The Empire of El Cid Campeon has released plans, that long years of research and postulation has fruited to new types of propulsion, etc that would be incorporated into new, next-gen space-ships (orbital, deepspace, etc)
The Empire has sent up a scaffolding created to eventually become a space dock/construction yard. At present, only the scaffolding, which cost 4.2 billion Credits to just assemble in space(nearly the entire AeroSpace Budget for this year and half the next), is going to stay that way, guarded by 2 Defense Legions, as money slowly trickles in to build the space port to the size of a moon.
All Endorsements and money given will be appreciated, and will warrant discounts in membership of using the space dock and possibly ship price discounts.
The Empire of El Cid has Claims on several meteors (AXYM 1257 - 1344)that will enter the system soon - We will harness them into orbit near the dock and commence mining operations, etc

The SpaceDock, to be named LegionBase S/D3046, or "SpaceBase", may enter commission witin years, or less, depending on endorsemtns, and such
Remember, endorsements and monetary investments will help the dock be created faster, and with future discounts.
