Following a vote of the LOEL security council that achieved the required vote, each of the six members of the council allocated 500 billion dollars to start the space weapons program "White Light". Each nation on the council will spend 500 billion dollars per NS year for the project, development, research, construction, and maintainence, of the weapons platforms. There are to be 100 platforms constructed, each housing at least 10 ICBMS. The entire project has been codenamed "Project White Light".

Decisive Action will mostly be contributing personnel and skilled professionals for the project. Also, our facilities may be used by the nations in questions for any and all production related matters.

Secret IC:
ITD is donating use of amorphous metal for the construction of the orbital weapons. The strength of the metal would allow for long term durability of the weapon stations. The metal can also be easily casted like plastic allowing for easy production.

The Armed Republic of Modern Texas would like to volunteer research and development space as needed for this monumental undertaking. We have just finished a state-of-the-art facility called Armadillo Ridge in the western region of Modern Texas. This facility will house today’s modern aircraft and serve as a development site for our new military space program. We can allocate up to 40,000 acres of the complex, including institutional buildings, housing, testing labs, runways, and other black project amenities.

OOC: Quick note. Since you (the LOEL) are currently on my "Caution Required" list, your gonna be under constant surveillance. Construction of 100 ICBM carrying satellites is really not going to stay secret for long. And trust me, people won't like you flying nukes over their country. Fly 'em over mine, and I will shoot them down.

Dear Sirs of the LOEL,
I would appreciate an explanation of the LOEL, and would like to know the requirements to join, or if in fact, I could join.
I support a space defense system, though I have plans for another system, which the Empire of El Cid will be launching soon (cheap, non-nuclear, bombardment-type etc)

I am also a member of TRWC. LOEL is not hostile to right wing nations, in fact, most of LOEL members are right wing.

Those of you not ignoring me (a shame that you are, just because DA/CM says so, since I have no real issues with Kahta, Sevaris and so on that come to mind) I'd just like to point out that these are exceedingly destabilising, and would mean that I myself might have to start lofting BW satellites, keeping them hovering aimed at you, since no doubt you'll do likewise with nukes.

Ooc- They attempted to ban me from my own alliance, despite the charter stating I am a PERMANENT Security Council and Alliance member, everybody agreed to the charter, I founded the alliance, it's mine. I did what I had to do to hold onto power. Domestically, my gov't has killed over 90 million people in the last 20 years to maintain power. My regime would not hesitate to kill 1 trillion people if our survival was seriously threatened. The primary goal of the Fabus regime is the continued survival of the Fabus regime.

Secret Message to DA: It is a bit late, and the project has be canceled, but we have many, many defensive satalites and we are willing send up to 50 for the temporary use by LOEL. They are armed with a tactical laser (for anti-ICBM) (Each) and carry 3 missles (1 nuclear, 2 conventional)
