this is Prime Minister Richard Hammerchilde of the small and oft forgotten country of Kirdum, in the south pacific.

i encourage anyone who is interested to come and visit my land. it is full of beautiful woman, cheap but quality weed, and high end automobiles, and a free outdoor concert once a month by our resident band, Robby Bobb and Blunts.
