Today Shah Khosru has announced that Parthia can no longer be a member of The League of Empire Loyalists because Decisive Action has jeopardized interests of Parthia and the Persian people.
We hope that nations alienated by Parthia's alliance with DA will now accept our hand of friendship and alliance.

[OOC: I'm Earth III when it doesn't conflict with other claims. We only own parts of the Mississippi River Valley and SE Canada (and Quebec), along with a few Carribean holdings. We know that in Earth II CL owns most of our southern territories in North America, we hope this won't conflict in the RP.]
The Republic of Sharina has expressed interest in friendship, alliance, trade, and embassy exchanges with Parthia. We hope these will be the first steps of improving our relations between our nations.
I am saddened to see that the LOEL is in ruins.

OOC: I dont understand this. Since CM was deleted ('apparently') due to avoiding an IP ban / DoS order, rather than anything that was done on the CM account, why is Decisive Action not deleted? That's a little contradictory...

[OOC: *shrug* The mods are letting him roleplay with the account. He's a pretty good roleplayer, and a good enemy, but sometimes he disturbs me with the way he RPs, but I do not tend to worry about it.]
