Ooc: This is only in Commonwealth territories. And the only two territories with any non-whites in them are Mississippian Egypt and Western Sahara (The north american territories are all 100% white)

IC: Following a 5-4 ruling by the Mississippian Egyptian Supreme Court, combined with a ruling from the acting-governor (Gurney Cannon... Since there is no governor-general, the head of the senate acts as governor) and a bill passed by the senate, it was ruled non-whites (Arabs in this case) could join the commonwealth armed forces but only in their own separate divisions that will be commanded by white officers and NCOs.

Secret IC: The reason for this is that the Mississippian Egyptian Commonwealth army is being asked to send more troops to Western Sahara to fight in the COIN (COunter INsurgency) Campaign, and they've already lost about 8,000 thus far either killed or wounded, and they don't want to keep losing valuable white soldiers when arabs can die just as well.


Ic: There will be 12 new divisions of arab soldiers in Mississippian Egypt formed: As follows.

2: Commonwealth Infantry Division (Each 18,000 Heavy Infantry transported by trucks and light vehicles, 100 towed Howitzers and other artillery, 50 SA-19 Mobile SAM, and other assorted light artillery and support units. 2,500 hummers (1,500 M998, 400 M1043, 500 M1025, and 100 M1035. 300 M1083 Standard Cargo Trucks)

8: Commonwealth Reserve Division (Each 18,000 Light infantry with assorted transports and typical light arms. 120mm mortars, 81mm mortars. 2,500 hummers (1,500 M998, 400 M1043, 500 M1025, and 100 M1035. 200 M1083 Standard Cargo Trucks)

1: Commonwealth Parachute Division (Each 18,000 Paratroopers, 500 C-130s to transport men and equipment, 2,500 hummers (1,500 M998, 400 M1043, 500 M1025, and 100 M1035) assorted light vehicles. 200 M1083 Standard Cargo Trucks), shoulder launched weaponry (AT and AA), mortars, light artillery, and assorted reconnaissance vehicles)

1: Commonwealth Marine Division (Each 18,000 Marine Infantry. 50 T-98 Tanks. 350 BMP-3s, 350 Warriors, 50 G-6 155mm SPA, 100 towed Howitzers, 20 SA-19s, assorted SP mortars, assorted other vehicles. 200 M1083 Standard Cargo Trucks. 1,000 Hummers: 300 M998, 500 M1025, 200 M1043)


Secret IC: All 12 of the arab divisions to be raised in ME will be sent to Western Sahara to bear the brunt of the increasingly brutal counter-insurgency war.

Ooc- These arab divisions are going to be get in combat until they can no longer function as effective fighting formations... At which time those still alive will be sent back to Mississippian Egypt and discharged from the army. We expect the arab divisions to sustain 95% casulties within four months.

The 12 arab divisions are entering their last few weeks of training, this will consist of desert survival skills, escape and evasion for helicopter crews, etc, small units counter-insurgency tactics, etc.
