the side of his position, he was alive but unconscious. One of the sergeants shouted, "Pour it on, boys!" And the machine guns came to life, cutting down the screaming fanatics bearing down on their positions. Cries of "God is great!" sent chills through the air, just before the militants blew themselves up...

At the front command post on the northern perimeter, a colonel was rifling through documents and maps, "Get me the 10th RG armored division out of Neshoba Base 2... Get them now!" he shouted, slamming his fist against the table.

Suddenly the area around his post was slammed with dozens of mortars, impacting from every angle and every direction... But the post was sturdy and she held well.

The guards saw a lone militant, racing across 200 meters of open terrain, specially flattened for optimal fields of fire. They attempted to bring him down, but somehow the covering fire kept them suppressed, the militant charged on, as he got within 10 meters of the command post, a shot from a young corporal hit him in the chest, he staggered forward, fell... The corporal sighed, but then he was in awe and shock when the militant jumped back up, shouted, "God is great!" before sweeping into the command post and detonating his bomb.

Word reached the 10th RG Armored Division about fifty miles away to immediately send any and all available units to Stalingrad.

"This is Bishop Herman Von Felben, calling to all the faithful of Christ, wherever they might be. Mississippi, a once brave and noble land, is now rife with corruption and demonic politicians. It is time we purify Mississippi and then purify the world! The unbeliver must perish. I suggest to all my followers, do whatever you can to procure nuclear, chemical, and biological weaponry, so we can begin cleansing the Earth, as God commands us! For God is great! We will martyr ourselves doing his work against the unbeliever, and our reward in paradise shall be even greater!"

Ooc- Basically, if Felben wins the civil-war, he sincerely believes God has ordered him to "Start the battle of Armageddon" and that is what he'll do.

The thunderous roaring of the T-98 tanks main guns sounded throughout the suburbs of Jackson City.Over 900 army T-98s were squaring off against 400 Republican Guard T-98s. The suburbs were fast becoming heaps of twisted steel and ruined bricks, only the outer facade remained in many buildings. In the coming days, the city would scarcely be recognized as a city, well the main parts might stay intact, but the suburbs were being ravaged by the war that seemed to consume all in its path, like a carnivore with a veracious appetite for destruction.

One of the RG men infantry platoons inside the city spotted a column of rebel T-98s, approximately six of them, moving slowly towards the main road into the city. The RG men sighted their Milans and then fired, the missiles streaking through the air towards their intended targets... They watched in shock as the missiles simply exploded harmlessly against the sides of the tanks. It suddenly dawned on them just how well-built the T-98 was, they'd need to get a shot against the rear or bottom armor...

Outside the "Strategic Air Command Depot 12", a facility that houses about 500 B-83 nuclear bombs, approximately 240 Republican Guardsmen have joined the 120 loyalist guards on duty. Just a few miles down the road, so close they could almost smell them, approximately 2,000 militants were readying to assault against the facility.

Around the Stalingrad estate, the clouds of rain had burst, almost simultaneously as the clouds of war had broken. The rain was pouring down, except it was blood red, the blood of brother killing brother, Cain’s sin played out a thousand times over again. The futility and pointlessness of war, a hundred times made plain for man to see, yet each time ignored and concerns of humanity swept aside in the furor that accompanies any combat. The chance for the young aspiring leaders of the future to prove themselves in the great proving ground that is the battlefield.

The ceaseless barrage of artillery all around the perimeter of Stalingrad had begun to move inwards in a synchronous fashion, sweeping forward in one massive move, rolling forwards against the defense positions. The tiny isolated posts throughout the estate grounds, approximately 13,000 soldiers to defend an estate that encompassed 400 square miles. But not all of the estate grounds were crucial to defend, and the attackers only had about 54,000 soldiers. It was going to be a fierce but probably evenly matched fight.

A young 1st lieutenant, about 25 years old was running through a hail of bullets to his forward command post, he jumped into the trench just as mortars started to impact where he was. The soldiers sticking their rifles over the trench that covered his advance shouted loudly over the mortars, “Sir, are you okay!” he nodded his head and shouted, “Keep firing!”

In the mansion, Captain Arthur Nelson was readying the Alpha Company of the SRG to defend Czar Roger Fabus and his father, Curtis Fabus. He had the entire company lined up in the main ballroom of the mansion. Each soldier stood as stiff as a steel beam, unbending, unfaltering, a testament to their fanatical loyalty that was undying and knew no limits.

Nelson shouted out to the men, “Attention, this fight may come here, to the mansion itself, you must realize that your mission has never changed, to defend the regime, the Czar, and the Fabus family as a whole. Let not a man here experience fear or any misgivings about his mission. God is with us, fear not.” He walked up and down the line, patting each soldier on his shoulder or back and shaking his hand.

The Czar Roger Fabus was pacing back and forth, as had become his custom when he was nervous. Alice walked by, groggy from being stirred from her sleep, she wondered what the commotion was about.

(Alice) “Roger, what is going on?”

Roger almost didn’t acknowledge her, caught up in the thoughts of the current situation, the great betrayal by Felben, the intrigues against him, worried perhaps even one of his own guards might be against him.

(Alice) “Roger, did you hear me?”

Roger turned and looked at her, then he suddenly sat down in a chair, she immediately sat on his lap and but her arms around him, while asking, “Roger, is everything okay?”

Roger lightly kissed her before he gave his reply, “Everything will be fine, but there are some internal security problems, you should go down to the bunker until things are safer.”

(Alice) “But why, is something wrong?”

(Roger) (Sighing) “I’ll tell you the truth, things could get ugly…”

(Alice) “Does this have to do with the artillery bombardments that woke me?”

(Roger) “Yes, Bishop Herman Von Felben and the most radical of the religious movement of his have started a civil war, and some of their units are currently outside the perimeter of the estate.”

Alice was visibly distraught and worried over this, “Will we be okay? What of Mississippi, the people, what will happen to them?”

Roger thought for a minute, he’d seen civil wars before, Yugoslavia, Sudan, Rwanda, Somalia, he knew they were awful, and there was only one constant that accompanied them all. “Ruin and destruction”, was all he said to Alice before he expanded his sentence, “Ruin and destruction, that is all war brings, civil wars are even worse.”

(Alice) “I’ll go to the bunker, but only if you come with me.”

(Roger) “I cannot go, my place is up here.”

(Alice) “You told me before you’d never want to leave my side, please, Roger, for me.”

Roger knew what he’d said, and he’d always stuck by his word. This created a dilemma though, his place as commander of the armed forces and head of the estate was up here in the mansion itself to command the defenses. His place as Alice’s husband was by her side. His thoughts raced through his head quicker than the artillery shells would leave the guns and impact against their targets thousands of meters away. A stray shell impacted less than two-hundred feet from the mansion, it startled the guards inside and the servants as well. Nobody had expected the firing to get this close to the mansion this soon.

(Alice) (She was growing visibly worried) “Roger, please, this situation is out of control, let the SRG deal with it, you should come with me.”

Roger nodded, stood up, taking her gently in his arms, he kissed her and then said, “Don’t worry Alice, I’ll keep you safe.” She smiled at this, knowing that he would indeed protect her with his life, but it probably wasn’t her the rebels were after, it was him…

Inside the bunker, Roger and Alice were settling in for the long siege ahead, the two dozen of the best SRG men were in the bunker as well, mostly guarding the corridor between the primary and secondary blast doors. They were ready to fight and die for their Czar.

Alice was worried about Roger’s pacing, the shadow of the 6’6 Czar darted back and forth across the floor as he moved forward several feet, turned on his heels, and then moved back in the by now predictable pattern.

(Alice) “Roger, are you okay? Please, come, sit down.”

(Roger) “I’ll be okay, don’t worry, Alice.”

(Alice) “But I can’t help but worry about you Roger, you scarcely have slept for the last several weeks.”

(Roger) (Sighing) “Being Czar isn’t easy, you know.”

(Alice) “I know, but being Czarina is even more difficult.”

(Roger) (Puzzled) “How so?”

Alice walked up to him and put her arms around him, “Having to worry about my Czar.”

Roger smiled, then picked her up and kissed her (he is quite taller than her, so she usually has to jump up into his arms to kiss him, or he has to lean down, he is 6’6, she is 5’6)

(Roger) “I’m glad you are concerned about my safety. But I am more worried about you, I can take care of myself, don’t worry about me, Alice… I’ll be okay.”

She was only slightly reassured by this, “Roger, you know I’ll always worry about you.”

Roger cradled her in his arms, before saying, “Yes, I know, and you know I’ll always worry about you.”

She grinned when he cradled her in his arms, “What are your plans now, Czar?”

Roger returned the grin, “Well, since we are down here with nothing to do, and you are right, the military commanders can handle themselves, I was thinking, why don’t we go see what we can do to keep busy.”

(Alice) “That sounds like a plan.”

Roger carried her off towards his bedroom in the bunker.

Meanwhile, outside the firing of artillery only ceased when both sides were forced to stop to bring up more shells from the supply trucks to replenish the guns.

Soon enough though, the firing would start again, and bring with it, ruin and destruction.

All around Stalingrad the battle was raging out of control, well what battle is ever under control? Is not war just organized chaos, and whichever side organizes it the best wins.

The estate had been surrounded, the Felbenites were pushing the SRG brigades back into a small pocket about 5 miles around the mansion itself, they had lost much ground. Things were looking grim for the Czar and Czarina, both pacing nervoulsy in their bunker beneath the mansion. Suddenly word arrived via the radio, the "Northern Defense Corps" of the Republican Guard, had arrived to lift the siege.

The commander of the Northern RG Defense Corps is Field Marshal Francisco "Chemical" Salazar. The Corps consists of the 3rd Republican Guard Armored Division, the 2nd and 3rd Republican Guard Mechanized Divisions, and the 5th Republican Guard Internal Security Division. It was two counties away from Neshoba count, where the estate was.

Granted that Salazar was sitting on the fence just a few days prior to the war, and he even leaned towards Felben, but somehow, he had been won over to the Czarist side.

(Ooc- How he was won over will be covered in the next installment in the Roger Fabus RP)

The 4 Divisions of the Republican Guard crashed into the 3 divisions of the rebel infantry around Stalingrad... The rebels were now being hit from the rear and then the SRG pinned them from the front, they had nowhere to go. And with the RG all-around them, they were outnumbered, outgunned, outfought, and soon to be shit out of luck.

The rain seemed to taper off before it finally ended all together. The battle was winding down, it was just a matter of mopping up the few thousand remaining rebel infantry around the estate.

But meanwhile in Jackson City, things were just starting to heat up.

Secret IC:

At "Strategic Air Command Depot 12" where approximately 500 B-83 nuclear bombs were being stored, the facility was quiet now. The RG detachment had been slaughtered over three hours ago, and the facility guards along with them. The rebels had assaulted against the front of the facility with 2,000 soldiers, while 10 tanks and 500 soldiers slammed against the rear. They had secretly received reinforcements and the RG were spread too thin to stop them. And now, now Felben had the nuclear weapons he had long sought after.

The report of his forces capturing the base reached the Czar Roger Fabus in the bunker. His face went blank, he didn't know what to do, and Felben now had 500 nuclear bombs.

Roger started to pace back and forth, as was so typical of him under stress. The stress of the office was making his health falter as well. Alice walked up behind him and pulled him close to her, rubbing his shoulders while asking, "Roger, what is wrong?"

(Roger) "Felben... He... He has nuclear weaponry."

Alice's tone immediately changed from cheerful to frightened, for her life, the life of her husband, the lives of the world.

(Roger) "What should I do?"

(Alice) "Is the base his bombs are at remote and away from anything?"

(Roger) "Yes, there are less than a thousand people living around the base, most of them will have been evacuated by now."

(Alice) "Then you must use your own nuclear weapons to neutralize his weapons before it is too late."

Roger nodded, acknowledging he'd do what she was suggesting, and then he walked over to "The phone" (It goes right to Strategic Air Command in the mountains of Kentucky, located in a hardened bunker in the mountains)

Roger only said one sentence, "Light up SAC Depot 12 like a Christmas tree."

The general replied, "Yes sir, we'll do that right away."

About five minutes later, 3 B-52s were airborne, heading towards the remote storage depot. Felben’s men were trying to arm the bombs and load them onto their own B-52s. The pilot of the lead Czarist B-52 looked down, seeing only the general outline of the buildings below, barely even little specks to him, his bomber was so high up. The temperature outside the plane was such that it would immediately freeze a man, the pilot cursed for having to do this, but he had a wife and children, and if Felben had nuclear bombs, nobody would be safe. The authentication code came to carry out the strike; he flipped the panels up and disengaged the safety for the bomb release. Then without a second of hesitation, he flipped the release and two B-83 nuclear bombs fell down towards Depot 12, the other 2 B-52s did likewise.

They pulled up and turned sharply away, putting as much distance between themselves and the depot as possible.

As they sped away, they could see in the distance the massive mushroom cloud exploding up into the air, the detonation had been very low to the ground to maximize damage to the hardened bunker and to minimize the spread of any fallout that might occur.

Public Ic:

"This is Czar Roger Fabus, speaking from an undisclosed location via the White People's Radio and Television Network. It is with great regret that I must inform the world the rebel forces under the fanatic Bishop Herman von Felben gained possession of nuclear weapons. However, we immediately took steps to neutralize this threat, and we were completely successful. However, we had to resort to the most immediately efficient method of neutralizing totally, all of his nuclear capability. This entailed launching our own nuclear strike against his storage depots, before he could attack civilians in our lands or in other lands, as he has made it known he would do so as soon as he gained possession of such weaponry that would be able to inflict maximum destruction. We regret that we had to use nuclear weaponry on our own soil, but we believe that given the alternatives, it was entirely unavoidable."

In the bombed out ruins of the outskirts of Jackson City, the morning sun was rising from behind the clouds. The light creeping through the densely packed trees to provide the warmth that contrasted sharply with the previous chill of the night, the chill of death. The battle for the outskirts of Jackson City had been raging for several days, with neither side being able to show anything for their efforts. Both sides in this area seemed evenly matched. Well they were evenly matched, until four Republican Guard Internal Security Divisions smashed into the right flank of the Felbenites. The flank guard of the Felbenites had been caught totally off-guard by the massive and rapid assault against them by overwhelming numbers of RGISD soldiers.

After a few hours of intense combat, much of which became hand-to-hand, the RGISD forces managed to drive a wedge between the Felbenite lines and linked up with the RG and other Czarist forces inside the city. The result being that the Felbenites were now being pushed into a pocket in the outskirts of the city. Being hammered at from all sides by everything the RG could throw at them. Over ten thousand howitzers and thirty thousand mortars blazed away at the rebels who were entrenched in houses and other buildings. Often the Czarist forces would have to move the artillery to nearly point-blank ranges and then pound away at the buildings until they collapsed in on themselves. And even after that, a squad of men would have to fish out any stubborn rebels who might be hiding in the basements. It was city fighting at its worst.

A platoon of RGISD were readying to cross the road, the lieutenant shouted, "Pop smoke!" almost immediately thirty smoke grenades were tossed into the street. As the rebels saw the smoke, they opened up with a murderous hail of machine-gun fire; only a fool would try to cross the road, smoke or no smoke.

The lieutenant shouted to a nearby sergeant, "Sergeant! Get some MILANS up here, now!"

The sgt was able to find 3 MILAN teams, and they set their weapons up, aiming towards the suspected enemy positions. Under cover of MILAN fire and SAW fire, the platoon raced across the street. The massive explosions from the MILANs rocked the building about 150 yards down the street, the enemy strongpoint in the area. The machine guns started to speak again, only to be silenced by well placed MILAN and RPG rounds. Finally, the platoon made it across the road.

The winded lieutenant was talking to the company commander, in a trench on the other side of the road.

(Lieutenant) "Captain, what are your orders, sir?"

The captain pointed to an old tractor factory, out of use since the civil war started, "You see that factory, lead your platoon in from the loading dock area, and link up with the other four platoons that I'm sending in there, we must take that building, at all costs."

(Lieutenant) "Yes sir!" (He salutes the captain)

The captain flies into a rage, "What the hell are you doing saluting an officer with snipers all-around?"

The lieutenant turned red with embarrassment and quickly apologized, "Sorry sir."

(Captain) "Just get your ass moving and take that building."

The lieutenant nodded in acknowledgement and then ran off to a communications trench, under a hail of covering fire. He was going to ready his platoon to take the building, at any cost...

The artillery outside Stalingrad had grown quiet now, most of the guns lay quiet, and most of the soldiers lay dead. The siege had been lifted, the price had been paid, and what a terrible price it was. The piles of bodies littered the once beautiful gardens and paths that dotted the estate. The stench of death pervaded in the air. The corpses would soon fester and rot into pieces, then decay into the Earth, to give life to the bacteria to give life to the plants, to the animals, to start the cycle over again. The armies would be rebuilt as the boys grew into men, and then wars would come all over again. For it was widely known but never joyfully admitted, that only the dead have seen the end of war.

Roger paced back and forth in his bunker, not wanting to look at Alice, despite what he said about not being mad at her; he was somewhat at odds with how to react towards her now. Every time he looked at her, he was reminded what personal price had been paid for this victory. To save Stalingrad, it cost her honor, and she was the one who paid it, gave it up so willingly, it almost sickened him. Yet he loved her so deeply that he could scarcely stand not to look at her if he had the opportunity.

He sat down firmly in a chair and ran his right hand through his hair, while smoking a cigarette with his left hand. The Czar exhaled the smoke and then sighed, "Alice, come here", he gleefully muttered. She complied, and sat down on his lap, meekly asking, "You're not mad, are you, Roger?" He shook his head, "No, not really, we'd both be dead right now if you had not done what you did, but let's not speak of that again, it's over and done with. Had Salazar sided against us, they'd have crippled the government by taking Stalingrad, Felben would have won immediately. Now we have Felben on the run."

Alice nodded, "Yes, we do."

Roger sighed, looking into her eyes, "Yes, but at what price?"

Alice didn't know what to say, she nervously laughed as she took the cigarette from Roger's mouth, "You said you'd quit."

Roger nodded, "You're right, it's just with the stress from the civil war, it's even harder to quit. But there's always tomorrow..."

Roger started to drift off to sleep, in the chair, Alice on his lap, he muttered, "Always tomorrow..."

She rested her head on his shoulder and soon she too was drifting lightly to sleep, hoping Roger could and would forgive what'd she done to achieve the support needed to save Stalingrad...

Outside, most of the SRG were either dead or dying, the moans of the wounded the only sounds that one could hear, the only sounds one would wish he'd never heard, wish he'd forget, but never be able to. The sounds that would stick with a man till his last dies, the death moans of those who knew they were nearing the end, the final hour, the last minute, the last breath, the last beat of the heart, death. The only thing guaranteed in war was death, either your own, the man next to you, or the man facing you from across the field.

It was kill or be killed, the rules were meaningless so long as you won, winning was the objective. It wasn't how you played the game; it was who was left standing at the end. History wouldn't remember the side that fought chivalrously, history would remember the side that won. The side that won would write the history. The other side, would be remembered as the traitors, heathens, wretches, despicable fiends, whatever vile insults the victor felt suitable to degrade the conquered with.

One of the wounded SRG soldiers staggered towards Curtis Fabus's old car garage, a makeshift hospital had been established there, it was too far to walk the five miles to the RG hospital down the road. Besides, it was largely bombed out and most of the doctors were probably dead.

Captain Arthur Nelson, one of the few SRG officers left unwounded, helped the young soldier into the hospital, pressing tightly against his stomach to keep his guts from falling out.

(Nelson) "Don't worry soldier, you'll be fine." He said, with smile that concealed his bullshit.

The soldier tried to laugh, but all that came out was a stream of blood, finally he managed to choke out, "Will I really sir?"

Nelson nodded, then replied, "Sure, the doctors are good people, they'll take care of you."

Both of the men knew it was a lie, but a good lie, the soldier would likely die. But if you thought you'd die, you were already dead. If you could find that one shred of hope and grab onto it with all you had left, you might just make it. All throughout Mississippi, thousands of young soldiers were doing just that, grabbing for that one shred of hope, the hope that they might live, their nation might endure, that Felben would be defeated. They were sure that their nation would live, and Felben would die, but they were never sure how their own personal situation would be decided.

Nobody could be sure, it was war, taking things as they come, one building at a time, one room at a time, one trench at a time, one enemy at a time, one bullet at a time, one artillery barrage at a time, one death at a time. And only the dead had seen the end of the killing.

The middle-aged Bishop, still youthful in appearance though, was walking slowly around the perimeter of his secret camp on the border of Botswana and Namibia. He was just inside the Namibian border, about four miles from Botswana. He was being sheltered by a group of whites called the Namibian White Resistance Movement. Felben's old Libyan White Resistance Movement had provided the inspiration these whites were looking for. And now, they sheltered him and provided him with volunteers.

He had recruited approximately one thousand whites from Namibia and three thousand from South Africa into his CMB. There were twenty seven camps scattered throughout Namibia and South Africa, each one with about a company sized unit of militants operating in it.

Word had come from a messenger that a massive bounty had been placed on his head. Felben only chuckled, "I am surprised I am worth more to them alive than dead. But ah, I shall not let them take me alive."

Fox News Eretz -
"In other news at the Senate, Majority Leader Paul Kaminski announced that in a letter from President Steinberg, West Cedarbrook does not have plans to enter into the Decisive Action Civil War. The letter did note threats from the rebel leader, Von Felben, against Sevaris. The President did note those threats, and warned that any Decisive Action rebels found in West Cedarbrook would be arrested for deportation, and that any attack against Sevaris by the rebels would be viewed as a hostile action against West Cedarbrook."

Ooc- Note this thread post in the civil war thread is intended to be not for comment, the thread devoted to solely to this incident is open for comment on this. (I anticipate lots of comments on this post, both IC and OOC, please keep them all in the thread devoted to this post, not the Brother Vs Brother civil war thread, where this will also be posted, as it is part of the civil war)

The truck with six militants and the leader, Bishop Felben, moved slowly along the rural road in Tennessee, he had slipped out of Namibia on a boat and then taken a plane from Florida to Arkansas, jumping out near the Tennessee border, he linked up with a cell of militants and some rebel soldiers.

As the truck moved lowly along the winding road, in the distance, could be heard the sounds of Mi-24s slicing through the air. At least three of them and they are approaching fast, looking for signs of rebel activity.

Felben looked out from the side window of the truck, he pointed off at the distant cave and told the driver to make for it, and quickly.

The driver complied and spun the wheel sharp to make the necessary turn, however something awful happened, the truck spun into deep mud and quickly became mired.

Felben watched in horror as the Mi-24s were getting closer and closer with each second.

He flung open the door and flew out of the truck, his feet impacting hard into the mud; he ripped his foot out of the waist-deep mud and attempted to push forward. Try as he might, his struggles were in vain; the mud was too great a foe. The great bishop who for years had conquered all his foes with either the gospel or in more extreme cases, suicide bombers, had finally met his match, waist-deep mud.

The sounds of the Mi-24s firing their rockets was the last sound he heard before he turned his head, uttered, “Shit!” and then was consumed in the balls of flames seconds later. The truck went up as well, One of the Mi-24s hovered overhead, assessing damage.

One of the rebels tried to crawl out the back of flaming truck, the helicopter fired again and his movements ceased altogether.

The Mi-24s each inserted four Mississippian Special Air Assault Squad operatives (MSAAS) down to the ground to assess what had happened, they sensed somebody important had been in the truck.

The lieutenant of the unit, a young man, was smoking a cigar, he slowly up to a charred body in the mud, the BDU had a partially visible name tag on it, “Fel--n” The cigar suddenly fell from his mouth, “Oh my God! We got him! We got him!”

DA government announcement: “This is Joseph Mladic, speaking via the White People’s Radio and Television Network. It has been confirmed, approximately thirty minutes ago, Bishop Herman Von Felben, leader of the Christian Martyrs Brigade, was killed by government forces in Tennessee. This is a great day for Mississippi and indeed the entire free world, of which Mississippi considers himself an integral part.”

With Felben dead, the rebel forces were like a body without a head, they would lose soon, they knew it was all over. Suddenly the question of what to do with the rebels and the rebel leadership became a question that seriously needed to be answered.

Czar Roger Fabus decided he would leave it to Czarina Alice as to what should be done with rebels and the leadership of the rebellion. The fate of hundreds of thousands of former rebels would rest solely in her hands. She would hold the power of life and death for over four million rebels and their civilian supporters.
