Government:
A noble heirarchy with a monarch in control. Prior to becoming an imperial power, the monarch was simply known as the King. The same royal family is in control, its 800 year dynasty has reigned supreme over adversity. Founded by Lord Newt, Duke of Winchester in 1200. The name Newt has been passed down to the Heir Apparant for the 800 year history. The few acceptions was in 1545 when Newt VI, heir apparant was killed in battle, where his younger brother took the throne with the name Bradley. And in 1753 when Newt X, heir apparant, died due to a terminal disease. His younger brother Henry took the throne in that situation. There is a Council of Lords, where all nobles meet to discuss matters of state. Though the final dicission is made by the Emperor. Governors of provinces are appointed, but mayors of towns are elected. As are the governing town councils. Though oversight is shown by the Emperor.
Military:
The Emperor is Commander-in-Chief of the Newtdom Royal Services. He has the ability to command his forces on the field if he wishes to do so. Military service is compulsory in Newtdom. Either you serve for life, 25years, or 10years in active duty, or you can go the route of reservist, though reserves are held longer in military status. All citizens are moved to the reserve once they leave their duty in active military posistions. There is a Supreme Military Council that meets with the Emperor, currently the 10 man council consists of:

The Empire has compulsory military service. As such, most nations would falter economically. The Empire has devised a wonderful method to address this issue. Active enlisted personel spend 6months of a year training, or on deployment during peacetime. The other six months the soldiers are at home working in vital industries. As such, the Empire is able to keep approx 7.5% military number status as at anytime only 120million soldiers are solely working on military matters. This allows for economic growth during peace time without a falter in the economy.

Royal Guards:
These are special units that protect the Emperor and his family, as well as other nobles. They usually are not sent into conflicts. But due to their large number are able to fight in wars when called upon. At which point they stop wearing their 19th century or earlier uniforms.
Dragoons

These are the King's horsemen. In times past they were his knights, and made up the main cavalry forces on large scale battles. Today, they are the Emperor's most prized Cavalry unit. They guard the Emperor's palaces, and are dressed in 19th Century Cavalry attire. They are trained in all forms of warfare, and the enlisted ranks gain higher prestige and credience than lower-grade officers in any other unit. To become a Dragoon, one must be atleast a Luitenant in the army, and most prove themselves as an able warrior, patriot, and horseman. Ones training rebegins once entering this unit.
Grenadiers

Grenadiers were the honor guard of the Army for centuries. They marched next to the Colors, and had the best weaponry of the day. Today the Grenadiers protect the Emperor's palaces, lands, castles, and other buildings. They are outfitted still with the best weaponry, but wear 19th century uniforms. Similar to the Dragoons, the Grenadiers are recruited the same way.
Imperial Guard

Unlike the other Royal Guard units, these men are picked from the Dragoons and Grenadiers, as well as noble families or legacy families. They wear a yellow uniform, and 18th century style uniforms for the most part. They are trained in horsemanship, swordsmanship, riflery, and other forms of combat. They are the pinnicle of the household guard. Only one unit is more important than these men.
Special Imperial Guard
These troops are the most trained, best unit in the military. They are never far behind the Emperor. They are a personal bodyguard regiment. They wear black, 18th century uniforms. They are never in posistion to guard buildings. Only the Emperor and his immediate family.
Navy
The pride of Newtdom is her navy. When the navy is officially counted, it numbers about 5,250 ships. That includes support vessels as well. It is ranked as one of the top navies, always being upgraded. There are fleets always on patrol. It has fought valliantly since its creation soon following the War of Unification in 1204. It has about a third of Newtdom's active military personell in its ranks, and for good reason. The Marines are technically under the Navy department, but are considered their own fighting unit.
Army:
The Army of Newtdom is the oldest institution in the country. Prior to the creation of the country in 1200, it was simply the Winchester Army, which was founded in the year 1000 by William, Earl Winchester. Its men are highly trained, and are capable of fighting in any terrain.
Coast Guard:
As the name implies, it is the defender of the seas surrounding Newtdom. It was created shortly following the Enlightenment War. It patrols the waters around the mainland, and the exterior islands. It also goes to sea with the fleets as an added protection to them.
Airforce
Newtdom's airforce is outfitted with the newest and best hardware in the world. Whether variants on other nation's developments or our own creation the airforce is outfitted as one of the few on the cutting edge. Enhancements come on a yearly basis for all weapons under its command. Though not considered to be as glamorous as the Navy or Royal Guards, it is one of the finest institutions in the world.
Police
The Police force in Newtdom are drawn from the retiring ranks of the military. They are put in civilian posistions throughout the country, if they opt to do so, and become police officers. They go through an enhanced training program to take them out of their military training and put them into the civilian peacekeeping manner.
Militia
Each county in our nation has a militia. From the earliest times when the Army was put together by People Militias in times of the utmost need, this unit is often considered as a gentlemanly society for the nobility who have other things to do than spend their life in the military. This allows for a reserve unit to help police, or help support our military when need be. Considered civilian, they are not paid for military service unless called upon by the Emperor. Volunteers who meet periodically to train in forms of combat in order to help support our great nation.
Military Academies
Extremely hard to enter, considered civilian until graduation or called upon to fight, these young patriots are trained in all forms of combat. Depening on the Academy one goes too, they get a heigtened course in that discipline (i.e. Naval Academies=Naval Officers). Most students at these academies are the sons of nobility. Though, other classes are allowed to enter, only the cream of the crop are allowed to enter as these will be the top men in the military.

Defensive
Defensive systems are located throughout Newtdom proper, and its colonies. Devised in such a manner than any sort of attack can be repulsed. Rings of defensive forts, military bases, and bunkers are located in such a way that fire can be directed on any location throughout the nation. Patriot and Terminator missile systems are also located in a web matrix throughout the entire nation for best defense of Newtdom proper. Naval defenses are also located in several rings that inculde the barrier islands, and the coast of Newtdom. Large cannons, bunkers, and artillery is located as to stop any sort of assualt. This would include large scale sea guns, Patriot and Terminator missile/aircraft defense systems, bunkers, and other land to sea missile systems.
Palaces:
Newtdom offers an array of Royal Palaces, Castles, Mansions, and Courts. Around Winchester, the capital city of Newtdom, for example are the four main Royal Palaces. To the North of the city is where the Winter Palace is situated, to the South the Summer Palace is located, to the East is the Autumn Palace, and to the West is the Spring Palace. In the center of the city is the Imperial Quarter, which houses Winchester Castle, along with Newtdom Court, and other major buildings.

The Summer Palace is located about 10 miles out of Winchester. It is a massive estate, painted in the Royal Yellow as it has been called. It is beautifully crafted, and was built in 1680 by Newt VIII was reigning. It is stunningly built, and when not being used by the Emperor it is open for conferences between foreign dignitaries.
Spring Palace

The Spring Palace is home to Arch-Duke Martin. Though the entire family uses the facilities during the spring months. It is located directly outside of Winchester on a fine peice of land. It is generally considered the oldest of the four palaces as it was built in 1545 under Newt V. It is spectacularly built, though there are many complaints of its color. It is still used today to hold foreign conferences.
Autumn Palace

This palace is generally considered the newest built. Constructed in 1845 under Newt XV, it is designed in a neo-classical format. It is beloved by the people. And is about 20 miles out of Winchester. It currently is the residence of Arch-Duke Alfred. It also has on its grounds the Imperial Marching Grounds, where certain units upon gaining prestige march before the royal family.
Winter Palace

The Winter Palace was built in 1755 by Newt IX. It was stunningly crafted for its time, and holds the Council of Lords. It is the primere residence of Prince William. It is used by the family, mostly during the winter months. But due to its location and beautiful grounds, has been known to host many events. It also is on the ocean. And contains with in it, the Newtdom Royal Dockyard. Where the Emperor's private yacht collection is housed. Along with certain ships of war, such as the NRS Chamberlain, a massive Juken Heavy Battleship.
Winchester Palace

The original was rebuilt first ine 1545 and then again in 1790. This is the newest version of this palace. The ancestrial home of the Winchester dynasty. It is a stunning building, where the Emperor and his family holds most of their court and daily life. It is rarely open, and only is for heads of state, and other major dignitaries.
Royal Court

This is the Royal Court. Which was built by Sir Louis Stroller, in 1756. The previous court had falled into disrepair, and rather than renovating the building. Sir Stroller donated the money to build this lavish structure. Today it is used as a Courthouse, as well as the another meeting place of the Council of Lords.
Religion
Religion is allowed to be worshiped as freely as possible. All religions are allowed to worship however they wish as long as they are not plotting against the Emperor or the Empire. Religious break up is as follows:

Land:
The mainland is vast, encompassing 1,000,000 sq miles. To the east of the nation, are several islands which have been made part of Newtdom. Several are large and have key population centers. Large cities are spralled out along the entire nation. The country has all sorts of different regions. It has a desert, a tundra, a very large mountain range to the west, and it also holds many many miles of fertile land of agriculture. It also has beautiful landscapes and scenery.

Steward
The Steward is the Emperor's brother. He is incharge of all ministries. A Minister-in-chief if you will. When the Emperor is incapable of ruling the Steward takes control until the Heir Aparant is old enough to govern. His main job is agriculture, but as stated provides a final check over all reports on their way to the Emperor.
Foreign Ministry
Headed Lawrence Hollistein, a 15th generation Lord of the Foreign Ministry. He advises the Emperor on international affairs, and gives recomendations for ambassadorships. Usually considered the highest honor in the Government, it has been headed by the same family since Emperor Newt V.
Judicial Ministry
As the name implies the Minister of Judicial Affairs is the second highest Magistrate in the government. The only higher member of the Judicial Ministry is the Chief Magistrate, usually a member of the Royal Family. The Judicial Minister gives recomendations for Imperial level Magistrates, and appoints regional Magistrates (With the Emperor's and the Chief Magistrate's permission). He also administers the BAR test for lawyers and prosecutors. He is also incharge of all policing units in the country.
Education Ministry
The Minister of Education appoints Deans, Presidents, and Professors on the Collegate level. He also has supreme juristiction over all schools in the nation, with the exemption of military academies. He and his deputy ministers appoint teachers, and professors for primary, and secondary schooling as well. They also set the precidents for the nation's education.
Space Ministry
The Minister of Space is incharge of the growing space industry in Newtdom. He has control over the building, and comissioning of space traveling vechiles. He also sets the precidents to becoming an Astronaught. Basically what the name implies.
Religious Affairs Ministry
As the name implies the Minister of Religious Affairs makes sure their is stability between the different religions in Newtdom. He sets up appointments for religious leaders to meet and to discuss religious beliefs. A way so the nation stays educated on other religions. For tolerance, and understanding of one's neighbors is the ministry's main goal.
Communication Ministry
This ministry is intact to keep communication prices down, along with messaging services for the government. Its main goal is to unite the people under a cheap, government controlled communication matrix. It allows for easier flow of communication through the vast landmass known as Newtdom.
Women's Affairs Ministry
This Ministry makes sure that on the home front, women are held to the same degree in the nation as men are. It allows for less discrimination on the grounds of gender. It also allows for the nation to be far more productive as it does not hold precidence on gender.
Banking Ministry
As the name implies this ministry controlls the National Bank. Which has control over all money in the nation. It sets precentages for intrest and other fundamentals of banking. The Minister is highly trained in banking both domestic and international. It also has control over the nation's stockmarket making sure it is stable.
Transportation Ministry
This ministry makes sure all public and private transportation is kept inline. It sets precidents on automobiles and other transportation vechiles with regards to pollution emmition, standards etc. They also are incharge of MTA, Newtdom Royal Shipping, Newtdom Imperial Airlines, and Newtdom Cruiselines.
National Security Ministry
This ministry has counter intelligence, and intelligence agencies under its command. It studies threats and presents them to the Emperor and his Military Council. It studies threats domestic and abroad and is held with the highest regard by the Emperor for legitimate intelligence on foreign countries. It comprises the Newtdom Security Agency (NSA), Imperial Intelligence Agency (IIA), and other more secretive agencies.
Media Ministry
This ministry sets guidelines for media development. It sets the basis for what is considered decent and holds companies responsible if they fail to meet the guildlines with either fees or censure.
Lady of the Court
This posistion is held by one noblewoman who has served the Empire to the greatest possible extend. An honorary posistion, she sets up appointments for the emperor. In a sense a personal secretary to the Royal Family.

Education in Newtdom is extremely important. Primary, secondary and graduate school is considered mandatory. The nation offers a fine public school system, that teaches all basic courses. Private schools are strictly given guidlines by the Education Ministry. Colleges and Universities are spread throughout the country. The top University is the Newtdom Imperial University, located in the Capital City of Winchester. There are many different military academies for all ages as well. Including one of the top military schools in the world, The Newtdom Imperial Military Academy at Verity.
Educational Guidlines:
All students are trilingual at minimum. English, French, and Latin are considered the basic language education in public schooling. Most students opt to become quad or higher lingual students. Mathematics is considered to be a high art. It is expected of a student to atleast go through Calculus before graduating high school. Science is also considered necessary. To graduate a student must have a credit in physics. Art is considered optional, though most schools ask that a student provides at least one year in a performing or fine art. History is considered the mainstay of education. In order for a student to understand and develope the student must know how to overcome, and history allows for the same mistake not to be made twice. Usually a graduating student has to have four credits of history and law. Sports and other extra-curricular activities are asked of, but not expected for all students.
Industry
Newtdom's main civilian industry is that of automotive development and creation. There are three major civilian divisions of the Imperial controlled automotive plants. These include: Newtdom Imperial Motorworks (Stock exchange: NIM), Bedell-Infantino Motorworks ( Stock exchange: BIM), and Crowe Enterprises (Stock Exchange: CIE). Each company makes different vechiles to different groups of people. For example, NIM usually only does deals with nobility.
Other civilian industries include: Aeroplane development, Computer development and Construction, Oil production, Uranium enhancement, and services.
Military industies are completely owned by the government. Where as civilian industries are available on the stock exchange, though the Emperor has Chairman status on each board. Newtdom's Military Industries (NMI) an agency under the Military Council has several divisions.
Newtdom Imperial Mili-Tech develops many forms of electronic weaponry. It develops Radar, Sonar, GPS, Targeting systems, and other electronically contorlled weaponry and support items.
Newtdom Royal Shipyards develops all ships in the Newtdom Navy. Whether the ships are developed in the nation, or bought through international deals. The ship goes here one way or the other. When bought from foreign nations they are brought to our shipyards to be refitted for suitable duty under our command. Where as ships built by us, are constructed in one of the 25 shipyards spread on the Eastern Coast. It also develops propulsion systems, such as the new catepillar system in our submarines, or the Aqua-Jet propulsion system on our surface ships.
Other major Military industries develops variants on commonly used military hardware. Such as our variant on the JSF, the NAF Phoenix, which has several variants of its own, in order for the greatest versitility.

Government:
A noble heirarchy with a monarch in control. Prior to becoming an imperial power, the monarch was simply known as the King. The same royal family is in control, its 800 year dynasty has reigned supreme over adversity. Founded by Lord Newt, Duke of Winchester in 1200. The name Newt has been passed down to the Heir Apparant for the 800 year history. The few acceptions was in 1545 when Newt VI, heir apparant was killed in battle, where his younger brother took the throne with the name Bradley. And in 1753 when Newt X, heir apparant, died due to a terminal disease. His younger brother Henry took the throne in that situation. There is a Council of Lords, where all nobles meet to discuss matters of state. Though the final dicission is made by the Emperor. Governors of provinces are appointed, but mayors of towns are elected. As are the governing town councils. Though oversight is shown by the Emperor.
Military:
The Emperor is Commander-in-Chief of the Newtdom Royal Services. He has the ability to command his forces on the field if he wishes to do so. Military service is compulsory in Newtdom. Either you serve for life, 25years, or 10years in active duty, or you can go the route of reservist, though reserves are held longer in military status. All citizens are moved to the reserve once they leave their duty in active military posistions. The Empire has compulsory military service. As such, most nations would falter economically. The Empire has devised a wonderful method to address this issue. Active enlisted personel spend 6months of a year training, or on deployment during peacetime. The other six months the soldiers are at home working in vital industries. As such, the Empire is able to keep approx 7.5% military number status as at anytime only 120million soldiers are solely working on military matters. This allows for economic growth during peace time without a falter in the economy.

Royal Guards:
These are special units that protect the Emperor and his family, as well as other nobles. They usually are not sent into conflicts. But due to their large number are able to fight in wars when called upon. At which point they stop wearing their 19th century or earlier uniforms.
Dragoons

These are the King's horsemen. In times past they were his knights, and made up the main cavalry forces on large scale battles. Today, they are the Emperor's most prized Cavalry unit. They guard the Emperor's palaces, and are dressed in 19th Century Cavalry attire. They are trained in all forms of warfare, and the enlisted ranks gain higher prestige and credience than lower-grade officers in any other unit. To become a Dragoon, one must be atleast a Luitenant in the army, and most prove themselves as an able warrior, patriot, and horseman. Ones training rebegins once entering this unit.
Grenadiers

Grenadiers were the honor guard of the Army for centuries. They marched next to the Colors, and had the best weaponry of the day. Today the Grenadiers protect the Emperor's palaces, lands, castles, and other buildings. They are outfitted still with the best weaponry, but wear 19th century uniforms. Similar to the Dragoons, the Grenadiers are recruited the same way.
Imperial Guard

Unlike the other Royal Guard units, these men are picked from the Dragoons and Grenadiers, as well as noble families or legacy families. They wear a yellow uniform, and 18th century style uniforms for the most part. They are trained in horsemanship, swordsmanship, riflery, and other forms of combat. They are the pinnicle of the household guard. Only one unit is more important than these men.
Special Imperial Guard
These troops are the most trained, best unit in the military. They are never far behind the Emperor. They are a personal bodyguard regiment. They wear black, 18th century uniforms. They are never in posistion to guard buildings. Only the Emperor and his immediate family.
Navy
The pride of Newtdom is her navy. When the navy is officially counted, it numbers about 5,250 ships. That includes support vessels as well. It is ranked as one of the top navies, always being upgraded. There are fleets always on patrol. It has fought valliantly since its creation soon following the War of Unification in 1204. It has about a third of Newtdom's active military personell in its ranks, and for good reason. The Marines are technically under the Navy department, but are considered their own fighting unit.
Army:
The Army of Newtdom is the oldest institution in the country. Prior to the creation of the country in 1200, it was simply the Winchester Army, which was founded in the year 1000 by William, Earl Winchester. Its men are highly trained, and are capable of fighting in any terrain.
Coast Guard:
As the name implies, it is the defender of the seas surrounding Newtdom. It was created shortly following the Enlightenment War. It patrols the waters around the mainland, and the exterior islands. It also goes to sea with the fleets as an added protection to them.
Airforce
Newtdom's airforce is outfitted with the newest and best hardware in the world. Whether variants on other nation's developments or our own creation the airforce is outfitted as one of the few on the cutting edge. Enhancements come on a yearly basis for all weapons under its command. Though not considered to be as glamorous as the Navy or Royal Guards, it is one of the finest institutions in the world.
Police
The Police force in Newtdom are drawn from the retiring ranks of the military. They are put in civilian posistions throughout the country, if they opt to do so, and become police officers. They go through an enhanced training program to take them out of their military training and put them into the civilian peacekeeping manner.
Militia
Each county in our nation has a militia. From the earliest times when the Army was put together by People Militias in times of the utmost need, this unit is often considered as a gentlemanly society for the nobility who have other things to do than spend their life in the military. This allows for a reserve unit to help police, or help support our military when need be. Considered civilian, they are not paid for military service unless called upon by the Emperor. Volunteers who meet periodically to train in forms of combat in order to help support our great nation.
Military Academies
Extremely hard to enter, considered civilian until graduation or called upon to fight, these young patriots are trained in all forms of combat. Depening on the Academy one goes too, they get a heigtened course in that discipline (i.e. Naval Academies=Naval Officers). Most students at these academies are the sons of nobility. Though, other classes are allowed to enter, only the cream of the crop are allowed to enter as these will be the top men in the military.

Defensive
Defensive systems are located throughout Newtdom proper, and its colonies. Devised in such a manner than any sort of attack can be repulsed. Rings of defensive forts, military bases, and bunkers are located in such a way that fire can be directed on any location throughout the nation. Patriot and Terminator missile systems are also located in a web matrix throughout the entire nation for best defense of Newtdom proper. Naval defenses are also located in several rings that inculde the barrier islands, and the coast of Newtdom. Large cannons, bunkers, and artillery is located as to stop any sort of assualt. This would include large scale sea guns, Patriot and Terminator missile/aircraft defense systems, bunkers, and other land to sea missile systems.
Palaces:
Newtdom offers an array of Royal Palaces, Castles, Mansions, and Courts. Around Winchester, the capital city of Newtdom, for example are the four main Royal Palaces. To the North of the city is where the Winter Palace is situated, to the South the Summer Palace is located, to the East is the Autumn Palace, and to the West is the Spring Palace. In the center of the city is the Imperial Quarter, which houses Winchester Castle, along with Newtdom Court, and other major buildings.

The Summer Palace is located about 10 miles out of Winchester. It is a massive estate, painted in the Royal Yellow as it has been called. It is beautifully crafted, and was built in 1680 by Newt VIII was reigning. It is stunningly built, and when not being used by the Emperor it is open for conferences between foreign dignitaries.

The Spring Palace is home to Arch-Duke Martin. Though the entire family uses the facilities during the spring months. It is located directly outside of Winchester on a fine peice of land. It is generally considered the oldest of the four palaces as it was built in 1545 under Newt V. It is spectacularly built, though there are many complaints of its color. It is still used today to hold foreign conferences.
Autumn Palace

This palace is generally considered the newest built. Constructed in 1845 under Newt XV, it is designed in a neo-classical format. It is beloved by the people. And is about 20 miles out of Winchester. It currently is the residence of Arch-Duke Alfred. It also has on its grounds the Imperial Marching Grounds, where certain units upon gaining prestige march before the royal family.
Winter Palace

The Winter Palace was built in 1755 by Newt IX. It was stunningly crafted for its time, and holds the Council of Lords. It is the primere residence of Prince William. It is used by the family, mostly during the winter months. But due to its location and beautiful grounds, has been known to host many events. It also is on the ocean. And contains with in it, the Newtdom Royal Dockyard. Where the Emperor's private yacht collection is housed. Along with certain ships of war, such as the NRS Chamberlain, a massive Juken Heavy Battleship.
Winchester Palace

The original was rebuilt first ine 1545 and then again in 1790. This is the newest version of this palace. The ancestrial home of the Winchester dynasty. It is a stunning building, where the Emperor and his family holds most of their court and daily life. It is rarely open, and only is for heads of state, and other major dignitaries.
Royal Court

This is the Royal Court. Which was built by Sir Louis Stroller, in 1756. The previous court had falled into disrepair, and rather than renovating the building. Sir Stroller donated the money to build this lavish structure. Today it is used as a Courthouse, as well as the another meeting place of the Council of Lords.

Religion is allowed to be worshiped as freely as possible. All religions are allowed to worship however they wish as long as they are not plotting against the Emperor or the Empire. Religious break up is as follows:

The mainland is vast, encompassing 1,000,000 sq miles. To the east of the nation, are several islands which have been made part of Newtdom. Several are large and have key population centers. Large cities are spralled out along the entire nation. The country has all sorts of different regions. It has a desert, a tundra, a very large mountain range to the west, and it also holds many many miles of fertile land of agriculture. It also has beautiful landscapes and scenery.

Steward
The Steward is the Emperor's brother. He is incharge of all ministries. A Minister-in-chief if you will. When the Emperor is incapable of ruling the Steward takes control until the Heir Aparant is old enough to govern. His main job is agriculture, but as stated provides a final check over all reports on their way to the Emperor.
Foreign Ministry
Headed Lawrence Hollistein, a 15th generation Lord of the Foreign Ministry. He advises the Emperor on international affairs, and gives recomendations for ambassadorships. Usually considered the highest honor in the Government, it has been headed by the same family since Emperor Newt V.
Judicial Ministry
As the name implies the Minister of Judicial Affairs is the second highest Magistrate in the government. The only higher member of the Judicial Ministry is the Chief Magistrate, usually a member of the Royal Family. The Judicial Minister gives recomendations for Imperial level Magistrates, and appoints regional Magistrates (With the Emperor's and the Chief Magistrate's permission). He also administers the BAR test for lawyers and prosecutors. He is also incharge of all policing units in the country.
Education Ministry
The Minister of Education appoints Deans, Presidents, and Professors on the Collegate level. He also has supreme juristiction over all schools in the nation, with the exemption of military academies. He and his deputy ministers appoint teachers, and professors for primary, and secondary schooling as well. They also set the precidents for the nation's education.
Space Ministry
The Minister of Space is incharge of the growing space industry in Newtdom. He has control over the building, and comissioning of space traveling vechiles. He also sets the precidents to becoming an Astronaught. Basically what the name implies.
Religious Affairs Ministry
As the name implies the Minister of Religious Affairs makes sure their is stability between the different religions in Newtdom. He sets up appointments for religious leaders to meet and to discuss religious beliefs. A way so the nation stays educated on other religions. For tolerance, and understanding of one's neighbors is the ministry's main goal.
Communication Ministry
This ministry is intact to keep communication prices down, along with messaging services for the government. Its main goal is to unite the people under a cheap, government controlled communication matrix. It allows for easier flow of communication through the vast landmass known as Newtdom.
Women's Affairs Ministry
This Ministry makes sure that on the home front, women are held to the same degree in the nation as men are. It allows for less discrimination on the grounds of gender. It also allows for the nation to be far more productive as it does not hold precidence on gender.
Banking Ministry
As the name implies this ministry controlls the National Bank. Which has control over all money in the nation. It sets precentages for intrest and other fundamentals of banking. The Minister is highly trained in banking both domestic and international. It also has control over the nation's stockmarket making sure it is stable.
Transportation Ministry
This ministry makes sure all public and private transportation is kept inline. It sets precidents on automobiles and other transportation vechiles with regards to pollution emmition, standards etc. They also are incharge of MTA, Newtdom Royal Shipping, Newtdom Imperial Airlines, and Newtdom Cruiselines.
National Security Ministry
This ministry has counter intelligence, and intelligence agencies under its command. It studies threats and presents them to the Emperor and his Military Council. It studies threats domestic and abroad and is held with the highest regard by the Emperor for legitimate intelligence on foreign countries. It comprises the Newtdom Security Agency (NSA), Imperial Intelligence Agency (IIA), and other more secretive agencies.
Media Ministry
This ministry sets guidelines for media development. It sets the basis for what is considered decent and holds companies responsible if they fail to meet the guildlines with either fees or censure.
Lady of the Court
This posistion is held by one noblewoman who has served the Empire to the greatest possible extend. An honorary posistion, she sets up appointments for the emperor. In a sense a personal secretary to the Royal Family.

Education in Newtdom is extremely important. Primary, secondary and graduate school is considered mandatory. The nation offers a fine public school system, that teaches all basic courses. Private schools are strictly given guidlines by the Education Ministry. Colleges and Universities are spread throughout the country. The top University is the Newtdom Imperial University, located in the Capital City of Winchester. There are many different military academies for all ages as well. Including one of the top military schools in the world, The Newtdom Imperial Military Academy at Verity.
Educational Guidlines:
All students are trilingual at minimum. English, French, and Latin are considered the basic language education in public schooling. Most students opt to become quad or higher lingual students. Mathematics is considered to be a high art. It is expected of a student to atleast go through Calculus before graduating high school. Science is also considered necessary. To graduate a student must have a credit in physics. Art is considered optional, though most schools ask that a student provides at least one year in a performing or fine art. History is considered the mainstay of education. In order for a student to understand and develope the student must know how to overcome, and history allows for the same mistake not to be made twice. Usually a graduating student has to have four credits of history and law. Sports and other extra-curricular activities are asked of, but not expected for all students.
Industry
Newtdom's main civilian industry is that of automotive development and creation. There are three major civilian divisions of the Imperial controlled automotive plants. These include: Newtdom Imperial Motorworks (Stock exchange: NIM), Bedell-Infantino Motorworks ( Stock exchange: BIM), and Crowe Enterprises (Stock Exchange: CIE). Each company makes different vechiles to different groups of people. For example, NIM usually only does deals with nobility.
Other civilian industries include: Aeroplane development, Computer development and Construction, Oil production, Uranium enhancement, and services.
Military industies are completely owned by the government. Where as civilian industries are available on the stock exchange, though the Emperor has Chairman status on each board. Newtdom's Military Industries (NMI) an agency under the Military Council has several divisions.
Newtdom Imperial Mili-Tech develops many forms of electronic weaponry. It develops Radar, Sonar, GPS, Targeting systems, and other electronically contorlled weaponry and support items.
Newtdom Royal Shipyards develops all ships in the Newtdom Navy. Whether the ships are developed in the nation, or bought through international deals. The ship goes here one way or the other. When bought from foreign nations they are brought to our shipyards to be refitted for suitable duty under our command. Where as ships built by us, are constructed in one of the 25 shipyards spread on the Eastern Coast. It also develops propulsion systems, such as the new catepillar system in our submarines, or the Aqua-Jet propulsion system on our surface ships.
Other major Military industries develops variants on commonly used military hardware. Such as our variant on the JSF, the NAF Phoenix, which has several variants of its own, in order for the greatest versitility.
