The recently appointed Arms Coordinate of Neo-Wu, Köndan, was chosen through a series of elections of the nation of Neo-Wu. When Köndan was chosen to take control over the entire military’s weapons and arms, he decided that he would like to hold a conference of nuclear weapons, open to any nation of non-aggression status. He then released the following message to the world.

Message to all:

I call upon any nation wishing to have a conference on the topic of nuclear weapons. The conference will consist of how you feel about nuclear weapons, what to do, and possibly exchanging nuclear technology amongst ourselves.

If you are interested in attending this conference please contact me, it will be held in Neo-Wuwian borders.
