What: An international beauty contest

Where: RB City Convention Center, RB City, Invincible Empire of Roach-Busters

When: Three (RL) days from now

Who: All beautiful women, of course! ;)

Why: To determine which woman on Earth is the loveliest

Here are the rules:

1.Each nation can submit ONE woman
2.Once a satisfactory number of women have been submitted, everyone will vote for who they think is the loveliest one
3.The winner receives $25,000,000.00

NOTE: Obviously, a picture must be provided for the woman to enter the contest
