This is Rakkinhoff Moltoff calling all Nation leaders, a CRAZY person has taken over the fledgling island nation of Morbliss in Pelarak and, with his personal army conquered 20 other small (and not-so-small) island nations and united them under his flag of honour and glory.
He has 5 million very nieeve{sp} people under his grasp, little do they know that he is a mad phsycotic phsychopath :headbang: . Oh im that crazy dude hehehe.
