DA judges and lawyers are being ordered by the People's Justice Ministry, to begin investigating whether the queen of Feminany is guilty of international crimes.

DA law does not allow for her to be forcibly removed from her land by foreign personnel. However, if she is indicted, we would hope her populace would do something to see she is extradicted to Mississippi to stand trial for her crimes.

Ooc- You'd have to specify which group and which territory. In Mississippi herself, we genocided most non-whites and then deported the rest. In the African territories, it varied by the colonial gov't. (Libyan gov't genocided against arabs, Egyptian gov't never did, Angola did, Western Sahara didn't until recently the terror attacks drove them mad and they did some minor cleansing) In the North American territories other than Mississippi, we mostly used mass deportation.

Ooc- Under Mississippian Law, women cannot be called for jury duty, cannot become an officer in the army, and cannot join the Republican Guard except for the 31st RG Division (newly formed). So if the tribunal members are all high-ranking officers, how could a woman even be eligible? It'll be a fair trial, trust me. Navarre, Ernst, Schacht, and Witt are not as hardline as the others. They're open to finding the truth.

Ooc- It doesn't really matter what the jury thinks. If the judge decides she is guilty and the prosecution motioned at least once during the trial for a directed verdict, the prosecution can motion for a "judgement not withstanding the verdict" then the Judge basically passes sentence as he sees fit. But that is quite rare in the RL USA. Now in NS Mississippi, it is more common than one might think. Well jury trials are very rare in DA. Most people don't even get a trial, so this queen will be lucky she is going to be treated better than most, even better than male Mississippians.

OOC: To be honest I can't see her willingly leaving her nation to be tried by this court when it's pretty much assured that you will find her guilty of something which is a crime in your nation, but not in hers.

If the judge decides she is guilty and the prosecution motioned at least once during the trial for a directed verdict, the prosecution can motion for a "judgement not withstanding the verdict" then the Judge basically passes sentence as he sees fit. But that is quite rare in the RL USA. Now in NS Mississippi, it is more common than one might think. Well jury trials are very rare in DA. Most people don't even get a trial, so this queen will be lucky she is going to be treated better than most, even better than male Mississippians.

That said vote is a crime against humanity is up to questioning, but unless you intend to try her entire nation for this i suggest that you cannot charge her. Your threat of "Forcing her to pleasure males" is dispicable, simply because someone does something wrong doesnt give you the right to respond with a punishment of rape. They typically voted only for those motions that benefited themselves, I voted for motions that benefited the entire league or any member in need (I basically voted yes on everything because I only brought up motions I thought were right)

They begged me to help them in their wars, then said I was leading them down the path to ruin! I was the one who suggested peace conferences, diplomacy, talks, etc... The irony, eh?

The only league security council members I have fond IC memories of are Parthia and ITD, basically the only Security Council members that ever honored their requirement to help me in Western Sahara.

We had league rules, if the motion carried 4/6, all had to support it, even the no votes, if it was just 3/6, and I used my power as chairman to carry it, only the yes votes had to support it. I sent troops to anybody who needed help, and how do they repay me? Calling me crazy, denouncing me. They never listened to my suggestions for peace, just "Send more troops, CM, more troops!"
