5 more people were arrested today for "failing to take action to prevent" of fires that killed 3567 people, started by the Carpatian States terrorist group. This brings the tally of arrests up to 16. 3 have been on trial for 2 jurys, both of which have voted them to be guilty. There are still 3 more to go, but should the third vote him to be guilty, he will be declared guilty, and is likely to receive the death sentance for high treason.

The report ruled that the Emergency Services, collectivly known as EmeS, could not cope with a hurricane in the Capital City of Hawarth. This has become more likely in the past months, and the city has already seen a tropical storm pass near it, not causing considerable damage. The report suggests more shelters, which have also been suggested as part of a WMD attack evcuation plan, added effieciency to the Flood Drain system, which uses Jonothanas many underground caverns to drain away floods, and more information given to residents. The government has already responded by anouncing a program to give out books to residents informing what to do in the events of flooding, huricanes, other disasters and attacks.
