With Kahta under attack the King has called full mobilization of the army, navy, and air force. 12,000 F-22's have redeployed to defend cities. re-enforcements have been called in.

523PM: McLeod03, without a formal declaration of war or bombing bombed every major city and industrial center. Airfields were targeted, but for the most part were well defended. 25% of the rail centers have at least one line damaged, most highway interchanges were damaged. A small number of tanks were damaged, but most were underground in storage and were undamaged. This is because the country was not yet mobilized.

LOEL Rapid Response Forces are deploying to Kahta and will be there within 12 hours.

A vote is pending on the Heavy Security Forces.

Like a wall of death, four full squadrons of EB-1Cs, two full squadrons of EA/B-5s, and the first operational squadron of EB-3s begin to attack targets across Kahta. The EB-1s and -3s carry mixed payloads of Python anti-radiation missiles, Wolverine advanced cruise missiles, and Anaconda hypersonic air-to-air missiles. The EA/B-5s carry Boa anti-armour missiles, light laser-guided bombs, mini-Maverick missiles, and two Adder short range air-to-air missiles.

As the EA/B-5s hunt down trains, railway bridges, truck depots, and other transportation centres, the EB-1s target predominantly supply centres and known munitions factories. The EB-3s wait in reserve, striking at any threats to the other two strike groups, mostly airfields and any SAM sites not hit by the EB-1s Python missiles.

You can have a go at trying to track and destroy these aircraft, but any radars capable of detecting these bombers would have been engaged by said bombers, or the EB-3 overwatch group. By the time you knew they were there, they'd be halfway to North Attica.

We woudl adivise all those currently with shipping or aircraft in the region of eropid that due to the current conflict the safety of your citizens and assets cannot be assured. While allied forces will take every step to prevent any damage to vessels flying under a flag of neutrality it would be safer if any assets were removed from the region.

We woudl also advise those thinking to aid Khata as they are taught the error of thier ways that any such aid will merely be wasted. The loss of life amoungst your expeditionary forces sent to defend an actively hostile and agressive nation will weight heavily on our minds but any forces identified as being actively hostile will be engaged.

Very Well, we will cease construction of the MacDonald line, however we will keep it intact because it will cost trillions to eliminate the line.

Terms of Treaty:
1. FPC and Kahta will not engage in any offensive military action with eachother for 50 years.

We have worked out a series of plausible surrender terms for Kahta. Please review and give acceptance.

Clause I: Armistice
As of 12:00 on the day of the signing, all hostilities between warring nations shall cease. Should

hostilities continue, the peace treaty shall be considered invalid.

Clause II: Lengthened Peace
The forces of the Republican Axis shall be considered defunct for 2 years, as the nations who control them

rebuild and reconstruct. Aid will be provided by the Meridian Alliance, if necessary. This peace should last 50

years.

Clause III: East FPC (OstFPC)
90% of the territory of East FPC shall be given back to the government of FPC. The remnant will be granted

to the Empire of Cariada. All Kahtan forces should exit the area within one month of signing this treaty.

Clause IV: Caelta
The former Republic of Caelta shall be given limited independence as a colony of Kahta. They shall be

entitled to hold self-representing council similar to town meetings and small local legistlatures. A representative

should be allowed to partake in the national government, as well.

Clause V: South Attica
The Fascist Republic of Attica shall lay down all it's arms, and military. The lands that currently comprise

it shall be reinstated into the Empire of Attica, under the Petinski crown. All in the FRA shall be granted amnesty.

Clause VI: Economic Rights
The Empire of Attica and FPC shall be granted free trade with Kahta. Any tariffs currently in place for

Cariada, McLeod03, and Scoyle shall be reduced by one half, and shall be locked in that state for 50 years.

Clause VII: Royalty
The current leader of Kahta, Samuel MacDonald, shall be henceforth granted royal status in Kahta, to promote

political stability. His family shall be retitled Katz-MacDonald, making him King Samuel Issac of Katz-MacDonald.

Clause VIII: Reconstruction
All parties hereto signing this treaty shall grant a minimum of 1% of their GDP towards reconstruction in

the damaged nations. A failure to do so will render this treaty invalid.

Clause IX: Peacekeeping
If it is found necessary, a peacekeeping division comprised of troops from the Meridian Alliance nations

shall be created in order to keep the peace in any nation, defeated or otherwise, that was involved in this war.

Clause X: The Undersigned
The undersigned agree to partake in the clauses written in this written treaty.

Once again I read things to fast. I just want it to be known that I wouldn't attack any eropid nation unl;esss it was nessicary and any 1 billion + nation is an exception that I will never attack unless I am as large as the nation in wquestion.

Today I come to tell you, that to avoid further bloodshed I have agreed to a preliminary peace treaty. I will never forget those that have crossed us. We will never forget our enemies. OOC: The MacDonald line and ostFPC will be given to FPC.

OstFPC commander Erwin Rommel will not surrender. Of the 250,000 Army regulars under his command, only 25,000 have surrendered. Of the 2.5 Million militia, 750,000 have surrendured.

Rommel has access to tactical nuclear weapons. He has already said that he will use them on resources. The men that will not surrender have said that they will spread out and kill as many people from Caradia and FPC that they can find.

Television & radio broadcast, newspaper message sent to Kahta & especially the population of OstFPC and the military there.

-I think you have misunderstood us in many ways. FPC is not the ennemy of Kahta. We have never been at war, until this four day war. We wish to regain control of our lost territory that you took from us but we do not wish to impede on you or your every day lives. That is why our Prime minister, Nikolai Smereka, is generously offering to help the Kahtans in OstFPC to move into your country. They can stay in OstFPC if they wish. Our Prime Minister wishes for Kahtans to coexist with FPCians.

That is why he decided not to annex OstFPC has another province of the Imperial Republic but to give a certain degree of self governing to OstFPCians. They shall be able to form their own provincial government to solve their interior problems. However, they shall pledge loyalty to FPC but be assured, OstFPCians, that you will not have to pay special taxes, or become martyrs. In the eyes of all FPCians, you are our equals and we shall treat you accordingly.

Please help us make this transition in peace. Prime Minister Smereka has offered amnesty to General Rommel and his troops, they shall be able to settle in OstFPC or return to Kahta. Even the surrendered ones will be returned to their homes. To show our good intentions, once everyone has agreed, no FPCian soldiers will set foot on OstFPC, unless demanded by the OstFPCian provincial government, that will be democraticaly elected. Security will be formed by OstFPCians themselves.
