Bhalk would like to know who the international community would like to be Borman's chancellor.

Markis is preapring for his inugaration. Unless more votes are had he will win. He thinks he may change his name upon being accepted.

Bhalks secretary stood at the podium. His sweaty hand wrapped around his glass of water. He brought it to his lips and took a deep sip.
"I am proud to announce that our new chancellor has been appointed. His name is the one the majority of you voted for. His name is, Markis Licinius!"
As Markis walked onto stage the crowd cheered and screamed words of approval. He walked up to the podium and moved the mic to his height.
"Thank you. Thank you very much.
I will use my position to the benifit of Borman empire. My conservative views will influence and benifit the empire. I shall be in charge of communiques, foriegn activities, and such. I thank you for electing me. THat is all, thank you again."
