The Dominion of Clan Toxicity, a small island nation in the tropical regions of the Pacific Ocean, is now open to relations. Our island is small chain of a half dozen self-sustaining islands (we have a fairly large island, about the size of New Hampshire). After being isolationist for most of our nation's history, we have now found it an ideal time to begin relations, especially to our island brethren in the Pacific Ocean.

"Thankyou gentalmen I appricet this, we must get these firearms to the leader of these people and comence with building our embassy" replied the tall almost skeletal man wearing a black suit and top hat, infact he looks alot like Lincoln.

We here in Lumpana wish you good fortune in the years ahead of you. Our country too has shared many periods of isolation and civil war, although under my leadership I can proudly say we have experience our last Decade Of Insanity.

A world from the wise to the new. Our country and our people have always been mistrusting of the outside world. Having traveled the world I can tell you that much of these foriegn countires are built on lies, decite, and war. I believe one of your welcoming gifts was a package of assult rifles, and this shows you the world you are heading into. Be wary to whom you befriend and enrage, as it may end up with six nations sending thier killers to break down the homes of your people, or perhaps a sniper rifle shot to the back of your head as you adress your masses.
