ITD willfully resigns from the alliance known as the League of Empire Loyalists. This was done, painfully, for reasons that shall not be named. We hope to continue peacful relations with our former allies.

Sevaris follows ITD's lead. In the streets, DA flags were burned. Roger and Curtis Fabus were burned in effigy as well.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs approaches the microphone, his face contorted and eyes burning. He adjusts his reading glasses and clears his throat.
"As new members of the LOEL, we are unaware of the internal political nature of this association. We will wait before making a decision."
"Minister!"
"No questions will be answered"
"But Minister, what are the implications..."
"No questions!"
He departs from the podium, and storms back to his office. Taking off his coat and loosening his tie, he pours himself a drink. The mixture of alcohol and politics is too natural. He recalls many a night in this office, drinking to escape the pressure. The phone rings.
"Damnit Jim! Don't you know what the hell is going on?"
"Mr. President, I assure you I had no idea..."
"What do I pay you for? We take the country into a goddamn alliance and it falls apart! You've made me look like an ass!"
"But, sir, we really..." *click*
