Seneca Falls has a highly trained elite sniper division. They are expert marskman and highly skilled at forest combat and guerilla tactics if you would like we can send some over to train snipers for you.

Is there a reason that you need a draft, and weapons? If you are under attack I would gladly pitch in, but if you are just trying to build up your military, then I will not give you anything. In fact, I would even be against you, and call upon other nations to help me stop you from military building.

Um... Maybe I do not understand, but why, if there is no immediate threat, you would need troops? My only concern is that you would use these supplies to attack a nation, or genocide? If you need it just because, then don’t ask us for supplies.
