I am starting an new military alliance similar to the Soviet Union called the
United Military Alliance or U.M.A any nation interested in joining UMA please post.By next week I hope to have atleast 10 nation ready for action to invade our first victim.Victim to be decidied later.

I will join the U.M.A. however I am relatively new and therefore do not know exactly how to do this. Also if you need a home base region I have one just started called Supreme Evil if you want. It doesnt have any inhabitants except me.

By joining this alliance, are we thereby pledged to offer military forces in every endeavor by the U.M.A., or are we able to choose for ourselves when we go to war? Of course I am not implying that I would join this alliance and then do nothing; I would naturally offer economic and political support, but I cannot promise actual soldiers in every conflict.
