Eastern Garvainia containing the Musia,Catatin and Lokimia regions(sectors),has been enveloped in a violent drug war,due to the high traffic of Opium,Heroin,and other Opiates.
In the last 10 years,Opium growth and trafficing has increased by 500%,originally a 22 million dollar a year product,it has now turned into the billions,starting many clashes with local police,and many Garvainian Military units.
The giant uprise in trafficing was directed to a certain man who entered Garvainia roughly 14 years ago,and because there is so much money to be made there are men willing to fight to the death for high prices,about 40% of those are from other countries,who arrived in Garvainia illegaly.The easy going drug regulations in Garvainia were very appealing,as the maximum sentence for a narcotic related charge(including mass trafficing and dealing) is only ten years.
We have no problem in quelling the armed rebellion(if you could call it that),but eastern Garvainia is a very densely populated and commercial area,so most explosives have no use.
All access to major Eastern Garvainian cities has been cut off,there will be no trade until a secured date when the fighting has ended.
