Received: 1 day ago Friday Sept 3, 9:02 PM. Coreys Region was ordered to send troops into Bombardment Isles in search of the Founder & Delegate. While on this mission so far 10 Napalm Bombs were fired and 7 deaths has been declared. Consider this an act of war.
2)Weyr has declared neutrality
3)Sonic Triple Threat has declared neutrality for Sonic Hero Land.
4)Federated Provinces has also declared neutrality
5)DM (Myself) has declared war on Coreys Region, but hasnt acted yet
6)Everyone talks about what would happen if they dont react.
7)I state a reason why Corey has declared war on Bombardment Isles
Ok that is what has happened (im not going any farther because a people start attacking him all of a sudden. Now NO ONE attacks until we heard from Corey. We can all post what we are mobilizing, but thats it. We are Not attacking untill we here from Corey. Oh and Corey because of this, dont just sit there and watch, post something otherwise we will get annoyed again. This is the only post that is in OCC form in this thread. What are your orders, sir. Washington just sat there for a few seconds letting it soke in. Hmmmm... whats is that big ass of a gun they have up there pointing at? Don't tell me its who I think it is. Yep, its who you think it is; Coreys Land Damnit, well lets wait a few hours and see what devlops. But have Battle Group 1 and 2; and also have Submarine Groups 1 through 3 on standby. We dont want to get caught off gaurd like in the last war. As Chris closed the door behind him; Washington thought, why the hell did this have to happen today? This was the day i planned to go golfing. Damnit.

Due an unfortuante event that happened earlier today in Dyne of the Blue Storm, where hundreds of militants seized control of several small villages and threatened to set them aflame if the military attempted to liberate them. A fleet of stealth fighters are being prepared to take the militants down, in the meanwhile, Commander Eagle, of Glatannia eagerly prepares for war.

Bunkers armed with Stationary machine guns are being set up on the Coast line , and enough that every square inch of the beach will be covered with machine gun fire.
Land mines are being set up every square foot of the beach.
Sniper fire will cover every 10 ft.
Anti aircraft guns are being used and will stop any UFO from entering Coreys Region
SAM Satelites are being sent up
A giant Alantic wall is being constructed if the beach ever falls - this will delay the enemy from getting into Coreys Region for weeks
Enough Spot Lights are set up to provide enough lite to see 2 miles at sea from the Coast
Behind the wall is a series of Mortar Crews and Anti Tank crews
Airfields Are set up every 6 miles within the Wall & all houses within 1 mile from the wall are being used to House Troops
Underground tunnels are being dug to house nuclear weapons
Tourist are being rounded up and shot - the bodies are being dumped on the beach to make it more of a challenge to get to the wall
All major cities are being wired with enough explosives - if they fall to the enemy the will be emediately terminated
Shipping Ports are heavily secured with Cement Dams - as of all major water ways
All bridges are also wired
Churches close to the coast are being used as observateing post

I would like to point out many things.

They are square inch, which means we can still get over them by flight... you used two dementions instead of three. It would have been smarter to use every cubed inch.

Land mines will make your beach explode and also corners you in your own fire. We can launch an inexpensive robot that would detonate the entire field, without any casulties to human forces, only that robot's.

AAA Guns will do nothing to many things. They will not be able to keep up with the speed of our low-flying aircraft and space craft.

SAM sites need missiles to operate. They are useless once they use up their missiles.

An Atlantic wall will be destoryed with a bombardment of shells form ships with mid-size shells.

Spot lights need a large ammount of electricity to light even a small area.

Who says we will be going in by land? Andn what stops us from using Sr-71 Blackbirds from bombing them? They are higher than a SAM's max altitude, and have precision guided munitions.

Airfields build in such short notice will only allow small aircrafts to land, such as a cessna, or a piper cub, not military aircraft, except for helicopters, gyro-planes, and tilt-jet aircraft form taking off. This also will ruin the fields. Also, homes will make almost not protection against enemy troop advances.

Underground tunnels take long whiles to dig, and they can collapse with a high-powered bunker-buster round or bomb.

We don't want your cities. They are useless and small to us. Also, your bridges are going to greatly limit your ability to defend yourself and re-take lost land.

You have cut youself off from all help form the outside... you cannot send any resources in or out, and are losing great ammounts of money every minute. You would be broke in a year, and your populace would lay down their arms and surrender if we offer food.

As Washington sat embarrassed at his mistake with the gravity cannon, he continually fought the thought (gee that rimes) to send his troops into combat. But as he looked at the weather report, he realized it couldn't work unless he gave the order now, but even then they might run into trouble. He decided to give the order; Joan, give me Commander Lansing, i need to speak with him immediately. Right away sirAs Washington waited for the call, he decided to practice a little putting, so he grabed his putter and started to practice. Hard Rock Beyond - Your mobilizing post shows alot of water equipment.
Do you know that in WW2 the germans set the beach up like i have it set up now?
They may have failed but i will not.
Also I did not wait till the last minute to set up my defence - ive been planning this war for a long time - so my defence is strongly constucted.
Also on the beach your heading up hill - so if you want to detenate all the land mines ( youll just make a huge crater ) And it will require more force for your troops.
I also have air rade sirens for when we spot your planes on our raider - i can tell the troops to take cover.

If you think im going to surrender to you cowards - think again.
My allies are setting up defence systems in their own region - i could always fall back there.

Corey, back in world warII the allies didn't have bunker busters or cruise missiles either. And i know they didn't have huge naval warships & guns like on NS. Of course you can also argue the Germans didn't have the technologies that are around today. But still, if the allies had those 2 weapons back then, they could of sat back and blasted the hell out of the beach. If we detonate the land mines, there goes your portection from tanks, plus there's gonna be one big ass smoke screen (or dirt screen) that you will have to contend with.

Johnny woke up to the sound of clothes rustling.

“Ah crap. Maybe I should have put gas in the tank last night. Oh well…” Johnny closed the garage door and caught a cab. After a 10 minute drive, he had the cabby drop him off three blocks from the Office. He covered the remaining distance in 2 minutes or so at a brisk pace. "Yes there is" Says Hutch. Me and my company had to refuel there on our way to the coast. Its barely visable through the trees and such , but a trained eye could see it. Why would you ask Sir?

I'd advise you to step down on your defensive preparations; perhaps you do not realize how expensive it is to build even one airfield, or to set up a SAM network.

Zeon Daikun (and whoever else is using giant, orbital cannons): If everybody has agreed to them, then I suppose that they can be used in this thread. However, they are an incredibly cheap way to win, and will make this RP very boring. I'd like to add that repeating firings of a weapon on such a massive scale would surely generate tremendous amounts of waste heat, and therefore there would probably be several minutes between each shot. Furthermore, none of the veteran RPers on Nationstates use such weapons; they're considered to be ridiculously overpowered, and impossible to defend. One ASAT missile could easily destroy such a system. Were this my RP, I'd suggest dropping the orbital cannons and focusing solely on a war on land, sea, and air.

To everybody: You're trying, I understand. My first war RP was a mess. You're all doing a pretty good job, but I'd suggest two things:
1.) Step down your force deployment. Seeing as how most of you are younger nations, mobilizing such large forces would place a severe strain on your economies. Besides, it's very hard to RP a large army very well, unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

However, being that I am technologically superior, and my nation is the biggest and 2nd oldest (Glatannia being the oldest) in this thread, I have a lot more than most people. Also, as said by Der Neu Auftrag Jedi (another nation, but will not get into this war), I have pretty much a different species that I create and reproduce (the Jedi and Sith) and so therefore can have many times more than just 3% of my people in the military. Also, I have tons of money, being that I have been in the top 3 ratings of the economy ratings. I have been that way since day one, and have a lot of money. Not only that, but I had a store where I actually sold these things, but since the old forum is out, I can not show you. I have been creating these, what you call, MACHINES, since I made this storefront many many many NS years ago. I do not have ecenomic I have more than my people can man. You can not tell me how cheap this is, either. It is not cheap; it is POWERFUL. Besides, I spent money on these things (lots and lots of $$$) and I do not want to get rid of them. I, Johnny Rydden, of Zeon Daikun, have been granted permission by DeMo_MaN to use my Mecha Forces as they are the key part of my military. Although, I may not use any Beam Weaponry (save for my beam sabers). The armor on mobile suits can not be affected by anything less than 125mm, but in consideration for this war I am willing to drop that down to 100mm. Also, My starship fleet will be converted to atmospheric flight, so they are now essentially big planes. My T61 Tanks and T72 Hovertrucks are still my standard tank units.
Also, as it is the September 11th weekend, my troops will be taking a hiatus until tuesday in respect for those who died in the WTC incident.

Well jeeze, the only reason why we decided against Spacey things, is because its something like 8v2. All right, the first is to launch the two that are already made for the destruction of Corey's Region. They will cause absolute destruction in Corey's Region. Not only that, but people will have spontaneous meltings due to the pure hydrogen that will be tossed all over the place in the air. Second, I will get the hell out of this God-forsaken war due to orders from people that have more power than me. Here is how the Launches will be:

Okay, since you are all confused, let me enlighten you.

The H-Bomb. Nowadays (and ever since the Cold War), these "Bombs" are launched as if they are missles with the warheads inside of them. They then fly over to the country and blow up whatever it hits.

Now, how I made them. A long time ago, I made nukes, and quite illegally, so I stopped producing them until I got bigger. I was going to add the Hydrogen Bomb, but I went out too late. Now, since I am much bigger than I was, I decided to make the Hydrogen Bombs. As you all know, they can blow up the island of Hawaii (not the state, the island). I did not say it could blow up a whole region, because that is just plain cheap. Nor can it wipe out a whole nation. That would also be cheap. Now, since I have had the storefont of H-Bombs, I waited two days to launch an attack. This would mean I would have two H-Bombs, for I can only produce one an NS year (one day). After I had two, I launched one at Coreys Nation's capital. The other one went randomly about looking for just Coreys Nation, with no exact coordinants. I never siad they could destroy a whole region. That one Nuke that I "made" was just too illegal, and it would be I.G.N.O.R.E.D. all the time. This is much better, and is fuly legal, and if you ignore it, that would represent piss-poor-roleplay.

Also, Bombardment Isles, weren't we (The people helping you from Sonic Hero Land) trying to help you? You put us down? This is insanity. Oh well. If you don't want me, fine. All of my troops, air support, and space support have withdrawn.

DeMo_MaN, it is your fault that I can not participate because I have ONLY futuristic ideas for a military. You would not let me fight, even though I could have helped the war end sooner. And yes, my H-Bombs can happen, and they did.

OOC: I hope you don't mind if I interject, but I like to help new players find their feet in NS. Generally this attack would be considered godmoding. This is because a hydrogen bomb is not powerful enough to destroy a nation, but a large city and an area around it. Two would not be enough to destroy Coreys Region, unless it was rather small. Second of all, ICBMs (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles) can be intercepted by such things as Patriot SAMs. It is unlikely, but you have to give him the chance to do so. You certainly can't post that it hit his city(ies) and destroyed one or more. Thirdly (and this is a small point), this "people will have spontaneous meltings due to the pure hydrogen that will be tossed all over the place in the air" will not happen. Hydrogen is a noble gas and is therefore harmless. There is hydrogen in the air around us.

Dudes, First, I launched them. Period. If you intercept them, fine. If you did, they did not blow up Corey's Nation into little bits. Now, As I said in my last post, one H-Bomb can destroy Hawaii. I don't expect Corey's Nation to be that small. I expect it to be 1000x bigger. I sent two, perfectly fine.

Praetonia, look at you friggin Periodic Table again. Yes, it can be a noble gas when it has two electrons in its first shell (or ring), but then it is also a metal. It is normally found as just one proton floating around, and will react with everything. There are the few, yes, with two electrons in its electron shell. It would be in both the same columns as Helium, yet also in the same column as Sodium. That means that skin WILL "melt" off due to the many chemical reactions.

Even if there was enough hydrogen less after (or even before) the fussion reaction to affect anything, I dont see how it would react with skin. The hydrogen found in the air doesn't. Hydrogen actually isn't a metal and it is not in the same column as Sodium. It is generally put there because it shares some traits with them. It also does not generally have no electrons. It usually has one, as stated in that peridoic table.

When did he mention that the H-bombs was an ICBM? All i can read is that he calls it an H-bomb, but yet isn't a bomb dropped not launched?. Secondly, Death to the UN is none other then Bazooka Romano himself.

Hurriance Bernard passes my region, and the order is to move out, few hours later my forces arrive about 15 miles from Coreys Atlantic Wall. My aircraft carries fall to the middle of my destroier fleet and guard them with thousands of aircraft:

I am out of this God-forsaken war. Mr. Intruder, do your stuff. And, DeMo_MaN, good job. That must have taken at least an hour to remember. Well... All I have to say about my men is that thay entrenched and hid in deep bunkers along the weakest point of the wall.


Also, I bet corgy has some anti-ship guns up in underwater bunkers off shore, ready to spring up the hundreads of feet to fight.... Thats a good idea.

Actually im speachless! I wasnt expecting such a massive force and most of all my wall to fail. Im sure casualties are great on both sides. I must make a stratagy now.

Hey! What happened? Where's the terms of surrender? I know I will have to fight, but I was reading about the terms of surrender, then I read that there there are forces mobilizing? Fine. I will mobilize 15 000 troops with M-16s, 500 M60s, and 100 M103s up to the wall to help Corey. This is insane! Never had I seen something as treachoring as this! BI, don't ever do anything stupid like this again!

Glatannian units disembark off their transports after a long journey. Taking moderate casualties from enemy snipers, the invasion force slowly makes its way up the beach, eventually capturing that section of the beach. After securing it, a few thousand soldiers spread out along the area to secure it and fend off attack while the transport ships unload 5,000 M4A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 1,000 M-1A1/A2 Abrams Main Battle Tanks, 100 M109A6 Paladin Self Propelled Howitzers and 50 Military Ambulances in addition to thousands of soldiers. Well sir it appears theyre heading for our airfields , we have a artillary unit stationed in a near by farm house - im sure they can keep them pinned down with 80mm shells. But the thing is sir - the airfield is really a fuel dump.

Gen. Hugo "What about the town of Hursk , they have to go through it before they get to the airfield - let our armored division battle there and if we fail they will get pounded with 80mm & mortar fire.

As Operation Beach Sweep continued the Glatannian invasion force had come across the seaside town of Hursk and their armored divison were putting up heavy resistance. Heavy casualties on the Glatannian side. Finally, with the help of aircraft and due to sheer numbers, the Glatannians overpowered the enemies stationed there. Roughly 1,500 Glatannian casualties were reported. Remembering that all cities were wired with explosives, the troops did not rest but pressed onward toward the airfields.

My representative flies in to Coreys exclusive building, he is greeted by two guards and escorted to Corey's confrence room and begans discussions with Corey and providing information about the 200 captured soldiers...
Meanwhile, Glatannia forces our pinned outside of Coreys main airfield, near Hursk, my forces of 2000 M4A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 150000 men equipped with M16 A1s Assult Rifles, gas masks and grenades, began aiding Glat. troops. Another 100 B-2 bombers begin to bomb artillary unit stations near there location escorted by my 4000+ aircraft launched from my carries.
My submarines, about 100 miles off your coastline launch 30 Trident II D-S Fleet Ballistic Missles and severly damaging your defenses.

After carefully planning the defence with the very little time we had this is our outcome.
We have stationed 100 - PAK38 50mm Anti Tank guns.
40 Nebelwerfers (6 barrelled rocket launcher) with firing ranges of 7330 with explosives and 7750 with smokes - Rocket weight is 75.3 pounds.
120 Half Tracks and Panzer tanks fully loaded with troops and ammo.
Another 30 - SdKfz 222 with 20mm gun in top turret.
25 - 88mm Flak guns that are 25ft long , shoot 15 - 20 rounds per minute and take 6 crew members to opperate.
And a series of hidden machine gun nest containing MG42 machine guns.
Basic Infantry is also stationed with each soldier containing either MP42 or Mauser rifle , gas mask, bread bag, 4000 bullets a peice and one of three types of grenades Stick , egg or normal.

To reinforce my men, my royal navy orders 150 of my Kreml II JUG-878 Class

6 x KA-27S to join my destroier fleet, the aircraft launch, and attack your PAK38 50mm Anti Tank guns, avoiding most of your anti aircraft weapons, and some being damaged or destroied. After most anti tank weapons were destroied, a class of 20000 men equipped with CP-755 Shotguns, and 15000 men eqipped with CG-454 Sniper Rifles. Also, in small river areas, 5000 CPPBR= River Patrol Boats our raiding shore side camps and docks with heavy machine gun fire and torpados.

100 more Yamato Battleships have arrived 50 miles off the Coreys Land coastline and along with the original 50 are monitoring the sea activity going in and out of Coreys Land. All suspicious ship are inspected and if weapons are found on board, everyone on board is used as hostages. My units continue pummeling your airfields and despite moderate casualties and decreased morale we are making progress, the area should fall in a day.

Only 200 have survived throughout the battles, and they are in dire need of help. I let them retreat as I send in 500 more M60s and 1000 men with M-16s hoping for some effect. I must admit, military is not my strongpoint (as Mr. Intruder). I hope this works...

As the battle seems grim for corgy, the attack is reversed with a surprise flank attack with 2/3 of a million AoE troops.

Out at sea, small raids are preformed on the large enemy Invasion fleet with the fast small ships of the AoE navy. After a weeks work, 8 Battlecrusers and 4 Battleship is destroyed at the cost of 7 AoE Battlecrusers and 1 Battleship. After each days "work" (Usialy destroying 2 ships) , thay retreat to a marsh, escorted by a nuclear sub.

Ahem. The war's over and the victory goes to the Bombardment Isles. The entire region of Coreys Region has died and was then revived by myself. Since we are in complete control of the region and there are no more enemies within Coreys Region, we have won.
