Roger was pacing again, as he had done for many days, smoking again, he'd gone through two packs in the last four hours...He was nervous as hell.
He started to talk to himself as he slipped into uncontrollable laughter, "They're all out to get me!"
The voice started to join it, "Yes Roger, they are out to get you, strike first, destroy them!"
Roger looked down, continued to laugh, then he looked up as he walked forward, he would have walked into the wall but the voice said, "Turn right", and so he immediately did so...
He then looked the ceiling and again laughed, before he collapsed over from something, but the guards had no idea what it was.
He was quickly taken to the Hospital on the grounds of Stalingrad where the doctor said that he believed Roger had a tumor pressing down on a crucial section of the brain associated with preception and thought processing and that they'd have to operate immediately to save him.
