Harmonia Mortus is a bit strapped for modern military equipment, most of our forces are currently equipped with either mellee weapons or primitive muskets.
We would like to purchase the following:
10,000 modern assault rifles
1,500 large-caliber (.50 and up) sniper or machine guns
15,000 pistols, 9mm or .45 caliber
Assorted rocket or missile anti-tank weapons
Grenades, mortars, support weapons of the sort.

We would like these weapons to be designed for use with our Goblinoid population, averaging about 3.5ft in height. We require shorter weapons, but would like decent performance as well. Same for the pistols.
The larger weapons are good as-is, we plan to issue them to Trolls.
Ever seen a .50 caliber machine gun fired from the hip?

Also, we would like to purchase armoured vehicles, tanks, APCs, and support vehicles.

(ooc:This is my first post,so if its stupid as hell,please bare with me.)

Unfourtunatly we are not particularly interested in either offer. The former because we do not wish to have a record of dealing with theives, the latter because we wish to maintain our national soverignty. We fight for ourselves and our allies, your demands are absurd.

A Second letter was sent out with some minor corrections:

"I feel ignorant in the fact,that I did not explain our proposal correctly,I was urgent to offer a means of weaponry in a way to form a friendship,but thinking that free weaponry would be alittle too pricey for an idea that may not pan out,I said that Goblinoids would guard and fight for Garvainia,this was an overstatement.Goblinoids WOULD guard some of Garvainia,not of a necessity,but so we can lax our military and focus on different areas,an actual battle involving Goblinoids is very slim,but we would hope free weapons would encourage Harmonia Mortus troops to get involved in some major conflicts regardless.

Sorry if my former statement in some way,belittled the people of Harmonia Mortus,it was not intended,nor even thought of.

If you have become interested,then we may talk about the insertion of Harmonia Mortus troops into Garvainias defense district accordingly.
