OOC Information
Officially (IC) the government is a theocracy. Unofficially (OOC) the government is a false theocracy. The government in ruled by a man, who claims to be a god. This belief is then forced upon all people. After a few generations, these people become devout believers.
Government
We are a theocracy, ruled by The God Falltothzu. His every command and word is law. It is done, without hesitation and without question. He has license and may do as he wishes. Under him, the social hierchy maintains order, with license to do whatever they wish to those under them.

Justice
There are two capital crimes: 1) Failing your God 2) High Treason (Not believing in The God Falltothzu)
These crimes can be traced down the line.
IE: If a guard is ordered to guard things or people, and is caught sleepin on the job by an officer. Than that officer has the right punish that guard for Failing his God.
The punishments for these crimes are: 1) Death 2)Slavery 3)Purification through Pain
All other law is "Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth"
History
It all began on a small island. There The God Falltothzu came to us. He told us what we should be like, and how to worship him. None of us knew very much until he taught us the way. We expanded and grew, like we never had before. Some began to question The God Falltothzu, and tried to begin a rebellion. The God Falltothzu smited the heathens, with his mighty armies. Soon The God Falltothzu showed us the way. He brought us to new lands. Our empire began to grow and flourish like it never had before.
One day, blood filled the streets, like it never had before. It was an ethnic cleansing. Several fanatical groups had formed in the years before, but now they seeked to make everone like The God Falltothzu. The government tried to stop the killings, but it was too late. By the time The God Falltothzu put an end to, well over 90% of the ethnic groups were slayed.
In the recent years, a comeback has been taking place, but it will take hundreds of years before they are like what the were before. The only group that shows diversity, is the slaves. They are quite varied, but that is due to recent conquests and expansions.
Mythology
We are the children of The God Falltothzu. He created us all. He created all we know, the World, the Sun, the Sky. He controls our fates. If we follow him and do as he commandith, then we will be rewarded in the afterlife. If we fail him, then we will recieve an eternity of torture and pain, worse than anyone could ever imagine. We owe all we have to him. And we are thankful that wwe are his property.
