After receiving a secret IC transmission from the country of Caelta the High Council of Nano Soft have made there final decision, to stop Kahta imperialism and liberate the country of Caelta and any other nations under Kahta control.

We officially declare a state of war with the country known as Kahta and we demand the unconditional surrender of Kahta to Nano Soft and the coalition forces gathered together to stop the imperialism of your nation. If this demand is not meet then lethal force will be used to stop the current government in office.

The new Task Force, Fire Fly, was to leave port in 10 Rl minutes and head out for there destination. Not a single soul in Nano Soft know about there mission nor where they where heading for except for high Generals and Admirals with a need to know access. But this Task Force was extremely large and if Nano Soft was to get into a large war it would have to be large. It was made up of 48 Naval battle groups including 48 Kreml II Air craft carriers. The Task Force also had the following perimeters set up 600 Kilometers in every direction of the main Task Force, ASW, ASSW, AAW, and AMW. This Task Force would be practically untouchable and to ensure that any Satellites that would pass over the Task Force would be shot down before it would even begin to pass over the Security perimeter.

(When they reach there final destination the Security perimeter will be 800 Kilometers off the shores of Kahta.)

This declaration of war is being ignored. Caelta is a permanent territory of Kahta, this was decided in a massive military standoff which almost resulted in the total destruction of the nation of Sevaris. Besides, Caelta likes being part of Kahta's Empire and it's hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 427 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives.

Secret IC: Concidering the vast numbers of vessels heading into the sea, secretly or not, Noitan Teppup starts to watch them and their course as they head into International Waters... they aren't hard to track because the "Small Opperation" Nanosoft was telling the world about seems to be more of an "all out war" to the Security Ministers of Noitan Teppup.

Due to the sheer size of the fleet (who would have thought anyone would use 48 Aircraft Carriers at once) analysis of Nanosofts defencive capabilities given their nations economy and spy satallite photos; they were most likely sending all their naval assets into this war... it was alot of resources to waste for one nation over someone elses problem, it was likely, analysis stated, that they had relatively no naval assets defending their home nation, leaving a huge hole in their defence capabilities. Not to mention the cost of such an opperation, mobilising all those forces would require godly amount of funding, analysis guessed they wouldn't be able to keep it up for long before damaging their economy seriously.

As such, satallites changed courses to watch the fleet more carefully and take pictures of their effective combat capabilities... meanwhile Noitan Teppup businesses were warned to sell any stocks they had in Nanosoft before it's economy plummets. After the crash they would buy the cheep stocks if they are deemed to be able to rebuild themselves.

Noitan Teppup watched...


OOC: Actually, you will find you can ignore anything you want, but if you ignore a legitimate attack people will view you as a coward and maybe not want to RP with you. The mods can't force someone to acknowledge an attack and its not their job.

Oh, and as main administrator for Eropid, Nanosoft is on a global ignore for the region. He simply does not exist to Eropid. This decision was made over a month ago when Nanosoft tried to attack us with "überhovertanks" and space craft for no reason.

If this war actually goes through, we will defend our Kahtan friends. I am moving my military up to DEFCON 2 status. And about Caelta- I dropped my objections to him taking it, because I realized that it was Kahta's internal affair.

OOC: I think I will kindly inform you of reality before taking this as an act of war seeing as you don't have a clue about how satellites work and the basic facts of which they operate:

Firstly, it's impossible to tell any nation in the world not to have satellites above your nation or in this case over international waters. You wanna know why? Heres a clue for you: Lets say each nation with the capability to launch satellites will have about 50 spy satellites and 100 comunication satellites, America has more then this and is conciderably smaller then most nations and has less money then most nations in NS. This means each nation in NS has around 150 satellites looking down on the earth at anyone one time.

These satellites have a shelf live based on how long they can alter their course and keep up in the sky, lets say about 50 years each. Their orbit will generally mean they go over most nations, only a few nations (15 degrees from the equator) can have geosyc orbits (stays above one location). For them to thruster into a different orbit they would have to use alot of their fuel which costs alot of their shelf life because they need that fuel to dodge and keep up in orbit. By demanding I the world has to go around your nation you are asking every nation in the world to pay out billions for new satellite each year... if you shoot them down they could very well go to war with you.

This alone has been pointed out by The Evil Overlord, who's guide threads have been used by alot of people because he knows about space physics...

But not only that, in order for my satellites to avoid going above your fleets (who can somehow shoot down satellites) I would have to know where to avoid.

Basically put, it's a godmod to hide that giant fleet you have and it's an act of war to shoot down my satellites, which are registered as "communication satellites".

If you like you can RP shooting down my satellites and I will RP my nation demanding compensation while imforming every other nation that you are going to shoot down their satellites too. Instead of having a war with one nation, you will have a war against alot of nations.

ooc: I know how satellites work and for your imformation it is possible to tell a communication satellite from a spy one, first of all communication ones do not have a telescopic veiw. It would not be god moding to shot down a satellite from a high flying air craft. It has been done before and I have seen it.

And i suppose you keep a series of huge telescopes so that you can get close up views of all satalites? and the vast majority of intel sats tend not to be obvious.

yes ASATs exist but they are expensive and it isn't something you could aford to do on a regular basis.

Especially not against NIRTSATs like i would happily provide Kahta with. Very cheap, and a singel aeroplane can launch 12. If i'm not mistaken, that would mean a squadron of 10 could launch 120 in one sortie. You would run out of ASATs long before i ran out of NIRTSATs.

It would have helped if you didn't already have a bad history with the region involved and had a better relation. it is quite clear that you were paying no attention to what was currently happening in eropid and trying to force an unwanted Rp on khata.

OCC: You missed the point, you can't tell people they can't have spy satellites because everyone has them. You were welcome to shoot down the satellite but it's pretty much a good way to start a war with many nations... every uses them...

Russia and America accept that they have spy satellites over their nation, they don't shoot them down because it would result in war. However, you don't really seem to have much of a clue... so meh... ignored.
