Empero Karnos now offers a Special Op wargame in honor of his 30th birthday.
You can send 5 of your best Special Op men. There will be two Wargames One Being the Dracun's acting as terrorists the other being the other particpating nation being the terrorist group.
The Scenario:
A group of terrorists (30-Dracuns will be assiting as terrorists) have taken over a nuclear powerplant. The Special Op team must inflitrate the plant eliminate the threat at all cost nessecary to protect thousands of lives

All guns will be fitted with rubber bullets. If the mission "fails" the nuclear meltdown will be simulated

I will send 5 Rosktai in honor of the event. They will be armed with:

1x TM-93A
1x Colt.45
2x Flashbang
3x Fragmantation Grenades
1x GPS System
5x Rifle Magazines
3x Pistol Magazines
1x Dagger

Though I suggest MILES gear is more appropriate.

OOC: Splinter Cell Rules!
I want to send in the Splinter Cell Team, The most elite soliders we have. Rather than running around killing things. They stick to the shawdows. Armed with an Pistol and the famed SK-20 they are a force to be reckoned with. They will sneak up beind you and or hide to win.

Do to the large number of applicants the team will be split ECF will be with the Dracun Team and Island of rose and Grenval will be a team. The rp will begin when I post next. This Wargame is closed

Each Team will be armed with the following.

1 Flash Bang grenades per person
2 frags per per person
1 Silencer pistol per person
1 cable launcher per person
1 silenced riot control gun(Armed with rubber bullets) 1 per person except sniper
2 smoke bombs per person
1 sniper(only one)
4 simulated c4 charges
if you want to add something you must have enough for the all teams
Me and ECF will be infiltrating the Plant first IOR and Grenval you must rp the terrorists you now have 45 Dracun elite under your command
and rember just because you failed doesn't mean your troops stink

Commuist Rule you have been granted the title of special force commander (you will be in charge of directing the special op team)
Remeber you all have to rp this as if this is actualy happening

Four other USSCR SpetsNaz climbed in for security arrangements. He prepared to move into the combat area.

Our Team Perfers to work "alone" for reasons. We will back your team up when possible. We will send one man for every 10 of your men. We are capable of moving around without being dectedted. And if we are. We have the firepower to back it up. Our team is pure stealth. Just tell us what you want done.

Per Person

Workers inside a nuclear plant. Everything is normal. But some of them look suspicious, 45 of them. They look at each other, one gives the signal. From under their coats they take out AKUs and start shooting up the place. They kill all the civilians inside. They start planting bombs. 5 of them. One bomb on each major tank inside the plant. A man, he's wearing a mask sends out a transmission.

"We want 100 Billion dollars in 48 hours or you can kiss your ass good bye."

The terrorists then start to take defensive positions...

Hmm then it be good then our teams will seperate as A.R.C.s are rather predjuce against other military units.

Colonel Bostovniy stood at the rear of his Command and Control HMMWV.

He looked out at the special forces units scattered infront of him.

He began to speak:

"Alright, men. Here's the situation; a silent alarm was pressed at the nuclear power plant. We later received a call from a worker in hiding. Men with guns are supposedly holding them hostage or threatening to blow up the nuclear plant."

He gazed about, his eye checking these foreign soldiers, gauging them by his own standards.

"The employee estimated them at 100 strong. (Hostage estimates usually are far overestimated.) They have automatic weaponry and seem to be acting like soldiers."

He pointed to the cutaway map of the power plant behind him.

"Our insertion. One team will insert via the service building. The second team will insert through the Laboratory building. The last team will enter near the cooling pumps and proceed to take control of the control room, shutting down all systems to avoid a meltdown."

He pointed to the other monitor, showing a simulation of the entrance.

"The team inserted to the service entry will immediately disable the backup generators."

"All teams are to locate the lighting controls and shut off all lighting. It is very unlikely the terrorists will have NVGs, so we will use this as an advantage."

"Until the lights turn off this is a stealth operation. When the lights do go off, the operation turns dynamic and you are authorized to neutralize all targets as quickly as possible. To summarize your objectives:

Primary Objective-- Locate and Dismantle any explosives.

Secondary Objective-- Eliminate/Capture all terrorists.

Mission Essentials: Explosives, Hostages.

Mission Nonessentials: Capture Terrorists Alive."

He gazed about at the crowd of equipped men.

"Any questions?"

OOC: I'm not going into it yet, And what I did was a show of my tactics, where not gonna bust out fighting. Try and see us, if you can!

Ic: After the brief the special force moved in "Copy that splinter force ARC force out"
The small five man force cable launched outside to the second set of windows. There to the side of the windows they qucikly aimed in and threw a smoke bomb right throught the window. Effectivley blinding anyone inside hopefully. Slowly they moved in. They switched to Heat sensors and saw no one in the room. Using thier heat sensor the Head A.R.C. (Beta) made a hand motion and both alpha moved to the door. They kicked it outwards and jumped out to see 3 men on each side guns aiming at them "We got trouble" they said through their mics.

The six terrorists looked at the Special Forces men. One shouted. "Freeze!"

One of the terrorists took out a pistol and some ducktape, the other terrorists still aimed their guns at the men. The one with the ducktape proceeded to wrap each man around... and basically arrest them. Three terrorists were left there to guard them, each crouching down in a sort of triangle formation.

Meanwhile terrorists were ordered to guard the exit and entrance...

((OOC: Assuming it was an uh oh situation....))

Vincent "Blood Vince" Gurough, a scarred man whose hands have been stained red ever since he killed a man by tearing out his throat, stood up. As he was the leader of the terrorists, he began shouting orders. "You there, guard the main entranence. We will leave that the least protected. Chances are, a spec-ops team will try to be cunning and go through the air ducts or dig under or something of that sort. Which is why you three are to patrol the air ducts every seven minutes. I mean actually go inside and crawl around. You five, see if you can find some welder's equipment to melt the entrance and exit points shut. And for now, we wait."

The two troops didn't resist hopefully they didn't know about the other three. Good thing they didn't because two frags ripped the walls apart, and three armourd white figures poped out instantly using their guns to attempt to take out the Terrorists

[OOC - Now, for some sleep.]

The Splinter cell Force was way ahead of the terroists. They had found an A/C duct and had climbed into it. They now looked down on the 6 terroists.
Fisher: Stun Grenade
COmmando:Sir.
Fisher tosses a stun grenade down onto the terroists.
Fisher: Now!
* The Team jumped out of the opening, grabbing sneaking up on the dazed terroists while the effects were freash. Fisher threw a knife at one of the terroists, The Team shot 4 of the terroists not sure if they were still alive, Fisher and a camando still had the last one by the neck*
Fisher: Hello there
Fisher: Fisher to allied team we appear to have taken out another 6 terroists heading back to the A/C

One of the terrorists died from the explosion, another was knocked out, but pressed the trigger on his AKU towards the handcuffed special forces. He hoped to kill them. The last terrorist fired helplessly at the armored white figures.

A terrorist who heard the explosion ran to the scene. He spoke through his little radio. "We're breached! Backup now!" He ran behind a block of some sort in the plant. He popped out, now firing his AKU at the special forces men, but he'd die anyway...

One of the A.R.C. troopers fell to the ground dead. The other managed to dogge by rolling. The others seeing that one was running away pulled out a sniper rifle and immiedtely sent a bullet toward him. The other two pulled out thier guns and sent bullets toward the one screaming about the breach.
"Splinter group we have been disovered, repeat we have been discovered"

Fisher: God dammit, This is WHY the Splinter Cell Team was formed, to prevent stuff like this, what a bunch of dumbasses, Do you know ANYTHING about stealth? We are in hiding as of now. Try to get to our location. You'll have the firepower to take on a large group. I'm starting to see control lines, we must be close to the main control room, I'm going to shut down the reactor if possible.

Beta regaurded the message althoguh teamwork was important. It was not nessecary. "Team move out" The team retreated into the room. They ran to the window poped out and cable launched to the floor where the terrorists supposedly lay
ooc: if there are no windows there just let me know I will edit my post plus which room are you in?
IC: Meanwhile A T.V. reporter not realizing the seriousness of the situation caught everything on tape and was being transmitted to channle 5 news....

Fisher: We are in a Shaft and there are pipes labled "REACTOR CONTROL SYSTEMS" We should be getting close now. I need you to send plans for the reactor so we know how to shut it down( you dont have to acctually send one)
So any chance of fallout or a meltdown can be stopped.

It's good to celebrate your birthday.
So I will send in 5 Delta operators all equipped with land Warrior Equipment(Gun: M4 carbine). I will also send in Major Joseph Lenin, my Delta Force commander, equiped with the same thing. So that will 6 soldiers. I hope they come back alive.
