The High Chancellor of Psov in an effort to improve relations with the Borman Empire invited it's current leader to participate in a cultural visit which would entail the Borman Leader visiting major Psovian Sites and participating in Talks with the Chancellor and his entourage. The Invitation is for a week in Psov as a guest of the Chancellor details can be negotiated on.
